Loved this hotel. The staff are all so friendly and fun. The location is amazing. So many good restaurants nearby, especially really high quality Asian restaurants, it’s almost like China Town. I highly recommend the view, especially the sunset on rooftop of Galleries Lafayette, it’s free and one of the best views in Paris. I scored a last minute deal on the hotel website here for two nights for around 100 Euro per night, very happy with that! Roissypole bus to CDG around the corner on other side of Opera. Metro and buses within a minute or two. Very happy with size of room, balcony, bed size and comfort and bath tub.

The hotel is nice and located in the city centre very close to Lafayette Mall and Opera. Rooms are clean but heating could be improved. Good service.

We stayed for four nights. The location is amazing. Close to the metro, near Lafayette galleries and plenty of other shops and restaurants around. The area where is hotel is nice. It was super hot in Paris and the air con was completely worth it. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel location is really good and you could easily feel the real vibe of the city. It is close to many restaurants and bars. I was not happy with three room sizes which is of course pretty typical for this side of the city. The rooms could be maintained better.

We stayed 5 nights in here. The room was a bit cold at night of the first day, but it was warmer from the day after I asked them to warmer. The all staffs are always smiling and friendly. The room was tidy when we came back from sightseeing. It's a lovely hotel.

Stayed here for a few days on a quick trip to Paris. The hotel has a very nice location, as its easy to navigate the whole city from here and all the main public transport lines are closeby. The hotel itself is nice - it was quite clean and comfortable, and staff were polite. We mainly used the hotel to sleep, and did not spend much time at all in it, so for that purpose it was great. Breakfast was included but it was rather underwhelming.

But for the price of the hotel relative to location, and cleanliness, I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at a Hôtel Excelsior and it was as delightful experience. The location was perfect, situated in the center of the city, making attractions like Galleries Lafayette, metros, and charming restaurants easily accessible. The hotel staff's helpful and courteous demeanour added to the positive experience. Although the room was on the smaller side, it surprisingly provided a very comfortable stay for our party of three. I loved the early morning view from my balcony
Overall, a great choice for those looking for a cozy and well-located accommodation in the City of Light.

We had a very pleasant stay! The reception Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room cleaning service was excellent. Bedrooms are a little outdated but they were impeccable. Location was incredible. Gallerias Lafayette are short steps from the hotel. There are shops, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, etc at short distance from the hotel. Undoubtedly, staying at Hotel Excelsior Paris Opera was an amazing experience for our family.
