Perfect hotel. The room was spacious and very modernly decorated. Breakfast is very unique. We stayed here 5 nights and each had some different special Greek dishes. The staff is very warm and friendly.
Above all, the location is ideal.
Will definitely come back 🤍
Excellent value. Terrific location - 2 min walk to Monastiraki square & Metro line 3. Rooms are quite modern & nice. Showers & breakfast were amazing. Chris at the front desk is so professional & helpful - warmly greeting us each time we arrived.
Simply amazing
We had the suite with a view of the Acropolis (405)
Excellent size room
Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows
Great balcony area
Bathroom, sink area, shower one of the best we’ve seen so far.
Nice touches leaving us wine snacks and chocolates with our stay.
Breakfast superb
Service excellent
Staff front desk, amazing
Location is ideal.
Definitely…definitely one must consider this hotel
The hotel has an awesome location, just in the tourist center of the ciry. The room was nice, stylish, well equipped. Everything clean and organized.
However the food at breakfast leaves much to be desired: the choice was narrow, there were no fresh eggs option, that you get on the spot cooked for you, the choice of vegetables was poor, there was no fish for breakfast, and no menu to order from. That...
Overall, Hellenic Vibes is an excellent hotel in a great location the heart of Athens.
I give it 5 stars, but it wasn't perfect. They have an app to control various things in the room, like lights, AC, and unlocking the door. When it works, it's great. But, the unlock worked less than half the times I tried to use it, and the light control stopped working completely on our second day. The big problem...

Excellent hotel, highly recommended !Central location, only 5 minutes walking to Monastiraki Square.
The staff are courteous and professional. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean.
Great breakfast including service by waiters.
Located in a lively entertainment area near many restaurants and bars.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed in a Superior Room and the room was not only beautiful, but incredibly spacious. The bathroom was HUGE and the room had a balcony which led out from both the bathroom and the sleeping area. It was so nice to come back to the hotel and enjoy a nice glass of wine on the balcony.
The staff was also AMAZING! They were so kind to us helping us with our luggage...
We recently completed a 5 night stay at the Perianth Hotel. We cannot say enough good words about the service we received from the hotel staff in all areas - front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included with our room and offered a nice selection. Location was within 10-15 minutes of places we wanted to visit. Recommend
Perianth Hotel – Athens
Overall:
Perianth Hotel is in the perfect location — close to everything you need in Athens. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but the quality and experience make it worth it.
Room:
We stayed in Room 405, which had a good size and a very nice bathroom. Cleanliness was excellent, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The side view still offered a glimpse of the Acropolis...
I stayed in the hotel with my children for four nights. The whole hotel is very stylish, modern and clean. It is convenient to travel in the central area and very close to the Acropolis. It is really beautiful to enjoy the Acropolis in the distance from the terrace of the room. All the staff in the hotel are very enthusiastic. Next time I come to Athens, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
Well-equipped hotel in the heart of Athens! Breakfast was delicious, reception was helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The windows have very good soundproofing, but being earplugs if you sleep lightly because the nearby bars play aggressively loud music some nights (and noise from the common area/hallway). It was relieving each night to return to our room after a tiring day exploring the City

Hilton Garden Inn Athens Syggrou Avenue
Athens, 234 SYGGROU AVENUE 🧭 Map
Overall, the hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, our room had several significant issues. The bed, which is one of the most important aspects of a stay, was uncomfortable - the mattress was too firm, and the pillows were flat. Duck feather pillows were provided, but they had a strong odor and appeared unclean, which could pose health risks. Additionally, there was visible...
Too much noise, couldn't sleep a wink!
This Garden Inn was our home away from home in Athens in Dec 2025. The hotel is recently refurbished to a tasteful, practical and high quality standard. The beds are comfortable and the decor is pleasing. We had a warm welcome and a kind attention from both the reception and cleaning staff each day. They have a practical and modern gym and the rooftop bar and lounge is pleasant to stay in. I'm sure...
We had a great experience at the Hilton Gardens Inn Athens. We picked this hotel for it's location to the cruise port.
We were very impressed with the quality of the staff we met. Komissa and Tatiana at the front desk were wonderful. They always had time to answer our questions and were very patient in helping us understand how to navigate around town. We appreciated their help and kindness.

