We stayed here for a week.
On the first day, I had a kind of negative experience. There was dance with instruments. Member from recreational team invited my girlfriend for dance. They were dancing. I started recording because my girlfriend was there. But the person who was playing instruments came to and asked me to stop recording. I don't don't, why ? While other guests were recording, he was ok even though he was going to them and dancing more. Which was rude. (Video is added)
We asked about this situation to the recreational team, but they just avoided the question.

I will say kind of value resort. You will get what you pay for.

There are 2 pools 1 for adults and another for all ages.

The hotel is giving a wristband, and you have to keep it on your hand all of your stay, which is annoying 😑 when you have an etching issue. Or people can identify where you are staying.

The person who works at the beach bar is the best.

The Wifi is not working. It doesn't have speed. You won't even get a signal in your room.

Hotel taxi was good for price 👌.

Do not use ATM from hotel. It charges big fees

Awful hotel and place and food and basically everything they provide...
-Rooms are with old air-conditioning,old doors,painted walls on spots and etc
-Lobby is kind ok but there is just one song circling all day long,wifi is dead like tutankacom,there are always some agens that offers trips and doesn't even let you relax with drinks that should be free but not all of them
-Food is limited even on all inclusive.They surv you the meal chicken and beef 2 small pieces max per person and ita raw sometimes you have vegetables all day long free but ye... Deserts are dry as desert and probably they are only good food they can provide doesn't matter its from pack
-Pool one and only thing that worth here
They don't clean it every day but still best place here. Warm water and cool and fun experience

So in total my review will be 0 from 10 but i cant put 0 so am giving 1...
Me and my family booked 1 week and we all cant wait to go home

P.s Only the omlet guy in the breakfast was cool and never asked how many you want or limit you in anyway. He ask you how many eggs you want if you say 10 he will make you omlet with 10 eggs that how it should be

Horrible hotel!! I will advise anyone to avoid this hotel they are proper scams! We were stopped by someone from Nemaa Bay who promised us that someone would pick us up from our hotel and drop us back at our hotel! From 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm! The deal was kids would have a chance to play in swimming pools and also we would have free drinks! The minutes we went to their hotel! The man did not stop talking about their membership deals!! He didn’t allow kids to go to play all he did was talk!! The minute we said we don’t wanna membership he was not happy at all!! He then booked us a private taxi and asked us to pay for it!! Rude!!

Room size is not bad, dinner depends which days. Stayed here for a month, so comfort was important. Wifi is terrible, basically non existant, only enough for WhatsApp, too weak for anything else. Not worth it.

Serious Racial Discrimination – Extremely Disrespectful to Chinese Guests

I experienced blatant racial discrimination at this restaurant. While I was having lunch, a restaurant staff member suddenly approached me and accused me of not paying for my meal. I immediately informed him that my hotel package included all meals, and I even showed him my all-inclusive wristband. However, he refused to believe me and insisted that I had not paid.

To further clarify, I presented my official hotel confirmation in English, clearly pointing out the statement that confirmed my full-board package. Shockingly, the staff member then claimed that he “could not read English” — despite the fact that he had been communicating with me in English the entire time. His selective inability to understand English, combined with his persistent questioning, made it clear that this was not just a misunderstanding but an intentional act of discrimination.

The situation was even more humiliating because I was the only Chinese guest in the restaurant, while all the other diners were Western tourists. I felt the weight of their stares as the staff continued to challenge me without reason. This ordeal lasted for at least ten minutes, making me feel publicly humiliated and unfairly targeted. It was only after I demanded to speak with a higher-level manager that the truth was confirmed — I had indeed paid in full. However, even after his mistake was proven, the staff member refused to apologize. Only after repeated insistence did he finally offer a forced and insincere apology under the pressure of his manager.

This experience made me feel deeply unwelcome as a Chinese tourist. If you are Chinese, be cautious when choosing this hotel/restaurant, as you might face similar unfair treatment. This is not just a case of poor service but a clear act of racial bias against Chinese guests. I urge the hotel to address this issue seriously and provide proper training for its staff to eliminate such discriminatory behavior.

The hotel is not bad. We can say that what it offers is normal for its price. It has two pools, the pools should be cleaned better. It is far from the sea, but there is a shuttle service to 4 different beaches twice a day. The rooms are sufficient in terms of size. But they are insufficient in terms of cleaning and maintenance. We can say that the restaurant and food are mediocre.

Absolute scam. Hotel rooms are disgusting. Pictures provided by them and holiday service providers were completely different to the shock experienced. Checked out soon after checking in.

The hotel is very nice, the staff are very attentive, but the cleaning is very bad. As someone who has been to 17 countries before, I can say that I was disgusted by the hotel. I had to shower in the bathroom with my slippers. I bought our holiday from Jolly Tur, I think that beautiful hotel could be managed better... The location is very nice, close to the sea etc., but I was sick about the cleanliness. My room number was 111.
