Some mix up with rooms when we arrived but got sorted quickly. No issues with food whatever good choices. Only negative was that the bar on the roof top doesnt open until 12

After a long search for a suitable hotel for our first visit to Alicante, we found this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel with many rooms, two swimming pools, one on the rooftop, and a children's pool

The large bathtub was appreciated my daughters :-). Mini fridge was an added plus. The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my daughter, it was clean and a good size

The room was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels. There's a gym and sauna, not very extensive but fine for a quick workout. A downside was that there was no air conditioning in the gym, which made it very hot

Lay by the pool enjoying the sun with a view of the sea and beach was beautiful. Very relaxed environment and staff at the bar are very well trained in making great cocktails and all bar staff were very pleasant

I would defo recommend this hotel and location to anyone as its the nicest and cleanest hotel I've been too ! Also when you walk into the door of the hotel there's an amazing smell over the whole hotel and since being home I can't get it out of my head lol I need to know what air freshener they use !!! There was a stench from the sewage in the bathroom, and every time we drained the water on the upper floors, the water in our toilet bowl would belch. At the pool, wine is served in glasses (no glasses?)

The price for the hotel is absolutely too high for this standard of hotel. The rooms have a minimalist finish, no carpets or rugs

We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places

The pool and bar is only open until 8, it would be nice if it would stay open a little later

The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer

We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly

Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well

We stayed 2 nights and had a good time. The hotel is well located. The breakfast was excellent. The gym is useful, but difficult to use if there are more than 4 people. There is also a sauna available.

Needs improvement: one of the double bed matresses was uneven, bathroom shower had traces of black mould in the corners and needs deep cleaning with some bleach products maybe, shower doors leaked water into the bathroom and the wooden floor tiles were warped because of that

Hotel opposite the Mercado, close to the pedestrian area and many attractions of Alicante. Central location allows for convenient sightseeing during the day and night. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Opposite is the vegetable market, where you can learn about local vegetable prices and food, and better integrate into the local environment

All in all, it was a pretty nice stay and i would recommend it

The pool was lovely, we always found a sun lounger when we needed one (we went early July, don’t know if this was a busy or quiet time), and the poolside cocktails were great but very expensive

The first stay (a month prior), the pool and spa were closed, but this time, open, which made the trip so much better

We had our first meal in the El Olivo restaurant which was great but expensive, so ate all our other meals outside of the hotel. It’s a short 15 min walk to the beach where there are many restaurants, cafes and bars

The room was amazing, with a lovely view over the golf course, and the staff always super helpful and friendly! We cannot praise the hotel enough, absolutely wonderful

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is quiet so we add a great night's sleep. As with most Spanish hotels there is no tea or coffee making facilities but you can borrow a kettle from reception

Rooftop pool and terrace is outstanding, although small, with views to the cathedral and the castle. The experience at check-in was not great at all. specially the guy that asked for our documents

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Alicante. We were met with a glass of cava, staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked for a massage for the next morning which was also wonderful

Location is unbeatable even for a manageable city like Alicante - walkable to the water, the cathedrals, art museums and the castle. Other amenities - Pool is a good size with plenty of loungers

We ate at two of the recommendations and they were fabulous. Perhaps the guide makes one less adventurous, but when every other storefront is a restaurant, it’s helpful to pare down options

They provide towels and water for the beach. You never have to wait too long for a cab. There’s a small library on the mezzanine if you want another place to chill

The staff are so friendly and helpful, and speak so many languages. They obviously get a lot of questions about what to do and where to eat so there are two PDFs as guides

The location is prime being so close to the beach which takes about 3 minutes. The C6 bus from airport takes about 20 minutes and then takes about 3 minutes to get the hotel. Lots of choices of restaurants nearby

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the airport bus stop at Puerta del Mar and in the centre of everything. Clean rooms, nice toiletries and classy decor. Quite a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet

The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold choices. More than a continental breakfast. The hotel also serves Cava and white wine for breakfast. Would recommend staying here again

Not so much of the advertised "Miralta experience" at the lounge in the winter, will need to come back check that out again in the summer. Thoroughly enjoyed the week-long stay

We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so

They only give a small bottle (around 300 ml) per person after checking in, that's all. - There is a beautiful terrace on the top floor

We at in 3 amazing restaurants which were only minutes from the hotel - and we could have eaten out every night for a week had we been there that long Some of the group are a bit fussy so the fact no one had any complaints speaks volumes about this hotel

First time in Alicante we weren’t sure what to expect but this hotel was great! The staff were so nice and the room was perfect

However, there was no coffee machine in the room, and while water was available for purchase in the fridge, no complimentary water was provided

The buffet breakfast was tasy and plenty of food to choose from. It is located in a very quite neighbourhood but very close to everything. The beach is just down the road and also the city center is really close too

Pool towels are provided, and the staff are friendly, even offering free popcorn every day in the reception area, which adds a nice touch

Decent hotel, great location and spacious rooms (by European standards). I loved that the room had lotion, conditioner and an empty mini fridge! The only downside was the bizarre rule about coffee

Not sure if this is to entice people to eat breakfast at the hotel but not providing free coffee for your guests in the morning at a hotel at this price point is something I’ve never seen before

There is no coffee maker or even instant coffee in the room. They have a great little coffee machine in the lobby but they won’t let you use it until breakfast is over (10:30)

Although it is a few kilometers away from the city center, you can get a quieter environment and a larger room, free parking, a nice swimming pool and breakfast, and the guy at the front desk who speaks seven languages ​​is also very enthusiastic, recommended!

It is close to the airport but you don’t hear the planes! It is also close to Alicante if you want to visit the city. We stayed on two occasions and at first we enjoyed the pool area as it is excellent for small children

Positives: Rooms were spacious and clean. Pools were not crowded and in good repair. Breakfasts were enjoyable with a fair choice. Evening restaurant is reasonable for the odd visit

The hotel itself is very good looking, personal is kind, we only took taxi to the centre and it took around 5-10 minutes to get there (8-10 euro). The rooftop/pool could improve so its cozier.

We had 2 great nights at this hotel on the 4th and 5th of December. Initially, we were only staying for one night but decided to stay another night. Staff were pleasant, and the hotel was spotless

Gabriel served us for dinner and was brilliant! And the hotel brought us a lovely bed and bowls for a dogs which was very kind. Beautiful room, comfy beds. Lovely experience!

Lovely hotel it was in a great place , no where to chill downstairs and a few things wrong with room shower door was not shutting properly and the terrace door was sticking and making a noise but they were very good and sent someone although the terrace door wasn’t fixed

I was offered a new room for the last night, but it came too late to be useful. A water station in the hotel would also have been appreciated

Really nice hotel in the heart of Alicante, close to beach and restaurants, shops, buses. There is a parking if you bring the car, wich will have a discount. The rooms were modern, huge, mattress was very comfortable

Food was suuuper! Jamon plate was amazing. Everything else was similarly good. Simply walking in without reservation and sitting at the bar was possible in July. Great and fast service, fun waiter. Will come again!
