A great hotel offering great service. I spent 5 days in the hotel with a colleague in June. The food was fine, the rooms were neat and it is about50 metres to the sea. Great for fun lovers

We took a basement room because it was more budgetary, nice room, comfortable bed, we were all the days out so for us that was a perfect

The sea is in front of hotel, great location, great receptionist, normal breakfast and dinner which was included in the price

Room is clean. Breakfast and dinner are good and you don't have to hurry to taste all the food. It does not run out. Staff is frendly. We are staying in the main building and have sea view.

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the food and beverages were delicious and easily accessible. I particularly want to commend the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the swimming pool

During our week-long stay at Creta Maris, we had a positive experience and are looking forward to returning. It's evident that the staff at Creta Maris are dedicated to maintaining high standards throughout the resort

The only thing the hotel should take care of, is seating people at the pool/beach. Not to allow people to leave their towels on a chair for the entire day and catching up seating space

However, there were some guests who, regrettably, displayed a disregard for the rules and regulations put in place for everyone's safety

Fabulous resort - do not hesitate and book!! The service is top class, food fantastic in all areas, location superb - best all inclusive we have been to, nothing too much trouble, all staff seem very happy - a very well run resort that is spotlessly clean! - for such a busy resort it never felt busy unless at the main pool - always able to get a sun lounger, beach spotless - a magical place - we will...

Good place to stay, ideal situation close to the sea, town center and sea front street, while remaining a calm place when enjoying their swimming pool

Nice hotel with pool and close to the beach and city centre. The staff was welcoming and really committed to make our stay comfortable

There are a few large beds dotted around the pool area, bells that you ring for service at every sunbed (service is very quick throughout the hotel), music was at a good level with the mood being respectful and chilled

Very clean, high level accommodation and services considering their 4 stars status. All staff is customer oriented

One idea for improvement : breakfast maybe less choice and higher quality ingredients would be beneficial

We had a fantastic time during our stay at Indigo Inn. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly staff. Our room was absolutely beautiful and clean, just as we had hoped

Food was delicious + every day something new from the country in our plate. The room is very hygienic and well cleaned

The breakfasts were also great with a lot of options and we already miss Chef Ali’s waffles! He was very generous every morning with the service and positive attitude! Overall amazing experience with a great location near the clubs and restaurants!

2 small negatives are: - airco cant work when u are gone from your room - small pool; But garden with very comfortable sunbeds and many beaches around the hotel, so no big deal. We very much enjoyed our stay😁

Me (29) and my girlfriend (24) stayed at this hotel for 8 days. Great location right @ the beach/the strip with all the restaurants, clubs, shops etc. The staff is polite and the service is great

The location is absolutely perfect, just slightly next to the main strip. The best bit about our stay was meeting the lovely staff, Nico, Bob, Joseph and the other chaps

They made us feel more than welcome and got to know us on a personal level which was lovely. Joseph makes the best cocktails…a little message to him ”cheers mate”! We will be returning in the future for sure

We have just stayed here for 10 nights, and had the most amazing stay. We upgraded to the junior sea view suite which was modern and a had a big balcony

However, if it runs long enough, this is not a problem. I felt very comfortable in this hotel, can definitely recommend it and would book it again at any time

Amazing location, breakfast was perfect, the food in general they served was very nice. Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily

Fantastic location too, the only fault is the gym equipment (lat pull down machine) is faulty and cannot be used at all. All in all completely worth the money and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again

Great modern apartments in the city centre at a short walking distance from shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, well maintained and had a kitchenette

We had to check in at a nearby hotel, 5 minutes away from our apartment on foot but that was not a big deal. The staff was very friendly and gave recommendations on where to eat etc

Nice and clean family run hotel near the seaside in Hersonissos. Close to the city center but protected from the noise.

The hotel is near to the sea, we had a spacious apartment overlooking the sea, large balcony, precisely cleaned every day and the owners were very helpful and friendly. I hope to come back here again soon :)

We stayed here for 8 nights on 3rd floor. Very cool and friendly team, they can help with everything. Cleaning everyday + refreshing of towels, toilet paper etc

Excellent apartment - clean, bright, uncluttered, quiet. Friendly helpful owners. Advice on local restaurants, booking taxis etc. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

There is a minimum for a cooking but there is a lot of tasty cafe/bars/restaurants on the street so no need. Hotel has a pool if there is strong wind at sea

