This hotel was the perfect location for first timers in ATHENS, everything you needed was on your door step! As soon as we arrived we felt right at ease after a long flight, the staff were so friendly and lovely!
Breakfast was just what you needed for a long day of walking around ACROPOLIS !
Rooms are O.K for us to get ready and sleep in so was perfect!
We would 100% come back here and recommend to anyone coming to Athens for the first time!

Great hotel, but the service is a catastrophe!! I am a premium member, the „highest“ status at Radisson and I’ve visited the hotel a few times before. I’ve booked a flexibel rate and I get very ill at the morning of trip. At the evening the hotel charged the full price, even I’ve could cancel by myself for free. It’s a now show fee they’ve said. After 4 E-Mails they even won’t refund the now show fee even I’ve could cancel by myself for free. Horrible. But i understand them. They need every Euro in Greece. But with this strategy I won’t come again. That’s it.

Went there on my birthday and the front staff has upgraded me to a premium room (park view) with free breakfast. The pool, restaurant are great and you are free to use the gym and sauna after checkout. I would say this is definitely a highlight or my birthday trip and the staff was really friendly - also the apple pie in the restaurant was so good!

Nice hotel, very helpful staff and good location opposite the Park. Had a superior room with a view of the acropolis from the large balcony. Unfortunately let down by the south facing balcony which was exposed to the sun all day and way too hot to use. No umbrellas or awnings or any shade whatsoever. The couch exposed to the sun was severely damaged. Wouldn't stay in this room again.

Excellent customer service. This hotel has the most amazing staff ever. They deal with any issues you may have swiftly, always with a smile and genuine concern for you. I really would like the reception staff, the breakfast staff and the rooftop staff to be congratulated for their professionalism. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are massive. The only negative is the bed which is two small beds pushed together like in most hotels in Europe. I am a big guy so I would always end up in between the two beds :-( The breakfast was really good and varied. Lots of choices! Location is perfect.

A decent 4-star hotel in Athens with over 10 floors and extensive room options for all income classes. Free gym and sauna available as well along with an open rooftop restaurant as well with a direct view of the Acropolis as well. The restaurant and room service food is amazing with excellent serving size and taste as well. It was a very pleasant 3 days stay for us here.

Hotel is nice and has almost everything you will need... Swimming pool, bar, restaurant, spa, gym....
I don't like that 5* hotel doesn't have full mini bar. You get empty refrigerator only.
Also there is small list of TV channels that for 5* hotel I expect to bi bigger.
Overall it was nice but for 5* should be perfect.

We loved our stay here, everything was perfect! The rooms are super clean and nice, the hotel is gorgeous, the location fantastic, the rooftop bar amazing, the breakfast is a nice buffet, and the staff is wonderful! Everyone we interacted with was so pleasant! I actually have family in Athens so, whenever I'm back, I'll be staying at this hotel for sure! Everything was lovely!

A good hotel with a beautiful outside rooftop.
The staff is superb, polite and with a sense of humor.
Rooftop restaurant had some nice finger foods and snacks.
The hotel itself is showing its age, though. One of the elevators is not working. The AC in the room is very noisy. The decor in the room is kind of dark and outdated.
Linens and towels were clean.
Good coffee and tea selection.
Great view from our room.
Might not be worth the price for some as it is expensive.
Overall, not a bad hotel but also has areas to be improved.

Great hotel with an amazing roof pool and Acropolis view. The meal was delicious the restaurant very elegant.
The breakfast was not very varied and every day there is the same thing to eat, but still everything was delicious. Our room had a nice view of the park. In the evening it was a bit noisy because there are a lot of ambulances and police cars passing by. All the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel has parking, I think it was 12 euros a day. The location of the hotel was excellent for me personally. 3-4 minutes walking distance from the subway and also within walking distance of so many interesting places. Thanks for the accommodation and we hope to visit you soon.
