Altona

Really nice people working there. All staff spoke multiple languages. Accommodated things we wanted / helpful with knowledge of the area and how to get around. Clean rooms and towels changed every day. We got water bottles in the room every few days. Local area was close to Gare du Nord and the metro so very easy to get around from there. We also found some nice play parks and restaurants in walking distance for young kids so very nice. If you are going for a week or weekend - we were there 4 days, do you really need much more for a place you merely sleep. Very helpful as near a Naturalia supermarket shop and my son has allergies so we could shop there for specialist food. Was easy to store luggage there on the last day and then collect it later. It’s 2* but nothing is a deficit it’s just not over the top. Some reviews are rude about the local area but everyone just needs to wake up to dynamic cities which have people and shops from other countries and embrace it and regarding homelessness it’s everywhere in Paris and all cities not just there, of which it is minimal anyway.
With a young child the windows in the room (patio facing on 4th floor) opening freaked me out, particularly in the bathroom, however you had to open them for the heat so more of a security barrier on those would be good and little fridges in the room would also be helpful but not really necessary as we just used their central fridge which was fine.

The cleanliness , room service as well as the breakfast is good!! The Metro service is near to this place. Very convenient. The staff is polite and service orientated. Very 👍. There are many places to explore. Had a great time and good rest.

This is a two star hotel. It is ok. Clean, good bed, small but good updated toilet. Like when you can make your own coffee in your room. Floor feels like going on a boat. Breakfast was also good. Walkable distance to Garde de Nord.

Family trip, great location almost next to the station with all you need at walking distance, pharmacies, all types of restaurants, supermarkets and even the hospital. Beds were super comfortable, good shower and friendly Staff, special thanks to Eusebio and the night receptionist who gave us indications on how to reach the hospital. Such a great deal, I’d come back if I get the chance, also the zone is safe enough!

Great location. 5 min from Metro and 10 from Gare du Nord. Lots of great places to eat locally. Basic hotel. Clean rooms and nice staff

Excellent hotel! We loved our stay in Paris. The location was incredible, the attention was one of the bests i’ve had in my entire life! Best quality price in Paris. 💯

Room is small but comfortable. Location is very convenient. It's walking distance from Gare du Nord and Sacre C'oeur. Very nice restaurants and cafes in the area.

The hotel is simple but cozy. Everyone was very friendly, especially the boys at Reception. They are super attentive and help you with information, etc. The is one Safe in the room. TIP: Coming by train from Charles airport. Take line 4 and go towards Barbes Rouchourt station. Get off at this station, the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away. very close. There are plenty of shops on the streets, restaurants, etc. I recommend it 100%
