Cataract Resort Naama Bay

A very good four! The hotel is quite old, but the quality of the rooms and furniture was pleasing. Good pool, clean territory. There is no transfer to the beach, the passage is through Cataract Layalina. A good quiet and inexpensive hotel.

I go with my family and really we are interested at this hotel sandy beach , very nice location and food very good and hotel rooms very clean ,I need stay again at this hotel ,all staff very helpful.

Hotel is very good all the staff very helpful ,beach excellent, housekeeping excellent really very good service in the restaurant specially mr.attya and ashraf
Food and variety very good ,animation also very good ,I hope go to this hotel there again soon .

1. The staff and service: Mr. Ibrahim in the reception is veryy friendly and nice, he is very helpful and managed to make our stay comfortable due to his professionalism. Also chef khalid makes the best omlette :)!

2. The location: it's perfect! the beach is inside the hotel you don't need to walk at all, i have visited 2 other beaches and i can guarantee cataract's beach has alot of fish up close to the shore, you don't need to go deep in the water it's very fun for those who want to do snorkeling and are not very good with swimming.

The personal constantly tried to help me within their capacity. The housekeepers stuff were executive they instantly responded to my request. They found the vacuum cleaner for help me pressure my clothes with special bags.
Overall The hotel not new, but really cozy. The local garden with pool and bushes very clean and tidy it was nice to be there.
If you will choose this hotel I highly recommended you to go dive to the reef near the beach of Fayzouze hotel ( the landmark is the fence on the beach) and visit the FIXPRICE shop (on the left hand of the hotel entrance.

In general everything was fine but I will make a few points were I was uncomfortable
Restaurant:
- Schedule. The supper have been started at 7 p.m. that in the middle of sunset and time to go to bed. Inconvenient to go to trip to old market,SHOHO square etc.. In other hotels supper starts at 6.30 p.m.
- many marinades few fresh vegetables
- At the supper your have to pay extra for tea 1 dollar (it was very strange rule)
Animation:
- The animators sometimes skip our requests to start child disco.
- Poor sound quality, the speakers constantly wheezing
- The mindsets of animators - The sound higher than funny
- Just one guy with long hair was energetic and nice.
Housekeeping:
- everything OK. Plumbing and conditions works well, the cleaning is pure and fast
- They instantly provided me glasses, shelf for the fridge and exchanged pillow upon my request.
When considering drawbacks keep in mind that the price twice lower than the nearest hotels.

Very good location in Marina of Sharm Sheikh , everything is close, the hotel is very calm, I was afraid after reading bad comments but I found very cheerful and helpful staff, the cleaning staff are too nice and patient with the requests, the rooms are clean, the beach is very clean and cool, if you want to go on excursions please use cataract agency it was the cheapest among all agencies we checked and we used their services many times , Mr. Bebo and Mr. Said are very nice they explain everything in details. I recommend the hotel! For breakfast and other meals the price is compatible with the quality, not many choices but more than enough fir the price paid.
