From the moment we arrived, we felt like the only guests in the hotel which must be extremely difficult considering the hotel was full. We felt very special indeed and observed that all team members treated everybody with the same high standards. Even though it is a big hotel, we settled very quickly & felt that we were part of a community with a family feel. Each and every staff member are a credit to the hotel and country. The rooms are clean and tidy and should there be a maintenance issue, it is resolved speedily. The food was of a high quality with plenty of choice. This is the first hotel we would actually like to return to. This hotel delivers the highest of standards. Thank you for such a special stay for our first time visiting Egypt.

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at the stunning Sunrise Diamond Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the hotel and the gorgeous sea view from our Junior Swim-Up Suite. The staff were exceptional, especially **Mr. Mohamed Taher**, the Front Desk Manager, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. He arranged thoughtful surprises for us that made our stay even more memorable. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure our comfort and happiness, and the staff's quick response to any request was impressive. They were always friendly, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. The hotel's location is perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, and we highly recommend Sunrise Diamond for anyone seeking a luxurious and personalized vacation experience. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and well managed. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Amr & Ibrahim at the adult pool.
We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect.
The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great.
The food was exceptional with plenty of choice in the buffet bar. The A La Carte restaurants all offered great service and the food was top quality. We didn't have any issues booking them and the staff were all very pleasant.
Choice of beverages was good and once again the staff were always on eager to serve you and accommodate your needs
Although it's a large resort, the layout was well thought out and the bus is a great idea, we used it a few times.
Small Negatives:
Buffet area is quite busy and a lot of the customers were rude and pushy (not the hotels fault). We preferred to eat at the restaurants and have breakfast and lunch at the beach as it was a lot quieter.
The people selling on the beach are quite pushy and not happy to accept no as an answer, especially the Spa sellers, and It put us off going down there to the beach. I have since found out that you can get a red flag to put up to stop this happening.
One suggestion would be to have some shaded area by the adult pool bar, it's nice to sometimes sit at a table to have a drink and maybe read but it was too hot. The guys were happy to bring a parasol over but a permanent shade would work well, like the one at the pool bar.
To sum up, we had an amazing holiday and would recommend the hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special.

Hotel lovely. Staff brilliant. Food not much variety tends to be the same every night. It is themed every night. However not to our taste. Indian restaurant really good. Excellent service . Italian restaurant we had poor service Staff in main restaurant were excellent and in Gamilla during the day. Lacks quality evening entertainment however that is the norm in Egypt

Overall, a pleasant enough stay and enjoyable time away from home. But the hotel does have a long way to go to make this a 5 star resort.
Don't work to hard for a tip; Just be polite, caring and look after your guests and you'll get tips.
Would I come back again? Yes, but I wouldn't pay what we paid for it again. You don't get the exceptional experience you expect for the price you pay.

Best experience ever at this hotel. It was excellent, staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were exceptionally clean and views from our room of the red sea were spectacular. Restaurants were all fantastic our favourite was the Mongolian but it was very hot with a live cooking in the middle for us to watch our meal being cooked. Choice in all the restaurants was fabulous and service very attentive. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel and would definitely recommend it to family and friends. We will be back thank you for making our visit so memorable, we ❤️ you all.

I had an amazing stay at sunrise beach.The hotel itself was fantastic, with comfortable rooms and beautiful decor. The bars were a highlight, offering a great selection of drinks and a wonderful atmosphere. The animation team was incredibly engaging and made sure there was always something fun to do. A special shout-out to the lovely DJ, who kept the energy high and played fantastic music every night. I had such a great time, and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

This is our second visit to Sunrise Diamond beach and definitely won't be the last.
The resort is super clean, with different tasty food varieties.
Animation team are super fun and they do amazing activities and games around the clock, they ask you to join with no pressure.
There is something interesting to do for every age group, we have a 2.5 year old who loved the Aqua Park and they main pool which was very safe with a very nice human-made beach
The beach facilities are very good and the jetty is very well maintained.. snorkeling there is fascinating and super safe with attentive life guards.
We would like to thank Chief Araby who always makes us feel at home and he was one of the main reasons we came back.
Also Chief Ramadan with his amazing hospitality, Shady from the bar and Handy one of the best waiters in Gamila restaurant and Ahmed the man responsible for cleaning our room. 🏖️💕

Absolutely amazing! Diamond Beach has cleanliness spot on. Wide variety of food options but like anywhere after 2 weeks can feel repetitive but that’s to be expected.
Staff are attentive, polite and friendly. It’s a shame we witnessed some holidaymakers treat staff like they are invisible and ignorance.
A smile and a thank you go a long way.
