I would definitely come here again because of the location. There are good grocery stores here and it has a family neighborhood vibe. Also bus 53 takes you into the center of the city and back to the hotel. Stop is directly in front of the hotel.

The reception personnel are very attentive.
Free internet is only available in the lobby and it's super slow, often you can't even login and have to retry multiple times.

Never been To the hotel like this! if you want WIFI, you need to pay 4 euros for a day. And it's still not working! if you need hairdryer, it's not provided, you need to pay 10 euros... maybe it's me who hasn't seen a place like this! shame on you, Torrelaguna.

Recommended. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the food is good for the price and the buffet is a plus, the restaurant that is outside is good as well and the service is ok; I didn’t check the WiFi but it’s free. The rooms are cleaned everyday which is great because you can rest in a clean space.
I would improve maybe the mattress of my room and, the hotel is a little far way from the center of the city but the bus stop is just in front of the lobby so is not a big deal.

Really nice! Small things to note: wifi is kinda iffy sometimes and in my room the AC made weird noises at 3am and woke me up. Lastly, it would be nice to have a small fridge or safe for passports etc in the room.
Other than that, staff is super nice and welcoming. Location is good with the bus and decent restaurants nearby and I found the bed pretty comfy!

Very good experience: helpful staff, clean rooms, cozy lobby and breakfast corners.
Everything is simple, by which I mean devoid of anything superfluous. A good place for those who mean to spend their day out and enjoy a clean room at night.
Caution: not for early sleepers: the cafe-restaurant in front of the hotel is open until midnight.

A nice place for your stay in Madrid. The rooms were clean, the bed really cosy. Really liked the fact that you get a bathtub wth a shower 2 in 1. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is a couple minutes by foot away from a metro station and there is a bus stop right at the front door.
However, you need to pay extra to get access to wi-fi in your room (I've never seen something like that). The room doesn't have any cabinet, only 2 open shelves under the tv to put your clothes on. And there are no electic sockets next to the bed.

Rooms are spatious, clean, modern looking, but there is no mini fridge or hair dryer inside the room. Breakfast is decent, there is ham, cheese, omlette, but the eggs never met the chicken, coffee and a few croissants.