Great hotel in an ideal but quiet location within Hersonissos centre. Some of the rooms in the older building of the hotel are slightly dated so would recommend upgrading

Food was great, good selection of different dishes. I was able to leave my bags at the hotel after check out and still use the pool while waiting for my flight. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

This hotel is amazing especially for big families! The room is comfortable and clean, the staff is quick and helpful, the pool and spa are great

Although the gym is a bit lame you can enjoy the healthy choices in the cafeteria and go on walks next to the beach where you can enjoy a lot or great shopping places and things to do :) overall no flaws, thank you for the amazing service I have a great time

We also went to the Euphoria Spa that is part of the hotel but you can also use it if you don't stay in the hotel. My partner had a Deep tissue massage from Lily and came back out after 1 hour a new man and so relaxed

24 and stayed in a Superior room with pool view. From the arriving to departure day it was amazing. Very friendly and hardworking staff all around and they go beyond to help you with anything

But plenty far enough away from the main center bit (Which can get quite clubby in the evening) - The beach bar and the little jetty is the perfect place to watch the sunset

If your vegetarian, your only option is pasta - The onsite doctor is amazing and the staff are brilliant in a medical situation (found out the hard way) - The daily schedule and evening plans were relatively difficult to find, meaning we missed quite of lot of activities - The "romantic bar" was anything but romantic

Went to silva beach Heraklion Greece stayed with friends for a week. Very hot 4th June- 11th June 24 Lovely hotel staff super friendly and always saying hello room lovely cleaned daily. Fresh water daily for you in room

However, be ready to be approached every 30 mins by kids trying to sell you flowers - The showers are unreasonably small - The staff are hit or miss. Some are really nice, whilst others make you question your existence

- Check out time is at 10am (I think). But our flight wasnt till 11PM. Knowing this, they let us keep our all inclusive wrist bands till we got on our coach to leave! All in all, this place has its ups and downs

Also many shops and markets nearby. We were welcomed warmly, had nice time, eaten very delicious food. Rooms were nice and clean, once they forgot to bring towels but we called to reception and they were in 5 minutes

I had to get seconds! I loved how it is organized and cleaned constantly

Beach was small with paid sun-beds and umbrella, but last day we just stayed around pool where beds are free and went for few dips in the see from there. Inflatables are free to use and stacked by the pool

Positives: - Very Clean - Some staff was VERY friendly - The hotel is simply beautiful - The food was not bad, and often quite good. - The chef went out of his way to individually prepare food for my diet

The issue was that the hotel management was afraid to tell them to behave. I can appreciate it - as when I simply asked them to wear a mask in the hallway (in Dutch), they aggressively verbally attacked me

Then miraculously all the keys for all the group suddenly became available and we checked in to the rooms. I do not want to speculate here about what was going on, but clearly the story that we were told was untrue

Opposite the entrance to the hotel is the police station. Polite staff, don't speak the language, but know English. Good location, near supermarket and car rental. to Park nearby to the hotel is problematic

The hotel is a perfect combination of a 1-2 minute walking distance from everywhere (beach, night clubs, shops) while itself being on a quiet street so there's no noise in the night

The room (Superior) was new and squeaky clean, the food and beverages were sublime and the staff is extremely nice and go our of their way to accommodate all your needs

Sometimes it was a problem for me. Nevertheless there are two small swimming pools at the territory of the hotel. I liked given service at this hotel, and I recommend everybody to stay at Pollis hotel ❤

There's a kettle, a fridge, an iron, 📺, a conditioning system in the room. This hotel has a lot of advantages, but the only one disadvantage is lack of own territory near the sea,where you can take or rent sunbeds

Great variety to suit all, although I would have like a choice of nut milk instead of just soya or cows milk especially for those with allergies, in all honesty if I'd have asked I'm sure they would have found a way to suit my needs

I was here for a week and it was really great. The people who work here where so nice and sweet to us. Every single person was so ready to help us with every question we had

(particularly the man who worked the night shift every day) It’s a really central hotel directly at the beach and near by the Main Street with a lot of tourist shops and restaurants

Inna at the reception was very helpful with everything we asked and very efficient. The waiter, Giorgios was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Overall a very positive experience

We arrived at night after our transfer from the airport and the hotel had saved us a plate of cold foods, this was very much appreciated after our journey

For a chilled and peaceful holiday lounging around our private pool, diamond village was what we needed - we wouldn’t stay in the other section and recommend going bed and breakfast but we came home much more relaxed than we arrived so that’s a winner!
