I loved my 3 nights stay. I was very well welcomed. I had some stuff that I asked them to put in the fridge; which they kindly did. I would've given 5 stars but I removed one star because the breakfast space isn't ready yet. Hopefully next time I'll give them 5 stars ! Keep it up

The hotel is wonderfully located right near place de massina. It is a smaller hotel but there still is 24 hour front desk. The staff were very helpful multiple tines, from beach towels to helping us find a laundromat. The bed was very comfortable. Neat and clean rooms. The hotel is close to the City centre, bus stop and cafes. Attractions such as Norte Dame Cathedral, Flower Market, Promenade etc are at a walkable distance. A super market just 2 buildings away. We were given early check in as well.

The front desk got off work very early, and the hotel quilt was very dirty, with a lot of hair tangled in it, and had not been washed at all.

The room is quite big, and the twin room is just right for our family of three! The location is good, there is a Michelin restaurant downstairs, and a set meal for 41 euros is enough for 2 people! It is within a 10-minute walk to the beach, passing by Zara/H&M/Galeries Lafayette, and shopping is very convenient. The only drawback is that there was a power outage in the middle of the night…

The price/performance ratio is relatively low. There is a terrace on the roof, but the overall room is simple, the equipment is old, and the bathroom is leaking, which makes it easy to slip. The front desk is not 24 hours, and there is no one on duty at night, which is quite strenuous. The elevator is very old and can only accommodate 2 people.

This is not a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn but it is clean, functional and comfortable. The beach and the fabulous Promenade Anglais are 100 yards away and the stop for the tram (town and the airport directions) is about the same. We are in town visiting relatives and we like it !

It’s close to the sea and Tran station, but the building in front of it( between the sea and hotel) is under construction.

The view was great with breakfast on the balcony. Staff very friendly. The rooms could be better.

You pay for the views and location. Ok if you look for a place to lay down after full days of walking and exploring. everything except the beach is 10-20 minute walk away.

The location was very central to key attractions. The reception was very friendly and we kept our bags to store room after we checked out. The room was tidy and comfortable. Only down side was there was no water bottle and no proper shampoo. Would recommend it and hope to stay again.

We stayed here for one night. The room was suitable and we could cook our own meals. We checked in late and didn't answer the phone call because of the noisy environment. The location is good and the hotel is relatively quiet.

It was good for the price. Very central and very accommodating people. Hotel nice Etoile was very basic.

Cold room Room is quite compact. There is no remote for the TV or the heater. The receptionist keeps the remote for controlling the heater. They tried to turn on but it didn’t work so room was cold.

Noisy location Bring ear plugs, late night party seen and early workers. Had to leave the windows open because the management removed all of the remote controls for the AC. I realize we as Americans like AC and the Europeans may not but just because summer is over doesn’t mean it’s not warm. It was in the high 80’s which made the room much hotter.

Good choice for a short stay in Nice, a short walk from the tram stop, and very close to a major shopping centre. You need to be sure to remember the door code as reception is not 24 hours.

Excellent location right in the centre and moments from the beach but still quiet. Rooms are a bit basic but clean and our double room had a great little balcony. People on reception are really friendly and helpful and will store your bags. The lift is tiny as other people have said. We preferred to walk the five flights of stairs! The hotel’s location on Nice’s main street was really convenient. Just a heads-up, though: it can get quite noisy late at night if you’re sensitive to that. It’s also a safe area with plenty of people around, which made me feel secure walking back late at night. Plus, it’s just a short stroll to the beach. Simple rooms - very immaculate - french balconies, takes up a 4th floor above restaurants - the owner is very friendly and gives you a resort map and explains the area on arrival. I enjoyed my stay at Victor Hugo. The hotel is very convenient and in a good area. My bedroom was the smallest ( and cheapest) but it was ideal for one person. I enjoyed the breakfast although it was crowded at times. Overall a good choice.

We had a big triple room, the furniture and sanitary were a bit old, but the hotel is very well located - about 5 minutes to the beach. There are a lot of markets and shops in the area and even a food market near the hotel. I liked that we had a fridge, a big table and chairs, and also a microwave oven. The price was very good!

Stayed for two nights. Really nice and first-class service! Quiet surroundings. Great with AC in room. Patio/garden outside for breakfasts or just hanging around in the shade - very nice. Typically French breakfast available for 8 euros. If you like croissant and white bake-off baguettes with an assortments of sweet jams and butter, along with a glass of orange juice, this will be perfect for you....

Location is great! Staff are very nice, and the rooms are wonderful. But the parking lot has cars blocked in and is a mess.

If you value human interaction then you should go somewhere else. No front desk : you enter with a code and check in are virtual made with a booth. No breakfast service : there is a large kitchen that you can use with free coffee machine. It's all very empty. Rooms are not cleaned unless you ask for it (usually it's the other way : rooms are cleaned everyday unless you ask for the room not to be cleaned...

Share inn was in such a fantastic location in the middle of the main tourist area with everything you wanted to see within walking distance and super accessible public transport nearby.
