I stayed there with my boyfriend for three days to quickly get to Athens before our next stop. I must say that the hotel is located in the city center near the central square and quite close to the main attractions of the city. The rooms are clean and tidy. What made me choose the hotel was the terrace with a view of the Parthenon and it was worth it! They also have a jacuzzi and a nice bar on the terrace that you can use.

We stayed at Brown Hotel in Athens, and the experience was simply amazing! The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help. Steve at the reception greeted us with a big smile, assisted us with everything we needed, and recommended great places to visit with the kids.
The breakfast was excellent, and the view from the rooftop restaurant of the Acropolis and the entire city was breathtaking! Additionally, the hotel offers a well-equipped gym and a fantastic spa.
The hotel’s location is perfect – within walking distance of all the main attractions and right next to the central square. A wonderful experience for anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Athens!

This was my third stay at this hotel, although the start was a bit bumpy as the very nice jacuzzis at the rooftop were not activated at check-in, the manager immediately tried to find a solution and a short time later the jacuzzis were usable.The rooms are fine, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is exceptionally good. As a compensation, because the jacuzzi was not yet active the day before, I was able to use it until the afternoon on the day of check-out, which was very friendly and attentive.The General Manager kept asking how I was and if everything was OK, which is not a given in a larger hotel and in a chain. I would be happy to come back a fourth time.

If you like a quirky hotel, then this is for you. It has a 60s theme but with 70s music constantly playing. The decor is disco themed and they even have disco balls outside the lifts.
The staff are excellent and were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the subway in a good location for sightseeing but a bit of a run-down area (not as crime ridden as some of the reviews I read).
Some reviewers have said the breakfast was excellent. For us, it was very poor. Fine if you want a cold, continental style but not for anything else and the coffee is pretty awful. Despite having paid for breakfast we went elsewhere on the second morning.
The rooftop bar provides excellent views but the ‘club’ consisted of techno music blasting out with, even on a Saturday night, only a few people gathered around a DJ. The music is so loud it was almost impossible to sleep until it stopped (which explains the ear plugs that are provided but which didn’t block out enough noise). It doesn’t make sense to me to provide a techno club for around 30 people which means none of the residents can sleep - unless it was just us 🤷🏻♀️

This hotel is in a great location and right by public transportation. The staff was very friendly and communicative. The rooftop was fantastic and relaxing. Rooms were clean and spacious with all the amenities you need - mini fridge, coffee maker with supplies, and a record player. The hotel has a cool vibe and it’s fun to take pictures under the disco ball by the elevators. Plenty of space to relax and the food at the bar was good. Overall a very enjoyable stay with excellent staff.

Very nice hotel, some rooms are great and others just above average (classic room). The staff and management are very professional and very friendly. I'm not sure how many times I've stayed but it's always great and welcoming no matter the time of arrival. The gym is great but opens late.... too late which defeats the purpose of having a gym in a hotel. The rooftop breakfast buffet selection is huge and coffee is good. Luggage can be stored for convenience which is helpful.
The only thing I don't like is the area. Even during the day there are some shady individuals hanging around. At night... don't take a wrong turn.

Spent two nights here and enjoyed our stay. Rooftop service and food was very good. The buffet breakfast on departure day was excellent. This was a short stay so we remained close to the hotel. Our limited interactions with the staff were just enough for us to be able to comment on the fact that they were friendly and helpful. Sadly, we did not play the album in our room.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. This is a 2 star hotel pretending to be a 4 star hotel.
Anyone looking for hotels should look elsewhere. While the staff is nice and works diligently, the quality of the hotel is awful.
The rooms are very small for what you pay. The walls are so thin that you can hear neighbors speaking in their rooms..... 5 rooms down. You can also hear the outside as if you were standing on the curb.
The doors use a locking system that frequently jams and I had to request support getting the bathroom door opened when I first got there.
The shower didn't contain any curtain so when taking a shower, the whole bathroom had water sprayed all over.
Overall, this is not a 4 star hotel. It's not a 3 star hotel. This is a 2 star hotel that you are overpaying for. Look elsewhere as you'll get better bang for your buck.

We had a very nice stay. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel is very central, within 15 minutes you are everywhere. Some think the neighbourhood is 'scary', but this is not true. The only thing to watch out for are pickpockets. Furthermore, the breakfast is delicious and there is a great rooftop terrace with Jacuzzis. Highly recommended! Finally, a special thank you to Steve, very welcoming and happy to help.
