The bed was really uncomfortable
Not bad. The room was clean and the receptionist was friendly
A very nice hotel. The staff is very serviceminded and helpful, the rooms are very fresh and the breakfast is great.
5/5 stars, really recommend this hotel in Nice.
The hotel is a little far from the old town, and there is a main road under construction, which slightly affects travel. The smell of the hotel lobby is not very good, the room is quite large, and the facilities and hygiene are pretty good.
The location is about 1.5 kilometers from the beach. There is a road under construction in front of the door, which is a bit messy. There is a supermarket not far away. Parking is in a parking building across the road. You need to go to the front desk to get a barcode before driving over. You have to scan the barcode twice to enter and exit the parking building, which is a test of thinking and action...
Very nice rooms and great staff. The rooftopnis equipped with a rooftop bar and a swimming pool. It offers a great view over the city. The hotel is a 20 minute walk away from the beach.

Very nice hotel at a good location in Nice! The only difficult was the parking that was a bit expensive opposite. But with 20 minutes walk you can be in the Promenade des Anglais!
Very friendly service and nice lobby. We also liked a lot that they offered free good coffee, free Kusmi Tea, free sparkling and still water!
In a quite area also. Comfortable beds too. Very good value for money. The only...
This is a great budget hotel situated 2/3 minutes walk from Nice Ville station. Cool little reception area with some funky furnishings, flavoured water also a nice touch. Rooms are smallish but well appointed with nice linens and towels. Very good breakfast choice too. It’s a 25 minute walk to the old town or a couple of stops on the tram. But we were very happy with our choice of staying here
The room was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet despite facing the street. The hotel is close to the bus and tram stops, so we could easily get around Nice. I am gluten-sensitive and I was given bread rolls and cakes for breakfast. You can drink coffee and water for free all day in the breakfast room. Since it was my birthday on the day we arrived, my children organized a surprise...
We stayed at this hotel in Nice and we had great experience. This hotel was only five minutes from the train station and check-in. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were very not super modern but cute, quiet and comfortable . We even had a little balcony. Free 24 hour coffee and water fill station was a huge plus in a city where water will cost €2,00. 15 minute walk to old town and the...
We met a few different receptionist during our 2 day stay, all were nice and helpful. We didn't include breakfast on our reservations so cannot speak to that.
There is an elevator- yay! Rooms were clean and quiet.
Translation right across the street and thr beach is about a 10/15 minute walk from the hotel.
I can see how some people would find it "unsafe" to walk back to the hotel at night, but...
Take a look, recommended, very close to the train station, about 20 minutes away from the city center, there are many delicious restaurants and small supermarkets nearby

Okay. Good location with average facilities.
Very nice decors and cleanliness
Room is very small though it have nice balcony
The team is very helpful and kind
The breakfast is absolutely perfect
A nice clean hotel in downtown Nice with very friendly staff.
Fantastic friendly service in this small hotel. The rooms are quite small although typical in size for city centre French hotels. The only concern was the lack of sound proofing. It was hard to get a good night's sleep when you could conversations and loud plumbing all night long.
breakfast is perfect, staff very friendly and gives good advice on restaurants
I stayed wonderful two nights there. A room with balcony is spacious enough for two people.
I would say the most extraordinary things about this hotel are the staff. Every staff member is very helpful and friendly. Comfortable room and bed in small hotel well located in the downtown area of Nice. 8 minute walk to the sea and old town area. Easy tram or suburban line access. Nice Ville (main) train station is 12 minute walk away. The standard room was definitely on the small side, especially the shower. If you are not a small person you'll be banging your elbows and knees on the shower partitions many times trying...
The place is in the heart of the city, which is a very good reason to choose. Do not expect a briliant room, but what you need from a place to stay. Rooms were clean, and cleaned every day. Staff is nice, many thanks to Mrs Cristina and Mrs Ana for their efforts on delivering great service on meal service area. Enjoy your stay.
Really happy with our stay in this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were well-sized, comfortable, and clean - no issues at all with the room or towels being dirty, unlike what some of the other reviews said. The staff at reception were friendly and very patient with my terrible French and still spoke back to me in French :) The refillable water/tea/coffee station was great. We also got a mini bottle of rose...
Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. Friendly staff and very good service. It was great that there is a coffee and drinks station at reception where you can help yourself, this is most welcome after a day exploring the city. Really appreciate that hotel can store our luggage after check out and we have a later flight home. Great location too for everything. Thank you all so much...
Very nice hotel! The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, and there is also a wide selection of restaurants and shops on the next street.

Excellent staff. Rooms had fridges and a functional kitchenette. I waited a little too long to request a different room due to the constant noise of a screaming baby next to me, but they were able to accommodate me once I did which i really appreciate. Thank you! The value is good considering the price but that comes with a less than ideal location and very warm rooms.

