We stayed for 2 nights, which was acceptable, but for a longer stay we would have appreciated more comfort.
Pros:
Excellent quality pillows and mattresses.
Clean bed linen — many thanks to the staff for this!

I hope the hotel management reads this.
Room 101:
The shower partition needs to be replaced — it is no longer watertight and leaks through the sliding doors as they don’t close properly.
The showerhead should be moved to the wall on the right to make it easier to take a comfortable shower.
There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the curtains were dirty — cleaning standards need to be more strictly enforced.
The desk lamp on the left cannot be turned on independently from the main room light, which is inconvenient when you want to work in the evening with softer lighting.
The location is good, but it’s noisy both outside and in the corridor.
The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming — we truly appreciated that!
DID NOT REFUND even after we did not stay after letting front staff know our concerns …
Do not book , you will be disappointed & lose your money …
Great location, close to the train station, walking distance to the beach, promenade and restaurants (maybe slightly longer for some people but if you like to walk, it’s great!).
All of the staff that I interacted with were really friendly and really made you feel welcome.
There were little things that really made a difference and made you feel valued - a juice on arrival, towels and beach stuff available to use, tea and coffee available all day. Small things but made the whole experience so much better.
