ARTIEM Madrid

Amazing rooms, really nice, recently remodeled, modern finishes. A selection of free drinks, beer and snacks is a wonderful bonus. We really enjoyed staying here.

The bus stop is just down the street and the metro station 5 minutes walk. The only downside is the hotel is located outside of the central madrid area in a neighborhood with many low-income apartments. In the US we call them the "projects". We never had any problems.

Comfortable and large room, with good air conditioning. Beyond any expectation, next to the reception, there was a free self-service bar area, where each guest could have unlimited snacks and drinks. The hotel is easy to access by car, close to a M-30 exit.

The closest metro station was 15 minutes away (on foot).
The underground hotel parking (14€/day) is really narrow, with many columns which reduce a lot the space to maneuver. Considering the limitations, the price could also be cheaper.
The lack of maneuvering space is very well marked at the entrance of the parking, but it should also be mentioned in the hotel description, so that a guest could understand that well in advance, before the arrival.

I had an incredible stay at Aertiem Hotel in Madrid! The 24/7 snack bar was a convenient perk, especially after a long day of exploring the city. Nuria, from the night staff, was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The breakfast service was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the gym facilities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I was looking for a good hotel in Madrid for me and my girlfriend, we came across ARTIEM Madrid.
The experience was incredibly good.
We had a room for two, without breakfast, and it was totally worth it.
The staff is very friendly, always there to help you at any point in time. The room we got was big and comfy and clean, of course. They welcomed us with a nice small gift and a cute message.
At the lounge, you can find sandwiches and fridge full of beverages, which you can enjoy for free. There is a nice patio where you can rest as well.
Another good point in terms of convenience is the location of the hotel. There is a pharmacy in front of the hotel, and next to it, a bus station. A metro station at about 8 minutes from the hotel. Also there are some restaurants and a supermarket.
From now on, whenever I get the chance to visit Madrid, I will book a room here at ARTIEM Madrid.

Beyond excellent service, very clean rooms, and free snacks! we left our phone in a taxi and they successfully tracked down the taxi drive and got it delivered. This hotel was above and beyond our expectations in all areas.

This review is mainly for the amazing customer service we received from Laura! Laura was so knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. My husband and I cannot thank Laura enough for making our stay at Artiem so welcoming and memorable. The complimentary snacks in the green room as well the complimentary car ride into the city during the weekends were a huge bonus as well during our stay. As first time visitors to Spain with Madrid as our first stop, we had a comfortable and nice stay at the Artiem. Thank you so much again and especially to Laura!

Highly rated for a reason!
Stayed here by myself for 3 nights, everything was great. Only wish location was a bit closer to the city center, but for the price I have no complaints.

Front desk was helpful and attentive.

The only con I could think of is their toilet paper is literally cardboard color and feel 😆

This is a great hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and brand new. You can get an orthopedic pillow on request.
There is a free bar 24 hours with drinks and healthy snacks in the lobby. The receptionist gave me the yoga mat to the room that I could make my morning yoga practice. The breakfast also was very good, included great choice of cheeses, fruits, the omelet cooked personally for you.
The area is calm and safe even though it's not in the center. On weekends they offer free transfer to the center of Madrid.
We really enjoyed the hotel and we will come back for sure.

Relatively large room for its value. Plus the opportunity to eat at any time of day, which in turn allows you to save in travel.
Far from city center and attractions - from 40 minutes to 1 hour that the transport on foot. Bus route 21 goes to the centre right outside the hotel entrance, but minus what he does in the way of so many stops and because long rides.
To the nearest metro station 6-7 minutes walk, but this thread is not the most convenient for tourists. And the stop of the metro line to the centre - 15 min walk.