This is definitely not a regular Hilton Garden Inn. Like a boutique hotel, so nice! Great staff, pool and rooftop are 5 star level. We definitely will be back. Rooms are clean and nice, small by American standards but accurate by European standard. Love this hotel, service rocks. Ask for Orfeas in the bar, he’s the best!
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on Syngrou Avenue after a last-minute change of plans due to a ferry strike. We arrived late in the evening and found the neighborhood to be less charming than other parts of Athens. The area felt busy and a bit rough around the edges, with lots of traffic and not much atmosphere. It didn’t feel unsafe, but it definitely lacked the character and magic that other central...

Don't stay here in the summer.
AC does not work well at all.
Got up to 85F. Staff said they can't do anything to make it work better
Night manager not very accommodating. No ice or beer, etc, after restaurant closes at 11pm. Door to room lock broken.
Nice room and staff but the air con doesn't not come off so on all night
A very nice hotel with easy parking, nice pool and great buffet breakfast.
Hello,
We have really enjoyed our short stay at Civitel, the staff are all helpful and are all ready for support when needed.
The room had been very clean and the location is 10 to 15 mins walk to Athens mall "the biggest in Athens".

The hotel is for sure not a 4 star. The room heating was closed and could not be turned on - they responded that the outside temperatures were still variabile and they could not open heating yet. I have yet to see a 4 star hotel with no possibility of heating the room, even more when the nights felt chilly. The breakfast was mediocre and once again, a really bad impression was Made because of the coffee...
A good choice to stay close to the downtown Athens. The rooms are good, not that outdated. The amenities are okay. The breakfast is good, however, a choice of fresh fruits is not there. And the quality of coffee could be better given that Greece is the land of Capuccino Freddo :-)
The restaurant and reception staff were always very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Whenever we requested room cleaning, the lady who cleaned the rooms did an excellent job, because after cleaning, everything was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Only the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but even as it was, it was sufficient. At breakfast, the gentleman who served coffee would...
Location is good and room is clean, I like it.
I stayed here for four nights during a recent academic conference and the hotel was one of the discounted lodging options. The location is good, just a few minutes walking distance from the Megaro Moussikis metro station, which will bring you to the center quickly. The room was ok but slightly on the small side. Instead of a large double bed, it had two single beds put together. The AC worked well...

Liked the Ground level bar area. Good service, polite staff. We enjoyed it very much. Can't comment in the room, we were there for a scheduled event.
This hotel is a little off the beaten path but in one of the more upscale neighborhoods of Athens so, very green and beautiful. I have loved my first time in Athens, mostly due to the exceptional service we’ve experienced here at Life Gallery.
From booking stage with the support of the reception team in organising transfers (inc. amending to the correct times as I gave the arrival time in my local time), a welcome with a smile from Maria as soon as we entered the hotel and the constant, constant, care, attention to detail,...
My friend is very satisfied. It is located in the northern suburbs of Athens. It is quiet and private. It is very convenient to travel by bus and taxi. It is a five-star hotel with good value for money in Athens during the peak tourist season!
Our first stay in Greece and it was wonderful. The staff were amazing starting from Agatha at breakfast and they were always striving to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms are clean. Have all you need. Staff are brilliant and very friendly. Located right near the beach and beside the tram up to the city centre.
Would highly recommend for couples.
First off - the staff both day and evening front desk were amazing. Kind. Friendly. Polite. And extremely helpful.
Rooms were average, but we had 4 beds and they brought a cot in for the toddler making sleeping for 5 a huge bonus. Breakfast was a continental style setup, with a very large selection (included in the room rate). Free wifi.
I'd come back and stay in a heartbeat.
This year, there are no significant changes in the hotel compared to previous years. The only receptionist I mentioned for her unprofessional behavior (Eleana) is no longer working and Maria is working instead. The entire team at the reception (Alexandra, Elena, Maria and the night receptionist) is more than professional and considerate. Slippers are no longer available in the hotel rooms (although...
Great hotel it’s rated 4* Greek, would probably say it’s more a 3* in the UK. It’s a great hotel before and after yachting out of Alimos. Rooms are clean and basic with a few config options. I stayed at this hotel for a few days on my trip to Greece and Italy. Rooms were nice and in good shape, no issues although the sink faucet did not have hot water. Other than that it was a good hotel.

Great place to be, pool was close thou to be open in summer.
Good service from start to finish. Good engilish speak staff, complementary breakfast was very good and was stock well. The only minus point is the lack of soundproofing between rooms. It wasn't an issue for me but the hotel wasn't that busy. But you could hear people talking, not shouting, in the adjoining room. I didn't lose any sleep, hence the high star rating.

