During our week-long stay at Creta Maris, we had a positive experience and are looking forward to returning. It's evident that the staff at Creta Maris are dedicated to maintaining high standards throughout the resort

Absolutely great resort! Great food and service The rooms are super clean; all area’s are clean and well maintained. The pools are awesome and never have to be afraid you can’t get a spot

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the food and beverages were delicious and easily accessible. I particularly want to commend the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the swimming pool

Would recommend to everybody; there is a lot to do for elderly, youngsters, teens families and even adults only parts of you like to get away from the kids

Also went for a message as well and also there the service is real good and would like to thank Thanos for the calming and relaxation message

Hotel gym is well equipped, but it hosts local people as well which makes the weight room tight. Food - great but could be better and a wider variety. Bars and food areas located all over, big variety with great service

Let me explain, in hotels I've scored higher previously, you get a good night and good morning from reception when walking past, here there was none of that, we stayed here for 10 nights and had the same drinks almost all the time, at other hotels the staff remember you and your order here this just didn't happen

Food Ok, again nothing special but nothing to complain about either, managed to get something to eat at every meal but nothing stood out as being amazing, there could be long queues for the fresh cooked station in the evening and also at the cold drink station at breakfast

Rooms Ours was modern, clean and adequately sized with a refrigerator and safe so no real complaints, the shower was nice and the beds comfortable, the only odd thing was having the sink next to the next to the bed instead of in the bathroom but this didn't bother us

It's just little things like this that make the difference for me. However there were two women who did feel like they made the extra effort to say hello Efi and Bianca

Location Location is great 5 minute walk from the beach and the ***** with several supermarkets only 2 minutes away

Staff Don't get me wrong the staff were efficient and polite however there were certain things missing

Beach was small with paid sun-beds and umbrella, but last day we just stayed around pool where beds are free and went for few dips in the see from there. Inflatables are free to use and stacked by the pool

No road between hotel and beach. 😉👌

They have no service elevators, so the maids use the same two elevators. 5 days, one of the elevators was broken. It was really not a good situation. - There is no "Drinks" menu in the dining room for Half Pension guests

Positives: - Very Clean - Some staff was VERY friendly - The hotel is simply beautiful - The food was not bad, and often quite good. - The chef went out of his way to individually prepare food for my diet

Hotel was recently renovated so it felt like brand new. Bed was super comfortable and yes double beds do separate but to us it made no big difference. Staff really nice people! I would give extra star for cooks

but honestly, I didn't go on vacation to keep packing my bags and moving from place to place. - There are only two elevators for 200 room. Each elevator has only capacity for 2 people

Our rooms were cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The pool and pool area were very tidy My only complaint was we had go home. Thanks to everybody at the hotel, hope to see you all again in the future

That might be my best experience so far. Friendly and kind stuff and delicious food! The dinner experience is fantastic. Every day we got new surprises like wine tasting or even national dance performance

We arrived early morning and they offer us beach towels, sun beds to swimming pool to relax until they prepare the rooms for us - and they did it faster the we expected

I participated in the animation they did afterwards, so cool. Cleaning was made every day, exceptional spotless rooms every time

I have enjoyed the pool time there. Room was always nice and tidy. The food and drinks really good and tasty. They dad all sorts of variety that could choose from. The staff was lovely and helpful at any time

My wife had a small medical problem so she stayed in the room for one day i went to reception and ask if the kitchen could supply a chicken roll no problem turned up with a lovely chicken baguette and they would not charge thanks was greatly appreciated

From the manager to the reception staff, restaurant team, and cleaning staff—everyone was genuinely kind, humble, and always ready to help with a smile. I truly loved every bit of my stay here and would happily return

I especially want to highlight the front desk staff — they are truly a 10 out of 10! Always friendly, available, and ready to assist with genuine kindness. Every team member showed great care and attention to detail

I chose the half-board option and I’m so glad I did! The food was amazing—both breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety, always fresh and delicious. I really looked forward to every meal

A wonderful experience! Just as a suggestion to make things even better: it would be helpful to have clearer internal maps or signage, as the hotel is quite large and I got lost a couple of times

We had an amazing experience and stay at the Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa. The staff really go out of their way and we the food to be of exceptional quality & taste

The room service was excellent—timely, clean, and attentive to details. What really stood out, though, was the warmth and friendliness of the entire hotel team

Really firendly manager that helps you with everything

The kids didn’t want to share so the night porter got us another bed at 2am! Rooms are very clean, spacious, cleaned daily, fresh towels. Breakfast is a Greek selection. We really enjoyed staying here

They can offer you all kinds of activities, from jeep safari to a boat trip, visit a beautiful water park for a day long and many more nice things. They help you to rent a car, scooters, quads etc

If you want a big international plastic place it’s not that. Two daughters of the owner seem to run it and they are great. We arrived at 1am to find our room had two double beds and a single

Friendly staff, clean room, nice pool, a lot of young people , you have luggage room to leave your luggage until your room is ready to check in, billiard table and a nice view from balcony

This spacious apartment has everything for a comfortable stay:a shower with decent fitment and great pressure, kitchen with full set of toiletries, refrigerator, TV, beds with comfortable mattresses, a balcony with table and chairs

Cooks club is as beautiful hotel and also the staff are lovely Erika mimi Jonathan especially the bar staff and everyone at the breakfast I would recommend to visit and if you do stay make sure mention T 😉

Outstanding Service – One of the Best Hotel Experiences Ever I’ve traveled extensively and stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but the service at Cook’s Club Hersonissos truly stands out as exceptional

It includes all the menus and even lets you track your room charges in real time, which is a fantastic touch. The poolside bar staff made our stay incredibly relaxing—exactly what we were looking for

Location is ideal steps away from everything. Dj and violinist on a Tuesday evening is a must…incredible. Massage from Joahna was amazing, professional and highly skilled. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!!

