Very friendly staff. The room was smart and comfortable. The cleaning was excellent. The air conditioning was a god send. Location very handy for the metro and there was a handy supermarket up the road. Nice and quiet area.

We had to pay 545 euros for two nights. Not including breakfast. Not including parking. The most expensive, overrated hotels i have ever stayed at. This is not a 'bot' bad review. Steer clear.

This was our first time in spain and i must say it was a very lovely hotel, clean and lovely service.
I want to say a big thank you most especially Felipe from the kitchen crew. He wore a big smile and was always willing to help us get hot water for our young son. Thank you guys and we shall be back !!! Gracias

The staff was really friendly and helpful, both at the reception as by email.
Main downside of this hotel was the lack of sound isolation, the room was really noisy and you could hear the conversations/noises coming from other rooms, definitely not acceptable for a 4 star hotel for a business trip.
The room was nice and clean, no complaints.

The hotel is located close to 2 metro stations which are 40 min away from the city center. It's not that far if you are used to it, but be careful because the public transport stops after 12pm.
The rooms are like in the pictures, big enough and clean. The walls are thin so you can hear a EVERYTHING. Our room was next to an elevator and to the cleaning-supply room, so it was TOO NOISY all the time, I could not sleep well. I WOULD SUGGEST TO ASK FOR A ROOM AWAY FROM THOSE 2 THINGS.

The food is tasty, they also have natural juices. Rooms are large and comfortable. Sometimes the access card doesn't work.

Hotel is 1.5 km from basic shopping plaza where SIM cards can be purchased hotel has very basic clean rooms.a fridge ,TV on wall, that's it bring your own electric jug and drinking containers.that being said the hotel is close to both bus and rail transport good breakfast for 13 Euro.

The rooms are very functional with a 'clean' stile touch. I have been in hotels where the bed is quite hard but at Zenit it was almost as home. Very near the underground and the airport (15 minutes). The overall experience is very good. Maybe the only negative is the room insolation towards other rooms if you have noisy neighbors (maybe though a general problem to similar hotels). Overall good. Worth the money.

4 star Hotel. But nothing special. Finishings are ageing and shower had mold.
