Very rarely I compliment a hotel for being extremely GOOD & GORGEOUS!
I didn’t have high expectations prior to my arrival, I used booking.com. (Based on poor photos and reviews…) Then we stayed in
Room 404. Amelie and other relaxing themes and smooth pleasant colour palette. Perfect for a family stay. Families friendly hotel. Extremely friendly and professional staff. Big and spacious room. Full Bathroom: Yes! With a bathtub! Gowns and slippers are provided. King size or super king U.K. size great mattress. Comfortable beds. Impossible not to smile when you walk in. Broad corridors. Perfect Location, close to the airport, to Salamanca district, to centre of town, etc. Safe surroundings and lovely neighbourhood. Reasonable Price. I will come back for a longer stay. Complimentary popcorn and small bottles of water. Honestly… many hotels ( much more expensive than this one) have loads to learn from this hidden gem in Madrid. DORMIRDCINE, Thank you for making us happy in such a simple and beautiful way. The Restaurant and its prices are also excellent, even room service is great! My 2 year old is over the moon here. The only thing I miss is a kettle inside our room. Believe me is much better in person than any photo I could upload. One more important point: The room and hotels are pristine clean. 👍🏻

We recently spent 8 days at Dormirdcine, a cinema-themed hotel in Madrid (Salamanca area), and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by every aspect of our stay.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to three metro stations and a bus station nearby, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Despite arriving at 10:00 AM, well before the official check-in time of 2:00 PM, our room was ready, and we were able to check in immediately. This was a wonderful start to our stay.
The hotel's cleanliness and comfort are top-notch. Our room was spotless (fresh towels and bed-linen every single day), and the unique cinema-themed decor (Woody Allen, our room 516) added a fun and charming touch to the ambiance. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Great Nesspresso coffee, too!
On our last day, we had a late-night flight and the hotel staff kindly allowed us to leave our baggage in a secure room behind the reception. This thoughtful gesture enabled us to enjoy our final day in Madrid without any worries.

I was here for 2 days. On my second day during breakfast, I was stopped and approached by staff, asking if I was supposed to be here. Instead of watching the area, staff was questioning and verifying my identity. In this brief time my book bag with my personal documents, medicine, and recreational devices were stolen.
Upon alerting the staff at the front desk, the man present was very nonchalant and unconcerned that a theft had just occurred in your establishment. The entire time I was expressing my concerns and frustration he kept sighing and appeared annoyed, stating repeatedly that it was not his problem. It was only until I received the assistance from a spanish speaking woman that he was interested in assisting me and when he called the manager and the police.
I don't understand how you allow random people to enter your hotel and steal from paying customers and say nothing but oh well. Very poor security.
