The hotel was in a great location, the room was comfortable, but there was a bit of a problem with ants in our room on the floor throughout our stay. For the most part, we were very impressed by the staff, but there were a few issues with breakfast and the serving staff in the breakfast room. Unfortunately, The staff person working in the breakfast Room was unwilling to Replenish the breakfast items and seemed less than happy that we asked for her help.

good location, nice front desk employees. it’s in a good spot too. only thing is we booked a 2 bed room ahead of time, but we got there & they gave us 1 bed and said they’re full so there’s no other room available

I was very impressed upon arrival with service, cleanliness and room amenities. There were four people in our family and I was happy to have a pretty cool convertible couch to bunk bed option available. However, after my first night I woke up to bed bugs! My amazing trip to Paris was ruined after being bitten all over my body. That same morning I brought a bed bug down to reception and she did not seem very surprised. She said she would do her best to get us into a new room. Upon arrival after exploring for the day we were provided with a new room. We had to pack all our things and we were placed in a smaller room and a pull out couch for the kids. Sleepless nights for me from itching and constantly checking for bed bugs for the rest of our stay. New room had a lot of mold in the bathroom and we could not adjust the heat, so we were sweating every night. Our room door handle constantly fell off on the outer side every time we pulled to close! Very disappointed with this property. Wouldn’t recommend. Looks were very deceiving. Hoping I don’t bring any bedbugs home! Also- worth mentioning that we were placed right below our old room and it was definitely made available to others upon our switch. So horrible! Now to return home to wash/throw away personal items and embarrassed on Easter weekend covered in bites. I need a full refund for this horrible experience for my family.

Quiet and very well located. We stayed in a suite in the second floor, it was very cute and modern. The hotel is close to the main attractions, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. We have no complaints at all I would stay there again.

The hotel is expensive yet quite outdated and not well maintained. The photos do not reflect the current state of the property. The staff is unfriendly and decidedly unhelpful.

- They refused to recommend good restaurants nearby or anywhere in Paris, suggesting instead that we search online.
- Our room was quite old, the mini refrigerator was not working, and there was a foul smell coming from the toilet.
- Whenever we made requests, the responses were immediate refusals, often sounding like they were just there for the paycheck rather than to do their jobs. Customer service was nonexistent.
My husband and I have stayed in many hotels, but this one was remarkably disappointing. I would not wish for any other tourists to waste their money here.

Great hotel, very comfortable and well located property.
Unfortunately, lady main receptionist had a deplorable attitude and show hostility toward us in a quite inexplicable way. (Man and girl in reception later behaved normally). Sorry to have to mentioned it, but the lady receptionist negative attitude is a huge detriment for your beautiful hotel.

Great central location, very clean, the staff are very friendly and nice specially , Raoul and Victoria, they are beyond the expectations and make my stay is super easy and very comfortable.

Liked the location. Was close to shops, restaurants and public transportation. The elevator wasn’t the usual tiny kind that smaller hotels have. Room was decent size, had a large window that opened, a mini fridge.

Selected this hotel due to the proximity of a lot of local attractions and cost.
Hotel room itself was very cool and quaint. Not super fancy but nice and it suited us. Very close to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We ate breakfast there almost every day,It was cheap and the staff who is working in the basement is awesome.