Clean, good shower , very friendly check in. We’re advised of the closest tourist stops to visit. Reasonably priced for Nice.
My only complaint would be that the AC wasn’t very powerful as it was hot in Nice at the time.
It is a nice place to stay. Philippe was very nice at the reception, he even took his time to explain us where we should check out during the stay. His suggestions were spot on. The hotel is small and cozy. I will definitely go back there again.
Best thing about the hotel is it’s location. Otherwise it is an old hotel. ROOMS are spacious but do offer basic amnesties like water kettle. Parking through the hotel is not advised at all. At the same cost one can park on the road and avoid the hassle of driving down 3 floors in an underground private car park. Also you have to deposit the key back every time you take or drop off your car.
Probably the best decision to stay here in Nice...bigger rooms, central location and the Manuela made our stay most memorable with all her help and assistance. Among the best choice of hotels better than some 4 star hotels also.
We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were AMAZING! The rooms were very clean. The location was ideal. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Nice Ville train station. Not all the front desk staff are friendly, most of them are nice but one has a relatively bad attitude, but it's not a big problem. The room is clean.
Very welcoming (Marta was fantastic and very helpful). They had secure space for our bikes. Breakfast was wonderful - great variety and well worth the price. Highly recommend a stay here.
Highly recommend, bed is so comfortable! I had a good rest.
Staff are polite and nice, speak English
Close to train station and subway.
There are supermarkets around, Carrefour and lidl
Clean, no bed bugs
Our beds were filled with bedbugs and couldn't sleep properly. I slept 2 hours only.
The rooms were small without any kettle or any essential things.
Definitely not worth the money we paid.

Stayed at The Sheraton, Nice airport for what can only be described as 10 amazing days. From the moment we entered we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from the reception team, our room was facing the courtyard which we like as it’s a bit quieter as I was travelling with my elderly mother. We had breakfast included and being gluten free there was more than enough options for me, we spent...
Good hotel for a couple of nights before departure. The location is convenient, the service is decent, and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. The only downside is the breakfast — at €35 per night, it feels insufficient. That said, I understand this isn’t a typical Marriott property, but more of a practical stopover before leaving.
Location is right across from the airport- great for an early morning flight! You can walk right across the street to terminal 1.
Rooms and bathrooms were very nice, a great size, and very clean.
The food at the restaurant/bar are rather expensive but like everything else, you pay for convenience.
No shuttle to the airport but you can walk to terminal 1 in 5 minutes- or pay around 20€ for a Bolt...

It really is an oasis
This truly is in an oasis. As soon as you walk through the gates, into the courtyard, the city goes away. The cleaning lady was delightful! Most of the desk staff was very good. But, the guy that was there when we arrived, about 2pm, said our room wasn’t ready, he didn’t even look. There were bags of guests everywhere and people sitting around. He told us come back at 3....
Booked quite late, lovely little hotel tucked away. Room was just right, bed comfortable, no noise from neighbours. Didn’t eat there, as we went out every day.
The property is so quiet and peaceful and clean. It is very accessible to shopping and sight seeing and transport. The staff was very helpful and the room was really clean.
The safe was on the floor of our room and therefore quite difficult to access. Even raised on to one of the shelves would make that much easier to access
I stayed at Hotel Oasis for two nights and would give it a solid 4/5 stars. The location is excellent—very walkable to the promenade, which makes it convenient for exploring on foot. The staff were warm, welcoming, and spoke English, which made communication easy and the stay more comfortable.

Excellent hotel. Good location, close to attractions. Everything is clean, cozy. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. We liked it, we will definitely come back.
The hotel is in a great location, with many attractions within walking distance. Good access to public transport and lots of cafes nearby. Great location and caring friendly team. Although a boutique hotel, the hotel was accessible 24/7. Great memories!
Very well priced for the room size, location and service. Only one downside is that the room does have a shower and sink but no WC. The WC is in the corridor of each floor. Otherwise a very economical room.
The room is a bit worn out and has a strange smell after it’s been cleaned. Poor soundproofing as well.
It's close to the tram line. You can get from airport directly by L2, Port Lympia direction (1.70 euro one way if purchased from app) , but bit of the walk to the main area in the city (about 15min). For us was great as we don't mind the walk.

The best in this place is the location and the attention of the staff, they were so helpful and nice to us. The hotel has old decoration and ambience. The rooms a little bit to simple but we have very good sleep the 3 days we stay. So I can't say negative things in there.

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and quite helpful. However, being a woman alone, the area did not always feel safe at night, though the geographic location was quite central.
