Great hotel, very comfortable and well located property.
Unfortunately, lady main receptionist had a deplorable attitude and show hostility toward us in a quite inexplicable way. (Man and girl in reception later behaved normally). Sorry to have to mentioned it, but the lady receptionist negative attitude is a huge detriment for your beautiful hotel.

Great central location, very clean, the staff are very friendly and nice specially , Raoul and Victoria, they are beyond the expectations and make my stay is super easy and very comfortable.

A very comfortable and convenient hotel in terms of location, service and stay. I would rebook this when I visit Paris again. Highly recommend this too others as well.

Liked the location. Was close to shops, restaurants and public transportation. The elevator wasn’t the usual tiny kind that smaller hotels have. Room was decent size, had a large window that opened, a mini fridge.

Selected this hotel due to the proximity of a lot of local attractions and cost.
Hotel room itself was very cool and quaint. Not super fancy but nice and it suited us. Very close to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We ate breakfast there almost every day,It was cheap and the staff who is working in the basement is awesome.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were stylish and very functional. We had a family room, which was a good size for 4 people. The bathroom was large and had all the amenities we needed. The best part of this hotel was the location. It is very near a metro hub. It is also walkable to many tourist sites. I recommend getting a week long Passe Navigo, available at the airport or any train station, which is the best deal for metro use. 30 Euros for the week. You can purchase on your phone immediately, if you are an android user. Coming soon for iphone. Iphone users can get a physical card, you must have a photo, available at photo booths at the metros within 24 hrs of purchasing the card.

Great, quiet place to stay! This little gem is tucked in a spot that is within walking distance to many of the iconic Paris sights. Hotel Staff were very pleasant and helpful. My family would definitely stay here again!

Everything was so well about hotel during our visit to Paris. The hotel is located in the city center easy to see the main tourist attractions. The hotel room was cozy. The bed was so comfortable. The coffee machine the kettle and the iron made it feel like home. The breakfast was prepared so well and affordable price.The staff was kind and friendly.
The wardrobe might be a bit larger and closed.A coffee table might be added. The doors of the shower and the bathroom might be in sliding style. A map of the city might be given as the barcode didn’t work. That’s all. Thank you.

Location can’t be beat. The rooms are small but typical for Paris-very clean and nice large bathroom.

Do not stay here. The service personnel are like night and day. The first couple of days they were great. However, the woman working day shift then last couple of days has been awful. I told her that our toilet was cracked and needed to be replaced. When we left this morning the toilet seat was still cracked. I made sure the do not disturb sign was taken off the door because we had left it on the day before. When we returned, the toilet seat was completely broken. We didn't get in until almost 23:00 and there was no way they could get it fixed this evening. The poor man working tonight had to listen to me fuss about the broken seat and how had Victoria done her job it would have been repaired. He was very nice and very apologetic but it is definitely not a place I would recommend. Paris is easily accessible via the Metro. If you are on a budget, find somewhere further out with rooms that are possibly roomier with more consistent service. If you are younger and without medical conditions that cause frequent urination, this place may be an okay option.
