Highly disappointed that I wasn't even informed that my rooms weren't confirmed only to find out after arrival at the reception. Horrible service. They had my phone number and mail ID but didn't receive any communication although the guy at the reception says he did. Would never come here again! Avoid.
Also now that I read other reviews I realise that they do discriminate based on nationality/ race surely. Very visible the way they treat as well. I would rate this minus 10 if possible but Google doesn't allow for that

Very good hotel! They have been able to maintain the level of customer service and quality standards that other hotels have maintained during the pandemic. They also meet all prevention criteria. Super recommended! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet, the wifi works great (remote work and video calling) and the staff are wonderful.

This is a fantastic hotel. The reason for that statement, is that we have stayed a couple of times and are going back twice this month. All of the staff are lovely, and I think we have met everyone now. From the cleaners to the reception, bar, restaurant and chefs, they have always got a welcoming smile. The rooms are extremely comfortable and very well presented. Lounge and dining are comfortable too. Highly recommend staying in this

A very nice and inexpensive hotel approximately half way between the city centre and the airport. It has really nice rooms with wooden floors. The place exudes old fashioned attention to detail. Very clean. Lovely coffee made fresh for breakfast.
