Environment: Beautiful
Service: Very good service
We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect.
The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great.
The food was exceptional with plenty of choice in the buffet bar. The A La Carte restaurants all offered great service and the food was top quality. We didn't have any issues booking them and the staff were all very pleasant.
Choice of beverages was good and once again the staff were always on eager to serve you and accommodate your needs
Although it's a large resort, the layout was well thought out and the bus is a great idea, we used it a few times.
Small Negatives:
Buffet area is quite busy and a lot of the customers were rude and pushy (not the hotels fault). We preferred to eat at the restaurants and have breakfast and lunch at the beach as it was a lot quieter.
The people selling on the beach are quite pushy and not happy to accept no as an answer, especially the Spa sellers, and It put us off going down there to the beach. I have since found out that you can get a red flag to put up to stop this happening.
One suggestion would be to have some shaded area by the adult pool bar, it's nice to sometimes sit at a table to have a drink and maybe read but it was too hot. The guys were happy to bring a parasol over but a permanent shade would work well, like the one at the pool bar.
To sum up, we had an amazing holiday and would recommend the hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special.
Don't work to hard for a tip; Just be polite, caring and look after your guests and you'll get tips.
Would I come back again? Yes, but I wouldn't pay what we paid for it again. You don't get the exceptional experience you expect for the price you pay.
