This hotel was just like the pictures. The rooms were clean and had a really nice modern feel..
The staff were all courteous and friendly too. Check in and out was made easy and simple.
Only one small thing was that there wasn't an iron in the room. But, apart from that, everything else was great.
With regards to the location, it's a little bit far from the centre, but it was still easy to get to due to the available transport links.
Really enjoyed my stay.

Ilunion Atrium hotel has surprised me very positively. Very spacious rooms, very well decorated and comfortable lobby and common areas. Cleanliness of 10. Breakfast in cafeteria very good value for money and Belinda has attended me with a big smile and politeness, fast and efficiently. No doubt I will repeat.

Unfortunately, I do not have a good experience with this hotel. I was traveling on business, managing the entire booking of our group.
Contact with the hotel was correct until the paperwork was completed with the person in charge of group reservations. Once the rooms were paid for, another person took over the reservation and unfortunately did not perform his function well. He repeatedly failed to write messages, left questions unanswered, sometimes I had to send 3 reminders to get a response. This is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Despite having booked almost 20 rooms in the hotel, I was refused to extend the reservation for an important person, explaining the overcrowding of the hotel, but I managed to book a room for him in another way, through an external portal (so there were free rooms, however).
The hotel messed up the reservations of our group and refused to check in two people, explaining that they were full and claiming that the reservations were canceled. Only after presenting adamant evidence in the form of emails, reservation tables and confirmation from a hotel employee, suddenly two additional rooms were found.
There is no iron available at the hotel, and in response to why I received the answer that the only one they have broke. This is quite a key aspect, from the perspective of people traveling on business. The hotel refers you to its laundry service, but if you need to quickly iron your shirt before a meeting, you may be disappointed.
To sum up the entire stay, a gift was stolen from my room to take with me for my family. It was not a very valuable thing, as local sweets, but it was the first time where anything disappeared from me in a hotel at this level.
The only reason I give two stars rather than one is because of the chef at the omelet and egg station at breakfasts. Even after the first day, he remembered exactly what I ordered last time, was very polite and everything that came out from under his hands was perfectly fried.

The room was spacious and comfortable.
Some issues. No instructions to work the air conditioning in English. The table lamb did not work plus the shower head kept on falling and the support rod was very loose. Reception ha and them fixed same day.
In the bathroom there was only liquid soap to use when showering. Ask at reception why there was no shampoo or conditioner & they said that this was not supplied. Just stayed in Lisbon at 4 star hotel & they had all 3!!!
Breakfast was excellent good variety of fruit, cheeses, ham etc. plus omelettes were made to order. Fried eggs also cooked to order.
Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly especially Belinda.
Reception staff were helpful and friendly.
Overall, a good stay, just a shame about the above issues which prevents me from giving 5 stars.

So glad we found this hotel! The service is PERFECT. The hotel rooms and new, clean and the beds are very comfortable. We are staying here with our toddler and this hotel is perfect. The pool is clean and has their own sun beds and towels with someone watching always. The restaurant is great as well. I also want to give a shout out the guy who cleans the 4th floor these past couple of days- thank you for such an amazing job and for the little detail of putting fresh water cans in our room ! We are very happy here and will come again. 10000% recommend !

We stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is near the city, the rooms are large and very clean. Special thanks to Tamara and Lara for their professionalism and friendliness. They provided us with good and careful tips on some of the city attractions.

I just wanted to share my experience at the ilunion atrium hotel we stayed at in Madrid. The place is great, clean and close to shops. The staff were awesome, especially the very friendly Miguel at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and made the hotel guests feel very welcomed.

We are frequent travellers all over the world. And this hotel does not meet the requirements of a 4 star hotel.
It’s beautiful and modern in reception. With a nice bar and terrace. The food in the bar was a good standard and the service was ok. We did not eat in the restaurant or have breakfast as it was very over priced for limited selection when you can get breakfast locally for €9 for both of us in total including drinks. (See my other reviews).
However at check-in they were unfriendly and I told them it was a special occasion for us and nothing was said or done for us. This is unheard of in a 4* hotel.
The bedroom - the TV was broken, the bathroom was old and tired needing decoration. Someone walked in to change a light bulb without knocking. They forgot to leave us water in the fridge. The towels were dreadful - some needed to be binned they were full of threads. The air con was good and powerful and we were happy to have a bath and shower. The double bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There is no mirror on the dressing table which makes getting ready very difficult. But it was good to have a safe.
Swimming pool - only open (May-Oct) 12noon-8pm. This is not good timings especially when it’s so hot. It is very small. And only has space for 38 people. But towels are provided. One of the life guards was very rude - said we couldn’t wear sunglasses in the pool (mine are prescription) so we took them off but then x6 others had sunglasses on and were not asked to take them off.
The location is far from the centre but there is excellent transport options. The best way is to get a tourist pass (red card) for the amount of days you’re here, we did x4 days which was €40 each and then the card is free (get for full areas) then you can use on buses, trains and the metro. The best route is the no 53 bus (from the bus stop 3 minutes walk away) to Ventas. Then get the metro (green) no 5 to Gran Via which gets you to the Main Street of Madrid. It takes around 45 minutes door to door. This is a business district but there are local restaurants and a shop in 6 minutes walking distance.
Check-out I was not even asked if I had a good stay just “thanks - bye”
We are very confused to read about all this excellent service from the staff as we did not have this. Maybe because we are not Spanish. However we speak Spanish and we live in Spain 🤷🏼♀️
Overall this rating is a 3 due to all of the above. We will sadly not be retuning and do not recommend this hotel as a 4*

Had a good and relaxing time here. Hotel has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Jose Antonio in particular at the bar is a good who takes care of you.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, good A/C. Delicious breakfast with omelette bar. Pepe did a great job making our omelettes. We enjoyed the bar, ordered a great burger and watched the game on the large screen tv. Great location. Good parking with free EV charging. Beautiful pool, but we were there when it was cloudy and chilly.
