This hotel is decent, good location, the room was actually clean and modern and spacious, so no complaints there. My major problem was with the level of noise. It’s not that the walls are too thin but the doors and door frames provide no sound insulation. And I don’t even mean from the hallway, where you hear every shoe heel and cough. The worst was the connector door between our room and the adjoining room. You could hear everything, everything, as if the people were right next to us (and peeing next to us)- I had to buy earplugs at the pharmacy. Plus you could also see everything in the next room because of the space between the actual door and the surrounding door frame. That, and the windows to the street also had zero sound insulation. Plus the reception lobby is pretty ghetto, the hotel also doubles as some sort of medial center, who knows, there was just a lot of commotion and confusion down there. In the end, the price and room quality weren’t that bad at all, and even the bathroom was pretty nicely set up. But the noise noise noise was too much for me to rate this any higher. Sorry.
