Rooms are spacious and very comfortable with great room service. Mine was cleaned perfectly every day with care. The Checkin experience was smooth and even though I arrived early without letting them know, they had space to accommodate me, which is most appreciated. The location is 20 min walk away from the city center and this makes the location very calm and quite. You'll surely enjoy the stay! If you're taking the Uber from the Airport, it would be around €21.

Find it unbelievable that a 4-star hotel does NOT have a kettle in the room. Called two times to the front desk to ask and they said kettle is only for guests staying in suites? that's very absurd and I'm offended

I recently booked a stay at NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares and encountered several issues with the booking process. When I made the reservation, I was informed that I could pay upon arrival at the hotel. However, I later received an email stating that payment was required in advance. Confused, I called the hotel and was reassured by a staff member that no advance payment was necessary.
Despite this, I received an email today notifying me that my room had been canceled. When I called the hotel again, I spoke with a staff member who was not helpful and questioned my previous call. Unfortunately, the customer service I experienced was disappointing. I would recommend others to carefully consider their options before booking at NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares, given the lack of clear communication and support

It is a bit far from the city center, but there are some bus stops conveniently located near the hotel. Also, there is also a Carrefour Express about a 5-minute walk. We stayed in a room with a river view and it was amazing. The area around the hotel was safe and we were able to take a walk even after sunset.

We stayed at Hotel NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares May 9-12. The room was comfortable and service was fantastic. The food at the buffet was excellent, as was that at the in-hotel restaurant. It was reasonably priced as well, and the waiters/waitresses were very helpful in assisting our choices with designating vegetarian options. Their English was very good. They were also very sweet in allowing me to practice my Spanish with short conversations. The rooms were beautiful with lots of natural light as well as good electric lighting and plentiful mirrors.
The only cons were not things that could be changed, such as the distance to city center, shower only without bath, and the apparent traditional lack of washcloths, which weren't provided in any of the 4 different hotels where we stayed in Spain.

Very good management by the director Wonderful attention from all front desk staff COVID 19 PERFECT: extraordinary cleaning done by excellent staff Very spacious modern rooms with great views. Very good breakfast and excellent terrace with very tasty dinners and exquisite attention from Veronica. The restaurant staff is very nice Phenomenal hotel...!!!!!! My recent stay without and of course will ALWAYS return!!!! beautiful

The attention at reception and at breakfast is second to none. All the staff are nice. The room is good and very clean. They have a small swimming pool. Every time we spend a few days in Madrid, our first option is a quiet hotel near Manzanares, which is also well connected to the center. A bus stop is 50 meters away. Number 50 brings you closer to Puerta del Sol. And a walk is a walk, especially to get back to the hotel, which you just have to walk down (it's downhill).

Hotel is new and very well equipped. Spotless, incredibly comfy beds, a small fridge in the room. The gym is small but machines and equipment are very modern (they even have rope and pilates balls!) The pool is also small but clean, fresh and towels are amazing. Breakfast was an 'assisted buffet' where you asked for everything to avoid touching around; lot of choices, even cooked ones made at the moment for you, like omelette, eggs and bacon, and very good bakery. Staff was always friendly and helpful, good advises. The area is quiet and peaceful (although we were there in August, not sure if it's always like that, but surroundings are only offices and the river). I'd love to come back.

Great hotel! The beds are really comfortable, the stuff is super friendly and we loved the location which was quiet and a 30 minute walk to the city centre was perfect for us. There was a problem with the shower and after we told the stuff they immediately fixed it! Would go here again
