The service was great. The rooms are a little worn and need a good re-vamp. the shower in the room we had was extremely small so when you tried to wash your legs or bend down you ended up turning the shower back off with your body. An extremely small space for showering in, as was the bathroom itself. (4203)
The block is very noisy, with lots of people coming in at all hours of the evening, shouting and banging on doors. No regard for other guests. Rooms could do with some soundproofing elements in them.
The pool area needs a bit of a revamp, the floor was bubbled in various locations and worn out sunbeds.
The restaurant food (we only had breakfast) was delicious and cooked well, with lots of choices. The lady and gent cooking the omelettes and bacon were extremely nice.

We stayed here for a few days. The food was very basic sometimes undercooked
The rooms are a little small for 3 even though advertising for 4. A coin we had was discarded on the floor and remained there all week meaning the floor wasn't swept or mopped once
It's no wonder we all have covid on our return home. A pair of earrings I took also were missing when I came to pack. The area is rife with prostitutes at night

The hotel has a great location. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Food choices for breakfast and evening meal are very varied and all taste great. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Bedrooms are cleaned and tidied daily.

Overall very good experience. The only downside for us was the late dinner time. We are both diabetic and 7.30 pm is a little too late for us to eat. The hotel itself was in a great location, not too close to the town centre and pretty quiet at night. The cleaning staff were great and kept everything nice and clean. There was always someone available at reception for any queries etc. Would definitely book there again.

The service was brilliant. Everyone was friendly and breakfast food was always 10/10.
The bar staff are brilliant and friendly and the reception staff too.
The only let downs are the lifts- they pass your floor or don’t come up at all.
The food in the evenings is sometimes very bad. Particularly Wednesday night.
The entertainment almost always in Spanish. Hard for English people.

A hotel that's in a great area in the heart of Benidorm.
The rooms are lovely and cleaned every day and it feels welcoming. Oh and it serves Back Bacon for Breakfast ... that can't be bad in my eyes.

Had a great time here this Xmas. The food and entertainment are brilliant.
The staff are as friendly as usual. Nothing is too much trouble.

Had a lovely short break to Benidorm. Love to stay at this hotel as its clean , the food is nice and it's in the perfect position for getting around.

Lovely clean hotel, air-conditioned rooms. Food was really good plenty of choices. Close to the beach and outdoor Market. Also near the strip but far enough away to not hear the noise. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
