The location is super convenient to all the stops on my list, about 20 min walk away from everything. The reception desk is very friendly and helpful too. Bedding and housekeeping is good. They have a sweet treat in the room when you arrive so it is nice.
The room itself I would only give three stars. It is a three star hotel, but I think I would say it is more like a nice 2 star. At night I would hear the three rooms next to me coming in and out so clearly, it is almost as if the door wasn't there.
The baseboards in the room are very beat up and looks dirty. There are other reviews that also mention the same thing. I didn't think the bed itself was dirty but some of the details seem beat up/worn down. The bathroom has some cool strip lighting for the ambiance ( and probably for the photos) but I would like more light while showering.

The location was very good and the staff were friendly. The only negatives were the coffee maker in the public space, instead of the room, and the rainfall shower didn't have enough pressure. Otherwise, it was a very nice place with a comfortable bed and clean facilities.

we stayed from 14 to 18 august 2024 with family. Thanks to Belen to have been available to find us a perfect solution in the other hotel in madrid (Hotel One Shot Recoletos) of the same chain since in the room there were some maintenance works. Customer satisfied

What a cool, modern hotel, in a convenient location, within walking distance to lots of sights and restaurants. We loved the clean, quiet room with a HUGE shower (wall mount and wand) and a well-located place to hang up our clothes. After a day of sightseeing in busy Madrid, it was a pleasure to relax in the room. There was a Nespresso machine on each floor, yum. Check in and out was great, the front desk was very nice about recommending places to eat and calling taxis.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation. It is quite run down. The coffee machine is in the hallway, one per floor. The 4 nights I stayed only worked one day. The room with balcony overlooking Prado street is quite noisy. This access street is usually saturated with cars and very busy on weekends. The curtains did not close completely, the plinths were chipped, the use of time and a long etc.. The best thing was the attention of the reception and cleaning staff as well as the comfort of the bed.

A beautiful place in the heart of Madrid night area. Artistic place with stylish rooms. Nice bathroom facilities in room. Massive TV that doubles as a mirror. No breakfast here but they provide coffee pods for some energy before facing the outside world.

Had a very bad experience with this hotel. Pictures are not the same as reality!
Room has a small window, felt like sleeping in a bunker. Stuff was not helpful. I asked ahead about coffee machine but it was not in the room. No closet for unpacking clothes. Room was empty and cold without any design. I didn’t want to get back to the room every day. Not recommend at all!!!
Cleaning was also lacking.
