Very happy with the stay

The rooms are very square, with complete facilities and very nice staff. The restaurant on the 10th floor of the hotel is right in front of the Acropolis. It has a very nice location and scenery! It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the Acropolis and other attractions in the market center. It is very convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation. The quality of breakfast is a little bit worse, and the dinner is expensive but the taste is average. However, compared with the surrounding hotels, the overall rating of this hotel is still very cost-effective. Some employees have a very good service attitude, and I gave them a lot of tips. I would like to stay here next time I come to Athens.

Clean rooms, convenient location, close to the subway station, many restaurants nearby, rich breakfast, you can see the view of the Acropolis, delicious dinner food, but the hotel room is a bit old

The hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, everything was perfect!
My mother uses a wheelchair and the support was excellent.
And best of all, the location from which we could see the Parthenon during breakfast was the best!
This is a must-visit hotel when you visit Athens.

I so wanted to rate this hotel a 5/5. The hotel itself is beautiful and it’s in the perfect location with breathtaking views of Athens and the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant. Service was good for the most part, but could have been a little better. I appreciate the prompt check in and the hotel allowing us to do so super early after we arrived hours earlier due to disembarking from our cruise that morning.
The rooms are nice size and very modern. We enjoyed dining for brunch and evening drinks at the restaurant. Everything was great until the next morning when we woke up to 2 bed bugs, one in each bed. Seeing those bugs ruined an entire stay for us. Upon checking out that morning, my friend informed the front desk about this issue. An apology was given but the excuse as to why this was an issue was unacceptable. We were told that this sometimes happens from other guests and that they try their best to keep the hotel clean. As much as I believe this to be the case, no one wants to wake up to bugs in their bed at all. We literally slept in the bed 5 hours max during the 18 hours in Athens. I don’t want to discourage anyone from staying at such a beautiful hotel, but please pay attention and look out for bugs in your bed if you do.

We stayed at the Electra Metropolis Hotel during the first two nights of our Greece honeymoon trip. The hotel was beautiful, in a great location near the Acropolis as well as many restaurants, bars, and other historical sites. The hotel welcomed us with a bottle of champagne as well as a chocolate cake to celebrate our honeymoon, which was a very nice touch. The hotel also includes a complimentary breakfast buffet, with many delicious options (including some local Greek specialities). Due to the short length of our stay, we did not use any of the other hotel’s amenities. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Athens based on its beauty, location, and service.

Electra Metropolis in Athens is a fantastic hotel with an unbeatable central location. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the rooftop restaurant offers stunning views of the Acropolis. The staff are friendly and attentive, making for a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major sites like Syntagma Square and the Acropolis, along with great shops and restaurants nearby.
The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotless, with a cozy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning!
The rooftop restaurant and bar are a real highlight, offering breathtaking views of the Acropolis, especially stunning at sunset.
Breakfast was also impressive, with a wide variety of fresh options that catered to different tastes. Electra Hotel truly made my trip to Athens memorable with its warm hospitality, elegant decor, and unbeatable location.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Electra Metropolis exceeded all expectations. Our room was beautiful, with a wrap-around balcony - with two olive trees and unbelievable views. When we were checking out at 4:00 am, they even arranged for two "breakfast boxes" -free of charge. Located in the heart of Athens.
