Ilunion Atrium Hotel

Unfortunately, I do not have a good experience with this hotel. I was traveling on business, managing the entire booking of our group.

Contact with the hotel was correct until the paperwork was completed with the person in charge of group reservations. Once the rooms were paid for, another person took over the reservation and unfortunately did not perform his function well. He repeatedly failed to write messages, left questions unanswered, sometimes I had to send 3 reminders to get a response. This is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Despite having booked almost 20 rooms in the hotel, I was refused to extend the reservation for an important person, explaining the overcrowding of the hotel, but I managed to book a room for him in another way, through an external portal (so there were free rooms, however).

The hotel messed up the reservations of our group and refused to check in two people, explaining that they were full and claiming that the reservations were canceled. Only after presenting adamant evidence in the form of emails, reservation tables and confirmation from a hotel employee, suddenly two additional rooms were found.

There is no iron available at the hotel, and in response to why I received the answer that the only one they have broke. This is quite a key aspect, from the perspective of people traveling on business. The hotel refers you to its laundry service, but if you need to quickly iron your shirt before a meeting, you may be disappointed.

To sum up the entire stay, a gift was stolen from my room to take with me for my family. It was not a very valuable thing, as local sweets, but it was the first time where anything disappeared from me in a hotel at this level.

The only reason I give two stars rather than one is because of the chef at the omelet and egg station at breakfasts. Even after the first day, he remembered exactly what I ordered last time, was very polite and everything that came out from under his hands was perfectly fried.
