Location: in the city of Chania, 9 km from the port of Sudas, 17 km from Chania airport.

Beach: public sandy-pebble 300 meters from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

Staff is great and very helpful. I gave the hotel a 4 for a couple of reasons. There are no additional amenities- no food, bar, pool, or rooftop terrace. Be careful which room you book. Some rooms are a nice size with a Seaview. Others are small or dark. When you turn on the bathroom light at night the entire room lights up. Also, you have to walk with suitcases to the city gate across cobble stones.

We stayed in History! The original stonework was kept when rebuilt. Stayed in the mosaic suite, absolutely stunning, big shower, very comfortable bed ( queen +)
Double glazed windows so you don't hear the night life.
Restaurant underneath for breakfast which was full breakfast, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, eggs, salmon, everything you could need.
Staff friendly & caring, full of helpful local places.
Will stay again definately!

Ideal location, very good place, but not worth the extremely high price. Very good service, rooms are spacious and nice, but a couple of things didn’t work well. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Would be 4-5 stars if not quite so expensive.

Located in the old town harbour, you can not be closer to the harbour, without your own ship.
Located directly overlooking the water.
The suites with terrace has sunbeds, the suites further down has balconies with room for two chairs overlooking the harbour action.
Great doors n windows shut out the noice from the restaurants below when you want down time.
5-6 meters to the ceiling creates an awesome romantic and modern feel.
Lots of stairs, limited car access, and parking in the streets around, so be prepared for lots of walking, visiting Chania old town, and ambassador.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant facing the street, super friendly staff serving great coffee. Recommend their Crete omelette to start the day.

Into the Old Harbour area, by the sea side, an ideal place to spend one's holidays. Easy access to restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and are showered by the sun-light. Top class!!!

We had the most wonderful stay here!
Moshe, the owner, and the staff were warm and helpful and made us feel at home.
Our room, called Fabric, was a real treat . With a large window seat looking out to the beautiful harbor and famous Venetian lighthouse.
It’s historical luxurious building is so well located one is practically at the heart of the city.

What a joke , got ripped off on a bottle champagne worth 20euros and changed us 130euros , or did they make us aware of the price . Probably One of the worst places that I have stayed at in chania

Excellent in all respects EXCEPT the rooms facing the harbor are extremely noisy. Better to give up the view and go for a quiet room in the back.
