Awesome stay at lido staff is excellent specially reception room and food is great all in all I had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it

Overall the hotel can be A LOT better if it was managed differently!
Food is not so good.
The room’s AC was not working when I arrived and an engineer was working on it for almost an hour and then it stopped again the next day and then worked again by itself which was weird!
NO ROOM SERVICE, they were literally banging on the door to wake me up and when I woke up I requested for them to come back later, they didn’t and had the paper on the door for them to clean it and they didn’t come back until later after their shift and he was like okay I’ll clean it in the morning and they didn’t and when they FINALLY did they just made the bed and took one of the towels I was using they didn’t even replace it !😂
The vibes at the hotel was not so bad animation team are GREAT specially “Magdalena” she was the fruit of my stay honestly.
