From the moment we arrived, Pierre welcomed us like old friends. He made us a cup of coffee and held our bags until our room became available. We toured a bit and upon return our bags were in our room. The room was well styled, comfortable, dark and quiet. His daughter gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and transportation. It is a gem of a hotel.

We spent 4 nights in the hotel (July 10-14). First I booked a room on Booking, but at the day of arriving they canceled my reservation. When we arrived to the hotel the lady said that's there is no reservation on my name, after she corrected that my reservation was canceled by them, because of credit card unauthorized. This place was just what we needed. I’d have given it more stars but the bed I slept on was lumpy and a bit hard for me. My boys were very happy though! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was funky and fun, and although the construction noise was present and really wasn’t a big deal - and I’m a light sleeper. Review of Hotel Les Cigales This hotel is a good choice for a short term stay (no longer than a week). The good benefits we had is that this hotel had car parking availability which is very hard to find in this area. As well as the location was ideal, not far from most attractions and shops. Good 3* experience in excellent location Hotel G is a small and good 3 star hotel with an excellent location by Gabrialdi Sq., very close to everything - and easy transportation via Tram from and to the airport. The Hotel is warm, welcoming and definitely on the eccentric side (which we liked a lot)! The team who run it are very friendly and efficient. Altogether our visit was charming. Plus we enjoyed being near the old town of Nice. If we ever get to return, we'll certainly book this hotel again.

Good value for money Nice little hotel close to beach and walking distance to old town. Probably quite recently renovated, in good condition. It was very quiet, considering the fairly noisy street, which you could only hear if you opened the window. There was a strange eco-limitation in AC - 22-23C was minimum, which at least to me is a bit too warm for night.

This hotel is very popular on Xiaohongshu. The view from the balcony allows you to see both the sea and the city, but the room is very small and a bit depressing. Unfortunately, I was assigned an irregular room type this time. It's okay for staying 1-2 nights. You can climb up the Castle Hill next to the hotel and it's within walking distance to the old town of Nice, so the location is quite convenient

It's a lovely hotel with a great view but if you like to sleep-in, this is not the place for you. There is a truck bay directly in front of the rooms where hotel deliveries start from 5 am. The housekeeping staff are also noisy from 7 or 8 am.

I am here often for a short business travel. The service is excellent, very friendly people at the reception and at breakfast. The rooms are space full and very nice. The bathrooms are getting a bit old and cleaning could be a little bit better but all in all okay.

This stay was a very good experience! The front desk check-in was very efficient and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were not new, but relatively clean, the bed was moderately soft and hard, and I had a good rest at night.

This is a nice hotel run by a local couple (and their nice dog!). It's quaint, quiet, and worth the price. We stayed there on a hot day, however, and it was like a sauna in our room. They provide small fans to blow air around, but it was still quite hot even with the fans. But it wasn't terribly expensive, so it was worth what we paid. :-)

My stay here was so goood I extended a night. The location is great too, few minutes walk to where all the stores and restaurants are (you just have to explore).
