Location: in the centre of Madrid, 500 metres from Puerta del Sol and 300 m from the metro station Anton Martin, about 18 km from the international airport of Madrid.

Excellent location, great staff. The room was clean and the quality of sleep is assured. It is pet friendly, which is of great significance for our family. You have a great restaurant just at the corner of the street, and you will be near the main attractions of Madrid, such a beautiful city!

Perfect location.
One lift is not enough, waiting time is long.
One staff to serve breakfast is not enough, she can't cover everything
Rooms are wide,there is a fridge, but I suggest adding a kettle.

Stayed in August, room had good air con, fridge, nespresso machine and balcony. Room was spacious and quiet. Staff did an excellent job servicing room. Staff at reception were also excellent. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff: friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made a last minute reservation in a restaurant for us.
Location: centrally located, and safe to walk around at night. Many restaurants to try nearby.
Room: clean and comfortable. However the shower had pretty serious mildew ( which I took a picture of and showed to the hotel manager. Her response was that the hotel was/is planning to do through/ deep cleaning in the near future???)
Breakfast:
- unless you have already included it when you made you booked your room reservation, it will cost you 15 Euros per person.
- good variety of food & drink items to choose from
- service: there was only one person taking care of signing in the guests, replenishing the items and clearing the tables. This resulted in running out of some of the items, having some cold waffles left on the serving tray...
One issue: the safe in the room would not open after setting up the pass-code and locking it. The front desk could not open the safe by resetting the pass-code, and ended up opening the lock by removing it from the safe. Additionally, we were told that the would have their handy-man fix the safe the following Monday, and offered us to use the safe at the front-desk (which we declined).

Location of thr hotel is what makes it
one of the best hotels to be in Madrid. Jorge at the reception is very helpful. My visit with the family was a great experience. It is by far my only hotel to stay in Madrid. Lastly the 3 stars the hotel has should definitely be upgraded to 4 stars.

We stayed for two nights and had a huge room on the top floor. The lift only goes up to the penultimate floor, but the reception staff kindly helped us with our luggage. There was no view (except over the rooftops), but there was a little balcony area for enjoying the sun and the room was very quiet with no street noise, and the bed was comfortable, so sleep quality was excellent.
There are many bars and eating places within a few minutes walk, so we did not take breakfast in the hotel or miss a hotel restaurant.
The hotel is part way up a hill which might be a problem for persons for very limited mobility (we are pensioners and we were fine). However, taxis are cheap and readily available, so this need not be an issue.
We thought the price was reasonable for the central location.
There are many bars and eating places within a few minutes walk, so we did not take breakfast in the hotel or miss a hotel restaurant.

Not the best Ibis Styles I've visited not the worst for sure. Location is awesome! In Styles usually there is free coffee and a small snack at the reception, but not in this one. Rooms are spacious enough, cleanness is as expected!

The hotel is centrally located, a great base for exploring Madrid by foot. The rooms are nice and modern, although the Spanish region-based decoration can be a tad too much, the bedding is comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is good but offers only a limited choice of sweet and savoury options, nevertheless perfectly acceptable for a 3* hotel.
The staff is nice and helpful. All in all, a solid option.

The location is fantastic. Close to everything. And at night, very quiet. Even if the streets were noisy, the windows are top notch. The rooms are very clean. I love the extra pillow and the red blanket. My son enjoyed the breakfast bar. The hosts at reception were lovely, and answered emails immediately. I highly recommend this hotel when in Madrid. An added plus! Your rooms have a refrigerator. Soooooo nice.

Really nice Location in the middle of Oldtown Madrid. Good Restaurants and Bars around. Rooms are ok, little bit noisy. Breakfast is perfect.
