This property was super convenient, clean and unique. I loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it fo others.

Fantastic Boutique hotel. It is an extraordinary boutique hotel with lovely courtyard with flowers and trees. The staff, Chloe, Julie and Emma hosted us like at home. Breakfast is elaborate and excellent. Maison Durante is right across the Nice ville railway station proximity to the tram line to visit the old town, sea side and café, restaurants, sightseeing, etc.

The hotel front desk was friendly and welcoming, but the facilities in the room were average, not dirty but not very clean either. Because of the garden, there were flying insects, so the windows needed to be closed. The price-performance ratio was average.

We only stayed one night and did not book breakfast. The welcome upon arrival was excellent. Nice and clean room, fantastic shower. The only inconvenience was the bathroom exhaust fan which was very noisy, unfortunately we realized it at 11pm and so we preferred not to call anyone and with the bathroom door closed it was a little less audible.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff are really kind and the location is good, particularly if you plan to travel by train.

This is a 3 Star property! No a/c to speak of … it’s so hot in the room, I can barely sleep or get dressed. To blow dry your hair you can’t do it in the bathroom you need to do it in the dark room . We’d definitely recommend. The location is great, giving a nice balance between the old town and beach, without costing too much. The breakfast was very nice and generous. The staff were very friendly. The room was modern and clean. Ending the night at the rooftop bar was nice. The area was safe with some nice restaurants nearby in case you don’t want to go to the old town.

Our room was okay - definitely a bit small and could use some updating and TLC. The carpet also appeared a bit dirty, but luckily we had brought slippers which we wore in the room. There was air conditioning, but it was not very strong. Staff were great in all areas. Our room had not been cleaned properly, there was trash behind the curtain. The room was dated. The bedside table jutted over the bed meaning you had to remove it to sleep. The air conditioning was old and poor. Breakfast was great, staff were great and the surprise roof top bar was also great.

The hotel is near the tram station, opposite the sea, so the location is very convenient. The room is cleaned every day and is clean. However, there is no hair dryer in the room, so every time I need to use it, I have to go down to the reception to borrow one.

The location is between the center of Nice and the airport. There is a tram right outside the door. It only takes 11 minutes to get to the beach in the center of Nice. Super comfy, spotless, and perfectly located. We stayed in Room 1 on the ground floor, and it was surprisingly quiet despite the hotel being in a busy, touristy area. The staff are wonderful; helpful without being intrusive. The courtyard with the fountain is a real gem; having our morning coffee there was such a treat. Suburb location and service! My daughters and I had the most wonderful stay at the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable with the most beautiful balcony with view of the bay. The air conditioning in my room was broken for my entire stay. I reported this to the hotel staff multiple times, but the problem was never resolved. With outside temperatures exceeding 30°C, the room was dangerously hot and uninhabitable. The hotel fundamentally failed its duty to provide a safe and usable room, forcing me to check out early for my own safety.

The superior room I booked had two sockets next to the bed that didn't work, and I couldn't plug in my phone. The elevator was broken on the day I checked in, so I had to carry my suitcase up to the fifth floor. The superior room had three large windows, and the curtains on the window facing the bed were broken and couldn't be pulled down.

I strongly recommend that everyone who travels to Nice not miss this hotel. The perfect location makes it easy for you to access almost all the places you want to go. Importantly, you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the terrace of the room, which is undoubtedly a great experience.

Wonderful location facing the sea. The staff were kind and friendly. Effort was made to make our room look lovely as it was our wedding anniversary. I would definitely stay again. An added bonus is that there is a bus stop a couple of 100 yards from the hotel entrance that means you can take an easy ride to and from the airport.

Used for day use as had a late flight. The room was tiny which didnt matter for day use but wouldn't like it at all if staying here. The toilet was separate to sink and shower too.
