The location is a bit far from the city center, but it is great because you can take bus number 150 in front of the hotel and go straight to the city center. The facilities and breakfast are both good.

The hotel facilities are quite complete and the rooms are quite large. It is just a little far from the city center, so eating and drinking around may be a little inconvenient, but it is good to have a parking lot.

Ana is extremely friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Close to metro. Nice!!!

Location is great, not too far from airport. Also has a bus stop near the entrance into town. The ambience looks luxurious, however the quality of the rooms were not great. Rooms are spacious but the cleaning was poor. There was hair and left over bar soap from the previous occupier. Despite complaining to the staff, it wasn't dealt with which was quite disappointing. Food was great in the restaurant. Lots of varieties in the buffet styled breakfast. I also had room service from the restaurant and food was good. The amenities need renovation. For such an expensive hotel, the cleaning has to be better.

It's a bit far from the main tourist attractions in Madrid, but the facilities are good and the staff is friendly. You can take the bus right in front of the hotel and go to all the main tourist attractions. In Europe, where water is scarce, they refilled the water every day.

The hotel is relatively old, the shower water flow is very thin, and the sound insulation is poor. It is located at the exit of the highway and is easy to miss. There are few shops and restaurants nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to find more restaurants. It is closer to the airport.

Everything was excellent. Spacious room, everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
