It's very close to the airport, and a taxi costs less than 20 euros. It's a little far from the city center, but there is a direct subway, so the price is lower than the city center. It's a good transit option.

The room was cleaned very well every day, with no disposable items. There was a kettle, but I brought my own and never used it.
There was no additional city tax, and early check-in was possible without any extra charges. (It seems like the room wasn't fully booked, but the closer you book, the more expensive it is; it's not necessarily cheaper if the room is empty...)

Conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from the subway station. There's a fast food restaurant downstairs, and the restaurant across the street is clearly popular with nearby residents. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. You don't have to stay in the city center; this area offers better value for money.

The facilities, service and breakfast are all good, but the location is average, but it is not too far from the airport and the city center. The room is clean, the bathroom is spacious, and the breakfast is rich. The only problem is that the air conditioning in the breakfast room is too cold.

The hotel is located near Metro Line 5, a 3-minute walk away. The airport terminal 2 is about €25. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and there are fast food restaurants like Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, and an Italian restaurant nearby. The hotel also offers delicious and reasonably priced dinners.

It’s an average hotel overall. Location - 30min by metro to downtown. Metro station is 7 min away. Rooms ok but nothing more than that. They had iron that was dirty and screwed my shirt. Rooms are outdated need some refreshments. Staff should be more helpful or knowledgeable to explain about the transportation around the city. Breakfast - you have a lot of food but quality is low. There are restaurants around and supermarket nearby. However not happy with overall experience and wouldn’t recommend.

I don’t understand why when I pay over 150€ for the night I cannot get a free bottle of water. How much does it cost? 15 cents?
Yet I still gotta pay 2€ from the mini bar.
This is not in line with the standing of the hotel.
Except from this, great staff and kind attitude towards guests. Nice room and convenient location between Madrid centre and airport.

I wouldn’t agree with the hotel being 4-star but it was good. We had a decent stay, but quite underwhelming. It’s close to bus stops and the metro stations and there are also some food outlets (Burger King, VIPS, Taco Bell, etc) close by which I guess makes it a good choice in terms of location. The rooms were okay, with frequent cleaning. The staff were helpful too, we had to call for a check in on the air conditioner and it was resolved but we weren’t able to use the TV, unable to easily connect. We stayed in the 3-bed room and we couldn’t even get complimentary water.
The breakfast buffet can definitely do with more food options to choose from and to cater to a wider range of guests.
The tagliatelle in creamy seafood sauce which I ordered on a separate occasion from the restaurant was really good though, I enjoyed that.
Overall, I think it’s a bit overpriced for the general value.

The hotel is in a great location. Metro stations just a few minutes walk and plenty of shops and restaurants along the same street. I’ve stayed numerous times for both work and for vacation getaways. The rooms are always neat and tidy, though sometimes the “double” bed is really 2 singles that tend to separate in the night. But other than that the rooms are great.
The breakfast buffet is exceptional, though I may be biased as I love nothing more than a quality freshly squeezed orange juice and some good crusty bread. The bar / dinner service is excellent. I had the pleasure of having Natalia as my server for various nights in a row and she was an absolute pleasure, always in a great mood even when busy, and very friendly. I’d recommend the Rissoto with mushrooms any day.
The breakfast buffet is exceptional, though I may be biased as I love nothing more than a quality freshly squeezed orange juice and some good crusty bread. The bar / dinner service is excellent. This was my least favorite hotel during my stay in Spain.
1. The staff: the front desk staff was nice enough. But they do need a uniform update the Bib shirts look very odd/costume like/childish.
The breakfast staff need customer service training. In one instance I was walking out with some remaining water in a bottle (to take my medication later on), and the staff (the one with a nose ring) said that I can not take the water.
This was extremely inappropriate as spain at that time was experiencing a drought and we all know that the water was just going to be poured down the drain. So rather a guest drinking the water, they want to be wasteful. Very inappropriate.
2. The rooms: The room and bathroom was quite spacious, fairly clean. However, the towels were grey and with holes. They should be replaced as I wouldn't even donate them to an animal shelter. Also, the hotel must have had a flood as the wallpaper was bubbling and ceiling has stains. The combination provided was useful but no conditioner. Also, no washroom ventilation.
3. The breakfast was okay but the quality was lacking. Everything seemed rushed. And there was even a spider web on the fruit (clearly unwashed).
4. Location: fairly far from the core, a bit of a walk to the metro, and the local area is not the best- run down with questionable characters.
Overall, this is not a 4 star hotel. It should be downgraded.
