My stay at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid was nothing short of flawless. And at breakfast—what an extraordinary start to each day! Pilar and Mariana made every morning feel personalized and genuinely special. Their kindness, attention, and ability to anticipate every need elevated breakfast into a daily highlight. They represent the best of what hospitality should be.

Truly, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever

The service was just impeccable from A to Z. Drinks offered while we waited for our room, excellent help by the concierge staff with reservations and tickets, free limo service offered twice to us while it was difficult to get a taxi, very pleasant personnel at the spa and in the restaurant, room service coming exactly as programmed, very helpful and friendly staff at the garden restaurant…the facilities are excellent and the breakfast buffet also. All in all, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. What also struck me was how happy and proud the staff seemed to be to work for M.O. Well done!

We love modern and stylish Mandarin Oriental hotels and we respect and cherish the history and luxury of Ritz… In Madrid you can get all in one in this hotel (situated in the best location).
The stuff is super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere in the atrium where you have lunch is chic and classy, the food is great. It was so nice to find sweet treats and cute surprises for the kids in our room. Thank you.
The only thing that surprised me was the choice of the brand for amenities in the room. From the hotel of such level you expect something much more interesting and posh :) Plus it was quite busy and a bit messy at the breakfast.

The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff’s attentiveness and professionalism are outstanding – they fulfilled every request immediately and always welcomed us with a smile.

The restaurants offer a fantastic gastronomic experience, and the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had. The spa and wellness area provide the perfect place to relax and unwind.

This hotel is the perfect blend of luxury and hospitality. We are truly grateful for this experience and will definitely return!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here, away from our home in Canada. For us, this could easily have simply been an expensive indulgence, similar to any high end hotel around the world. However, the experience at MO turned out to be a treasure. The hotel is in a great spot, as you'd expect from a former royal palace. The facilities - especially the restaurant and the pool/gym/spa area are exceptional. The staff made us feel as important as any of the real VIPs, with so many special, unsolicited touches to make our stay particularly wonderful.

Particular thanks go to the concierge, Jesus. Amongst an amazing team, he really stood out for us with local recommendations within our budget, great late-night chats and the type of welcome you wish your family gave you every time you walked into a room.

Generally, the service culture at this hotel is just a cut above the rest. To a person, everyone was kind, seemed happy and found clever ways to enhance our stay. Truly, if Madrid wasn't such an amazing experience in itself, we'd have happily stayed in the hotel the entire time :)

An incredible team that truly made us feel like royalty! From the seamless check-in process to the exceptional buffet breakfast, every detail was thoughtfully attended to. The quality of the food and drinks was outstanding, especially in the beautiful new garden pergola, an absolute highlight of our stay. A top-notch experience from start to finish!

We had an absolutely fabulous experience. Ritz level service and beyond in all departments. Early check-in after a long international flight. Room upgrade with Welcome coffee and pastries. Lovely restaurants on property. Amazing location.. Guest services were willing to accommodate any requests (cleaned and polished our leather boots as a courtesy). The concierge (all 3 of them over the course of our stay) gave us great recommendations. It was honestly the best jet lag day stay before 3 weeks exploring Southern Europe!

I arranged numerous appointments for our clients during an event, and the customer service and care were just outstanding, whether for in-room services or treatments facilitated in the spa.
