NJV Athens Plaza

My wife and I have just returned from Greece and stayed at this magnificent hotel on the first few nights and again on the last night. We could not have been happier! The rooms were clean and spacious with large comfortable beds, bathrooms were spotless and had thick towels, nice slippers and robes to enjoy. More importantly, I need to mention the kindness and professionalism of the staff! Every one of them. Congratulations to the management for excellent training. Upon check in I was greeted by Dora who made me feel comfortable and welcome from the start. We asked her for dinner location suggestions and she offered many outstanding choices. She worked long hours. The bell staff was always willing to go out of their way to help. The breakfast was more than anyone could eat, and an extravagant display of so many items! Our rooms had balcony's and a great view of the city landscape. I enjoyed standing on them and watching the changing of the guards! And finally on the last day Manio was so kind with our checkout. Sad to leave, but with fond memories of an enjoyable stay!

A nice hotel with excellent service. The location is close to everything you would want to see in Athens! Rooms were pretty clean but they are a little dated. The breakfast had a good selection of items from bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit and pastries. The only comment on the breakfast would be the coffee and cappuccinos didn't taste great. Overall a nice hotel if you're visiting Athens!

The rooms are large! Rooms are clean! The staff is very accommodating. We enjoyed a breakfast buffet. There is a bar open in the evening on the mezzanine level. There is a restaurant in the lobby. Be aware that this hotel does not have a pool. This hotel was picked as part of our tour. Overall this hotel is a good choice.

We actually checked in on the day after we were supposed to. My travel agents fault. No problem, they moved the day of check in and off we went. Took all of 5 minutes to correct and we were given a beautiful room with a view of the Acropolis. Rarely will you stay at such a clean, friendly and generous place. And even the bed was incredible. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

It's a truly wonderful hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.
What impressed me the most was the level of service the staff provided. From the check-in to any consierge recommendations or requests we had - everything was handled, answered and performed with the outmost professionalism and a friendly smile.
The rooms are very spacious, well kept and well designed - we appreciated that the entrance and bathroom area were separated from the room with an additional door - it helped soundproofing the room. Despite being in the center of the city the outside street noise was barely detectable thanks to the soundproof windows.
We found TV a bit small for the room size and wished it had Netflix and more channels.
Breakfast restaurant, buffet selection and service were simply impeccable and made us feel like royalty.
Due to the early morning departure we were also provided very well packed breakfast boxes.

I didn't stay at this hotel but it seems very nice. I had a dinner on the roof patio which was outstanding. Beautiful views and nice atmosphere. Great service.
