It was a family trip and it was a great place for kids to play. All the staff were friendly. It was a great place.

We had a wonderful vacation here. The staff was truly excellent, showing an exceptional level of care for children that we had never experienced before. The cleanliness was impeccable, the food was of high quality, and the service was really outstanding. A special mention goes to the housekeeping service – the staff was highly professional and dedicated. The hotel offers many activities; perhaps the tennis facilities could be slightly improved (the equipment could use some updating), but everything else was truly exceptional. The slides were incredibly fun and well-maintained, and the entertainment was fantastic. The children’s entertainer (Julia) was extremely professional and sweet, providing great service for both kids and parents.

Amazing hotel, we had so much fun here and great memories.So comfortable and cozy hotel especially for family holidays with kids. Different and tasty food, there are a few restaurants and many bars. Thank to animation team who always made our mood and vocation more better ❤️

Excellent service, the cleaner Ibrahim is the best, he cleaned the room and rotated beautiful figures. Friendly staff, helpful front desk staff. The food is not for everyone, it would be cool if they introduced more traditional or Uzbek cuisine. Overall great, I don’t want to go home

Overall, super amazing resort the animation team are very welcoming and friendly so are the waiters. Lots of activities to do during the day like Zumba, aqua aerobics, yoga, darts. They have heated pools which are great for the winter season when the cold pools are too cold. Food is amazing lots of selection and the chefs are very friendly. They do crepes in the midday which are delicious aswell as an ice cream bar. The entertainment is great for all age groups as they have a younger stage and more of an older aged stage. The weathers amazing all year round even in January it’s mid 20s.

The room was nice and all areas were clean and tidy, well maintained, the choices for food were ok no problem, however some paid locations for premium drinks and ice creams and even food would be nice as not to have to travel out of resort. The Christmas dinner was great , amazing effort but the entertainment in the tent was a disappointment with very few turning up and the type of entertainment, you obviously understand people come on holiday to relax and unwind, but every single day we were by the pool you are hounded by MANY people for services , diving, hair, boat trips, spa, photos, the list goes on, in an hour we had 3 separate individuals trying to sell spa treatments, it was just too pushy

We had a week stay with a family in December 2024. This hotel is the best option for family vacation. The personnel is professional and polite. Starting from receptions and ending with mini-train driver everyone was friendly and helpful. Environment and infrastructure are well-thought-out and dedicated to guests. Special thanks for animation team: day animation was interesting for both children and adults. Evening animation was also fun. Our kids attended kids club and have a great collection of art pieces from their activities. Thank you!

Just got home after a perfect week in December the weather was 26/27 everyday. A few heated pools, needed this time of the year. The rooms were extremely clear Lived the towel art. Was disappointed as no dressing gowns this time. Food was very good and drinks plenty ful. We didn't really care for the entertainment, but it sounded ok. We had a quiet room 3248. We would return Thankyou

We traveled from Dublin Airport via Egypt Air , transit in Cairo airport. The resort have aqua park and rides for all age groups, all inclusive system, multiple swimming pools,including a heated one ,the room was very spacious and clean, has all the facilities air conditioning, balcony, tropical shower , fridge, tea and coffee, WIFI and safe . The staff are very friendly , smiling and helpful. The restaurants are open 24/7 even when we arrived at 4 am the restaurant was open. The food was an open buffet but very high quality including open air barbecue, the menu suits all the tastebuds. Night entertainment, shuttle to a private beach. The receptionists are very helpful and facilitated all our needs. There are so many activities to do including diving and snorkelling in the Red Sea and desert safari . The resort is amazing and I can’t wait to go back. Very successful holiday especially if you have children and teenagers. I highly recommend it to the Irish and English people excellent value for money, the flight and the hotel, sunny and warm 24/7

Arrived for a week in December, two adults and two small boys We had one room booked and I’d tried to contact the hotel with view to adding another room to the booking but never recya reply, we were told upon arrival we had Ben given an upgrade to a family room which was one double bed and a separate room with a single bed and pull out additional bed, asked again about buying another room but was told they were full, room was more than adequate, the single bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor but others were fine. No TV in the smaller room and that leads straight onto the balcony so could be an issue with some kids I guess, would be better thought out if they’d changed the rooms round but was no problem to us. Only one room key ever worked and that was very temperamental AC was really good The complex is absolutely huge with loads of water slides, loads of pools some heated some not, being December the unheated ones were freezing and on the whole completely empty. The big water slides park for the smaller kids really could’ve done with being heated, the one at the Aqua Blu sister hotel next door was much warmer and therefore much busier. There’s a surfing pool a wave machine pool, rafting lazy river and gondolas spread across the 2 hotels as well. Pool towels can be changed at various points Food, we were never hungry but were never overwhelmed by the food, usually lukewarm and very samey, the best options were the live cooking stations as at least that was hot, there’s snack bar food court places dotted about that do a limited choice should you not want to leave the pool areas offering fresh pizza which was nice enough. There’s was a few things on a couple of days that were really nice, as I said we never went hungry but did become a bit bored with the food quite quickly, there’s a restaurant you need to book called Neverland which is table service which we tried but was cold and not to our taste, they put on a show there as well There’s a kids club and they do movies and shows for the kids I think the Aqua blu is a slightly better hotel but we were in the middle of the 2 complexes and used the facilities of both equally There’s a shuttle to the beach, the beach was crowded and a complete letdown in comparison to other Red Sea beaches I’ve used over the years, we only bothered going once, the food was awful with no where else to use There are ATM money change machines in the lobby which we couldn’t get to accept our notes, there’s told us maybe they don’t take sterling despite it clearly being an option, they told us where we couldn’t go to change currency but failed to inform us we had to take a passport. Hotel taxis are horrendously expensive, if you walk out between the two hotels there’s always normal cabs there, use those instead they’re half the price Constantly trying to sell trips that are cheaper on Klook or get your guide and massage and spa, gets wearing very quickly. There’s are lots of birds about, quite often pecki
