All inclusive with food poorly coocked from 3 meals one was average good, so it was like russian rulette when you wanted to eat. Location far away for everything, pool closes at 19:00 if it was not for the checkout nonsense. They almost delayed our departure because we did not had the room numbers (the cartoon with the numbers where you put the entry card) i asked them to please check in the room because it was on the table, they did not want to send nobody and we had to go to fetch it, why make problems when the entry cars was there? PLEASE IMPROVE COSTUMER SERVICE, LEARN HOW TO SPEAK NICE AND NOT MAKE PROBLEM FROM NOTHING, MORE MANERS. Thank you.

Extremely dirty and gross place. My first morning I woke up and walked past a pile of vomit in the alley by the rooms. It wasn’t cleaned up for multiple days until it was completely dry. Old food lying everywhere on the ground. Also extremely far from everything. Breakfast and dinner food made me have diarrhea so don’t get that. Anyways the food is really bad so recommended to eat outside.

We were disturbed by disgusting loud music that lasted all day long until late at night. The rooms are not sound proof and you can’t even have a normal conversation inside. It was so damn annoying that we had to go somewhere else to stay away from it and when we came late at night they were still playing. We asked politely the reception staff as well as the Dj and they refused to even lower the volume, it was giving me anxiety as I couldn’t get away from it, me and my girlfriend were tired after a long trip and it was impossible to sleep with it.

What a waste of money. If we knew this in advance we would go somewhere else. This is not a nightclub, it’s a hotel, a place where someone may want to rest, read, chill, or watch a movie.

Besides that, the room was fairly ok, they overcharged us by 30% extra of the official price for what we booked it in Booking, and after 1 hour talking with the guy in the front desk we were tired of it and we agreed to it.

I have no clue about what the management of this place thinks, they’re gonna sell more drinks to the few people that might enjoy that. Meanwhile disturbing all the other guest. It’s this is your idea of holiday, ok then, go for it. Ours is not.

At least let the people that might book the place what they might encounter in advance to take a decision, as this is completely not ok for many travelers.

After asking four times for it getting more and more upset they finally switched it off.

Other than that our room was ok, fairly clean but nothing special, we requested a double bed and they give us twin. They offered us an upgrade to a room that was exactly the same as the one we previously booked. The wifi didn’t reach any of them. What a disappointment. Shame on you
