Poor internet not even 5mb on my room
Old features, needs repair and replacements
Sunken bed, old tv, broken lamps
The fire alarm light flashing on my face all night long is pure lack of attention to detail from whoever managing it. It's exactly on top of the bed.
Pros
Location is good (but for leisure I would have preferred something more quiet)
Staff friendly and professional
Not much noise since my room was interior

A single courtesy 200ml water is ok just because tap water in Madrid is drinkable, otherwise it would be a con.
Cheap accommodation for a expensive price
Also, don't be fooled by the complimentary water in the fridge. Only ONE small bottle of water is complimentary. I was charged 15€ for the second small bottle that my husband drank. The only thing in the mini bar is water and it is deceiving when there's a tag that says complimentary water. One small bottle for 2 people and they charge 15€ for the second small bottle when you can get one of these bottles in the store for less than 50 céntimos? Very deceptive!
