This has been an amazing trip. The best resort I’ve been at in Egypt so far. Staff is friendly and attentive. Everyone seems to be great at their jobs, from the chefs to the masseuses. Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. We have just came back from Rehana Royal after 9 days there. Overall, we have had a fairly good experience, however this hotel is 3 star max, not ever close to 5 star standard, so if you are paying fairly cheap price, it is worth it. Went for a spa day at the Rehana hotel. The people were very friendly. Only downfall. During our massage the therapist were talking amongst themselves loudly which was not peaceful and played very heavy music which was not very pleasant..

Our Family with two small children had an absolut perfect stay in this hotel. It was amazing to have two different aqua parks so we were visiting in the morning and afternoon always a different one. The stuff kept everything clean and was very friendly. We definitely will come back.

Hotel needs renovation badly. Everything is outdated and worn out, only reminiscing the former glory. Food is nothing special, often not fresh. Staff is friendly, they do try their best. Hotel outdoors looks very good, flowers and green grass everywhere, but decoration also needs to be updated. The coral reef is great, lots of fish. Nice views to Tiran island.

The stay itself was fine. The hotel is visibly old, although well-maintained. The food lacks variety, but the staff are friendly. Two biggest advantages of the hotel are beach-front location and plenty of pools, so it doesn't get crowded. Overall, a solid 4, but would probably not come back here again.

We stayed at Concord Sport, so I can't say anything about the food and accommodation at the Front, but every day we passed through their territory to the beach. The territory, of course, is more pleasant, well-groomed and green than in Sport. A huge, good kids club, different pools scattered here and there, bars, many beautiful places to take pictures, a gorgeous view of the sea. I liked it.

The hotel is beautiful and the people here are super friendly — especially Captain Wael, the Sports Activities Manager. This guy is honestly so respectful and genuinely kind. He gives his all to help everyone. He’s one of the main reasons I don’t want to change hotels

The security guard service is very bad. My diving equipment was left at their diving center. I wanted to go get it, but they wouldn't let me in because I had already checked out and didn't have the wristband. I said I would go in and tell the front desk. They wouldn't let me in. The room is nice, with a private beach for snorkeling. But there is only wifi at the front desk, no wifi in the room, only mobile hotspot.
