Perfect housekeeping. Beautiful room and top bathroom
We had a deeply disappointing experience during our recent stay at Le Malown in Paris.
Upon our arrival on Friday, we were shocked to discover that there was no water in the hotel. Although this issue was partially resolved, we only had access to cold water throughout our stay.
Despite several communications with the reception, it was only on Saturday morning that we were informed there would be no hot water available for the duration of our stay. This critical information was not communicated to us upon arrival as it should have been, which severely disrupted our plans.
Traveling as a group of four women, not having the facility to shower properly for two or three days was unacceptable. After much discussion and with no forthcoming solutions from the hotel, I requested a full refund for our accommodation, and we were compelled to move to another hotel.
The lack of basic amenities such as hot water, coupled with poor communication and service from the reception staff, made our experience horrible. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I consider staying here again.
The management’s failure to provide essential services and handle the situation appropriately was profoundly disappointing and unacceptable.
Still no refund!!
