VP Plaza Espana Design

Everything was absolutely fabulous. I booked a group of 50 here and we were all so satisfied with the hotel and its service. The breakfast was big and delicious. The mango was buttery soft and there was tons of avocado and other fruits many hotels don’t have. All the staff were so helpful with everything both before and during our visit. The location is perfect, right on the Plaza de España, next to the Palacio Real. There’s also a metro stop right there and busses if you don’t want to walk. When people wanted a taxi, the staff had one for them in 30 seconds. My only complaint is that my room didn’t have a glass door the entire way next to the shower, so it can get wet. But that is literally it.

This hotel was perfectly situated. We were highly impressed with the level of attention to detail from the hotel lobby, room and especially the staff. What amazing service. I wish USA hotels would be this great! Walking distance to all the activities, wonderful restaurants amd shopping! Zara was half block away amd Pull & Bear just a short walk. Absolutely loved it and would return when in Madrid!!

This is the perfect location for exploring Madrid.
Everything is walking distance (and there are multiple public transport options if not).
The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean.
The service is warm and discreet.
The spa services were good, and the breakfast spread is extensive.
We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back.

This hotel is fabulous. As a family of four with 2 kids it was very clean, very attentive, the staff is always smiling and willing to go out of their way to assist. I'm a clean freak and often have issues sleeping in hotels however, I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The location is also perfect. Lots of shopping and entertainment around.

This hotel is SPECTACULAR. My family & I stayed here for 6 days over Thanksgiving and were blown away by every single aspect of this hotel. Let’s start with the hospitality: everyone is genuinely so kind and will go out of their way to ensure you have absolutely everything you need at all times. Now to the rooms & amenities: Just immaculate. The rooms are beautifully maintained and have endless amenities throughout (toiletries, robes, slippers, stocked mini bar, espresso machine, turn down, remote-control black-out shades). It’s also very sound-proof. And the location truly can’t be beat. It’s in the heart of EVERYTHING. We walked everywhere, including the Palace which is an 8 min walk. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our family trip such a relaxing and memorable experience. We’ll cherish these memories forever. ❤️❤️
