One lift is not enough, waiting time is long.
One staff to serve breakfast is not enough, she can't cover everything
Rooms are wide,there is a fridge, but I suggest adding a kettle.

Hygiene: very clean
Environment: The surrounding environment belongs to the central area, safe, clean, and convenient for eating and shopping.
Location: centrally located, and safe to walk around at night. Many restaurants to try nearby.
Room: clean and comfortable. However the shower had pretty serious mildew ( which I took a picture of and showed to the hotel manager. Her response was that the hotel was/is planning to do through/ deep cleaning in the near future???)
Breakfast:
- unless you have already included it when you made you booked your room reservation, it will cost you 15 Euros per person.
- good variety of food & drink items to choose from
- service: there was only one person taking care of signing in the guests, replenishing the items and clearing the tables. This resulted in running out of some of the items, having some cold waffles left on the serving tray...
One issue: the safe in the room would not open after setting up the pass-code and locking it. The front desk could not open the safe by resetting the pass-code, and ended up opening the lock by removing it from the safe. Additionally, we were told that the would have their handy-man fix the safe the following Monday, and offered us to use the safe at the front-desk (which we declined).
