Even prior to our stay it was very obvious that this hotel has an outstanding service. Booked a shuttle bus for us, perfectly arranged. Upon arrival the battery of the safe seemed dead. Within an hour batteries got replaced, and they let us use the safe with no additional surcharge (apparently you got to book that service). Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Hotel has some minor wear and tear, but apart from that it looks good.
Overall a great stay!
