We booked two rooms. Room 309 was spacious, while room 203 was a bit smaller, but perfectly adequate for one person. The hotel is conveniently located near many different restaurants. Most of the staff were very nice! Ahmed was especially friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and he was incredibly charming! I'd definitely stay here again.

The details are great, there is a small refrigerator and free water and drinks. When there is a vacancy, check-in is arranged in advance, which is very efficient.

The hotel has aged. The carpet is stained, heating system works for a few minutes then it switches off automatically. Front desk fixed it initially but I didn’t want to keep bothering them afterwards, so I left it. 
I kept scratching from sleeping on the bed linen. I don’t think I’ll return anytime soon. The room was located on the 2nd floor, heard noises in the night and heard the street cleaning guys in the morning.

Arrived a little early but they are happy for you to leave your bag in the lobby while you wait. We went around the corner to bar. The location was great. 3 minute walk to the nearest metro stop and surrounded by great restaurants and shops.

I think we were given a wheelchair accessible room as it was bigger than my friends and on the ground floor. It was very big, clean and tidy too. The bed was so comfortable and felt fresh and clean.

The staff were super friendly and could speak English well. We were visiting Paris as a large group and on the Saturday night a staff member opened up a private room for us to have drinks together.

Continental breakfast was very nice. Plenty on offer. Cheese and the jams were amazing.

There are free snacks in the lobby after 2pm which is nice. I had a muffin and a granola type bar.

In a nutshell, excellent location, clean and friendly. Highly recommend

Overall good experience. The room is clean and spacious. The minibar free soft drink and mineral water is a plus. One minus here the shower head bit loose and cannot adjust. The mattress and pillow comfort and soft. One of convenient way from gare du nord to hotel take no 39 bus. Able walk to sacré cœur. I will definitely recommend to friends who visit Paris in future.

My 3rd time in Paris and solo traveler. After much searching came across this cute quirky hotel. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to have chosen this hotel.
-Check in was easy and friendly multi lingual front desk. I was even able to check in earlier :)
-Room on 4th floor and happy they had 2 elevators (small but functional)
-Clean and spacious room overlooking the courtyard with comfortable
beds.
-No A/C during the stay since they switch to heat not they were kind enough to provide me with a fan.
-Mini fridge items stocked daily and FREE (water, sparkling water, juice and soda)
-hotel located walking distance to many restaurants and cafe. Also Monoprix store within steps from hotel.
-FREE offering of coffee/cappuccino machine and snacks was an added plus.
Highly recommend this centrally located, cost effective hotel.
Trains a bit of walk but doable.
-Private taxi also offered for a good rate.
Have recommended this to friends and will return :)

We stayed with 4 in the family suite.

The good: amazing location so many cafes, grocery stores right there, very safe area not not busy but lively. I would absolutely stay in this area again. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. The waters in the room are nice, as well as free drinks and snacks. The lobby is large clean and roomy. We used the sauna and it was great nice bonus. We rooms were fairly spacious and we had a great view.

The OK: the staff was not overly friendly although not rude they didn’t go out of their way to help and looked annoyed when you asked a question. Elevator is small and very slow but it’s an old building so just something to note

The BAD: The rooms are in need of a refresh, stains all over the carpets, scratches on the walls, shower door had a broken seal. Just in a bit of disrepair. Decent place just don’t expect luxury accommodations.
