The location is good, very close to the beach. The facilities are very poor, like a hotel in China from the 1990s. Because it's very noisy on the side of the road, and the roar of large-displacement motorcycles at night is deafening! ! !

The location of the house is very good. It is on the street of Glyfada. The beach is just across the road and you can go swimming. It is also close to the commercial street and it is very convenient to buy food and go shopping. The hotel customer service Christina and Julia are warm and thoughtful. I will choose this place again next time I go there.

The location is great! Just 20mts to Metro. All the staff were great and I loved the breakfast every morning. We were received by the 'Lady Kalimera' (means Good morning) it is the way we called her, because that was the way she received us. The room it's comfortable and the only thing that bother me a little it was the bath, but it's because I prefer regular shower.

We found the Ariston Hotel rather basic, but clean and adequate for the three nights we spent there. The room size was just right for us. The hotel is near most places we wanted to visit in Athens, so the location was great. Safety-wise, we walked around late, didn’t feel threatened at all, it was fine.

It's a prime location, and the outdoor restaurant and bar on the first floor offer excellent value. The three single beds, including mine, and the sumptuous, delicious breakfast were impressive.

Doesnt have enough for 4*. The beds are comfortable but the noise from even 6th floor? No isolation at all. Food is boring always same and breakfast poor variety. Elevators of 50cm long and the streets are not the safest. Ok for 1 night. If you wanna rest and enjoy food, avoid.

The rooms have everything you might need — from an iron to complimentary coffee and tea. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, with a great variety and quality. Reasonably priced and well located. Don’t stay on the higher floors though! Best thing is the stunning view from the roof terrace.

The Location is very Central, close to all the restaurants and historical sites. The Hotel is modestly good with some furnishment that can be improve, but overall is good for a short stay in Athens. The breakfast is enough, maybe it can be good to have a bit of different fruits,not only watermelon. the view from the topfloor is amazing.

Decent room. Luckily, we got one with good views of the Acropolis, but other rooms don't, as we later found out. Breakfast on the rooftop floor with a clear view of the Parthenon. A few mins walk to the Acropolis and the Metro station (Thisio).

Comfy and quiet Nice quiet little room although the view was of a construction project. That happens! No American plug sockets, but did have USB to charge phone. Surprised there was no hairdryer. The shower was great.

We have been at the bar and the restaurant of the hotel; excellent cocktails, food and service. The only negative aspect is that pets are not allowed. We found this really inappropriate for the standards of such a hotel and given the fact that we live in the 21st century.. the management of the hotel should do something about it.

The location is not the nicest part of town and while only a short walk from the Omonoia metro station didn't feel completely safe at night. Had to pay €10 per night to park in their underground car park.

First thing to say and notice, very kind and polite service staff. We checked into a 3 person room with 2 beds. On the booking website we asked for a room with 3 beds but apparently they do not take that as a request but as an optional preference, and if they don't have it, they'll give you what they have at that moment, without letting you know that a room with what you've asked for is unavaible....

We were given a free upgrade from the junior suite to the master suite. The master suite was great with lots of space, a double shower, double sinks, good size beds, good toiletries, a fridge and robes. My only criticisms would be the duvet for the bed wasn’t big enough and there needs to be a door between the living area and bathroom as when my daughter was having a shower we had to go in the bedroom...

My stay at Ilissos was satisfaying.

It’s close to the airport bus station but a bit far away from the city centre. However, the reception closed at 8pm. The manager is unwilling to help and cannot speak fluently in English. Luckily, I called them and received the PIN code to enter the hotel.

I found the hotel perfect to stay in for a visit to all the sites. It is close to public transport which makes it easy to get around Athens. There is a small shop around the corner with food and drinks and some local takeways around the corner. The room we had was big, clean and modern. One problem is the lift is very small.

For the price we paid for our holiday it was worth it. The area is not the best but haven't had any trouble. The metro is 30 seconds away from the front door so that's brilliant. Room was very clean. The room we stayed in was clean if a little dated but suited our needs perfectly. Cheap to stay and very close proximity to metro and busses. Breakfast adequate. Supermarket situated over the road and small fridge in room, plus air conditioning but couldn't adjust. Good restaurant on site and also very good eateries close by. Very happy with our stay.

Urban city hotel modern in a top neighbourhood of Kifisisia. You have everything near you basically and also has a great restaurant at the entrance. Highly recommended

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location. Reason for the low rating is the strong smell of the cleaning agents used. It is everywhere from the reception to the hallways and the room. It was a reason to no longer come to this hotel two years ago. I tried the hotel again, but unfortunately this situation has not changed.