This gem of a hotel in the port is fantastic. Tasteful furnished, roomy and very clean it has everything you need to a stay before boarding a cruise. We arrived very late at night and were greeted warmly and were checked in in no time. The WiFi is free and fast and the included buffet breakfast was very welcome. I would certainly stay again if I was boarding a cruise which is just a short walk away
We weren’t happy with the room, and they didn’t accept to change it.
Good location, nice rooms for Piraeus, but very limited noise insolation. Couldn’t sleep due to teenagers partying until 2.30.

Excellent location and very very helpful receptionists . It is near all the travel point and Metro .
My only complaint is that I could smell fumes from the traffic outside, which affected my sleep. I don’t know what can be done about this but I’ve stayed in other hotels locally and hadn’t experienced this issue before. It’s a shame because it’s a great little hotel otherwise.
Very nice hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but overall it is very good.
Absolutely brilliant hotel. Our second stay here, we will always book this hotel whenever we visit Athens. It has everything we need and is in a brilliant location. Just a short walk to everything. The staff are super-friendly and the breakfast is simple but delicious. We really couldn't ask for anything more, especially at such a great price.
The receptionist who checked me in was sooo unprofessional! She pulled a long face waiting for you to speak instead of greeting you with a smile when I walked up to her fair the checkin.
Room is not soundproof. Anyone talking in the hallway, you can hear every single word clearly.
Standard room was very small.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. It is a beautiful hotel with convenient location near the subway and bus stops. We arrived early, and the staff was very helpful in allowing us to store our luggage in a secure room until our room was ready. The breakfast was outstanding and the bar is on site with small meals available. There is an upper level lounge which is a nice place to relax.
Nice hotel placed in a good area. The room was ok, a small bathroom with a small shower cabin. The main problem is the very thin walls. I heard the neighbors snoring, using the bathroom, talking on the phone. Breakfast was very good. The employees are nice to guests.
This was my first time at this hotel and the front desk was very helpful. The service for the gentleman and for the lady who worked at noon was particularly worthwhile. Food very amazing and very tasteful the lady there was very kind and also for the room service also breakfast was amazing, A little bit that bothers me to put 4 stars because you can hear the wall next to you when the other person is...
The room is spacious and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, so be careful not to slip. The service staff is very enthusiastic and the breakfast is very rich. Eat more and you can save a meal at noon. The room is very quiet and there are bus stops and large supermarkets around, which is convenient.
The week that we stayed there has left great memories. Spoke fluent English which was a bonus for us. Magnificent breakfasts with specialty dishes. Very positive staff who were always happy and helpful.

Close to metro station but not to all the attractions. It has a bakery sbd cafe and convenience stores close by. The lifts are tiny and slow but breakfast was OK for the price and they have free luggage storage for guests and water in the lobby area.

The room had everything we needed for a short stay. 24 hour reception was a huge bonus as we had to checkout early in the morning.
friendly staff. good location. easy walk to plaka. rooms quiet.

I liked it and the service was good. now is part of Casual Hotels.
The location is not bad but no the best, 15-20 mins for the city centre and some other important things like market and other stuff. Recommended!
Very good hotel, with very good adaptations to make the most of the building, given that it is not very new. The room is controlled from a tablet, which sometimes causes confusion or disconnections, but it is not serious.
The room is very dark, that can be a problem.
The area is difficult, it is the centre of Athens and has some complicated streets around it, but it is manageable.
The hotel is clean all around but there is no bar to relax, you get directed to a kiosk outside to buy a drink 🤔😂🤔😂🤔.
There is a lot of homeless in nearby streets (heartbreaking) but you can avoid the area.

Room great. Arranged rides for us. Excellent staff. Breakfast was excellent. Walking distance from sites. Arranged excellent dining experiences. Thank you for great assistance.
Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Surprisingly it’s a bit noisy but from within the building, not so much from the street. They give you ear plugs.
Staff was great, our room was top of the line. Location was great, breakfast delicious.
The room was spotless. Nice shower but the floor was very slippery when wet. Just put a small towel down when showering. Breakfast was good with lots of choices...more of a continental breakfast. Would suggest a better coffee situation. The one coffee machine was loud, ran out of water frequently, and made rather weak coffee.
The reception staff was very helpful when my cellphone was stolen. ...
The room design is not user-friendly. There is no place to put on clothes after taking a shower. The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The room is not soundproof. There is a band performing in the bar next to it in the early morning.
The room is a bit noisy, everything else is ok
