We've stayed in the most modest rooms, they are very small and we had some difficulties dealing with our luggage without cluttering the space.
On the other hand, the staff was just fantastic, specially Ivan, who was very kind and atencious with everything we needed.
The lounge has a great atmosphere, too. Strongly recommend!

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was nice and quiet at night. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. Very close to the metro station. Strongly recommend.

The room lacked some amenities that I guess has become standard in other hotels such as fridge or iron or conveniently located extra plugs with USB charger. Also the room card needed to be reactivated every other day and that was a inconvenient.
Other than that, the service from the staff was excellent at reception and bar area. Conveniently located close to subway which is great.

Excellent location just a couple of minutes from the Metro station. Takes about 30mins to the city centre. We stayed here for 3 nights and our stay was absolutely pleasant. A quiet neighbourhood with a park closeby. A special thank you to Ms Ivanna who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We will come back and stay here again. Definitely recommended.

I really appreciated how well the room was insulated from outside noise, and the cleaning staff were wonderfully respectful, working quietly without disturbing guests, all of which made for a very peaceful stay night and day!. The bed and pillows were exactly to my liking and very comfortable.
I also loved the location: everything I needed was just a short walk away, from diverse restaurants, grocery & shops, whilst the city centre, with bus and metro connections less than five minutes from the door.
There's room for improvement, but I have given my feedback to the Duty manager as well as to Booking.com

This is one star hotel and not 3. No vegetables in the breakfast which is the important item in any food during the day. The crew dont know to speak English so you have to know Spanish.

Stayed here for a long weekend and overall I would recommend it as generally good value for money. The room I had was clean and comfortable, as was the bed. Bathroom was clean and the shower has good water pressure. The bar staff are great and made me feel very welcome. I had some difficulty with slow service from the reception staff but not enough to put anyone off considering this as an option for your stay. There are good restaurants in the immediate vicinity but not many of them; likely fine for a very short stay but if you're going to be there a while then you'll want to find other areas to eat. This is a step up for sure from the Ibis next door, it just about justifies the additional expense with the improved breakfast options and rooms.