From reception to bar staff to housekeeping, every team member went above and beyond. It’s clear that the resort manager is doing an excellent job leading such a well-coordinated and friendly team

The best location in hersonissos. In the center. Clean and has air condition. The staff are great- especially Dimitri ! The hotel doesn't have a pool... i didnt mind it because the beach is so close. And its affordable.

Nice little hotel with frendly staff, and also the location is good

However, the hotel does need a need a bit of improvement around some areas including our room, 213. They could also do with some, "Do not disturb tags for the rooms". The bed base needs replacing as it is rather frayed

The hotel is very close to the beach, no more than 100 paces. The receptionists are very friendly. The hotel is on top of all the night life and restaurants as well as the main road where there are even more shops

The kitchen could do with a toaster and maybe the owners could widen the breakfast range. A few round the edges improvements would maybe give them an extra star

We had a very lovely stay at this hotel this week. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, we had everything we needed. It is very centrally located in the port area of Hersonissous

Good location if ur looking for something away from the main road. No Internet in rooms, and the router is really old so if u have a Mac or an iPhone then best of luck connecting. The single beds can't be joined

If ur a late sleeper, the included breakfast ends at 9:30am sharp, but if u ask in advance they are very accommodating and might serve u later

We had a really good stay at this hotel. It’s very close to the beach and the center. The area is very lively which has been perfect for a young couple

At the end the owner told us a story about how he makes his own olive oil and raki after the holidays and in November they have a big party every year. He even gave us all 1x 100ml raki or 1x 100ml olive oil per person

We arrived on July 21 and left on July 28. When we arrived they were very welcoming and open-hearted, we were early before the rooms were ready. We had some shots and cocktails with the staff and chatted with them

Near the stores , beach , bus station , but in a side street so it's very quiet. The breakfast is good and fresh. The hotel is so clean like we never saw in any other hotel. We highly recommend this lovely hotel

Our group of 10 people usually came to the hotel in different groups from 2 am to 7 am. When you leave you can leave your key at the front desk where someone will take care of you and your key 24 hours a day

He makes this himself and it is very pure. When we checked out at noon, we could use the pool until our cab arrived at 4 in the afternoon. Our stay was very nice and pleasant and we recommend it to everyone

Nice, cheap, little hotel, very close to the beach and all restaurants and shops. Very convenient center location but no traffic noise. There was access to some little swimming pool

There was lovely lady/reception or manager that made the check in very nice, let me in to the room much earlier free of charge. Would recommend but only to those who basically only need bed and shower

Hotel needs a bit of investment and refurbishment or some freshen up as rooms are old but everything was in working order so could not really complain

Those who needs luxury design or have high expectations and wants to pay nothing, look for somewhere else please

The service at the hotel and at the restaurant was good and generaly the staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to all of them and especially to Tassoss. The sea and the seaside is perfectly good

The food was delicious and there was a wide selection. The rooms were well-maintained and cleaned daily. The beach is literally a minute away, and there's a hotel bar right next door, which is great

We were very pleased with our stay at Hersonissos Palace. Starting with the very friendly service, both at the reception desk, at the three bars, in the restaurant, and at the housekeeping desk

I recently stayed at Heronissos Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options

when I say they are loud and disgusting spitting in the pool leaving there rubbish around the pool towels being thrown in the pool just a total disregard and disrespect for the hotel and others trying to enjoy there holiday

If you do not book the better rooms you are in a different building across the road it has a kids pool there but thats all I see you still have to come over to the hotel to eat and get drinks

At the reception we can all learn. The evening menu is always different. Meat: the lamb (wonderful), pork and chicken in various forms, including the grill. A variety of desserts, ice cream

The restaurant is great, various delicious food, friendly and nice staff. Clean rooms, helpful reception. I don't have any bad thoughts about this place, i recommend!

Nice place, if you are smiling everyone around you are also smiling, friendly people, you can always talk about your probléms, if you think that is small room they will find solution for you, food is fresh, i love salades, vagatables and feta cheese or you have to try black olives, amazing

We had a sea view and I would recommend paying the extra for that as we had a little balcony and it was so lovely to sit out there in the morning sunshine to watch the world go by

As you can only give a maximum of 5 stars I’ve done my own rating system! Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - literally in the centre of Hersonissos with the best views! A few steps and you have the beach, restaurants and shops

From freshly squeezed orange juice to porridge, fruits, tea, coffee, bacon, eggs, cereals, nuts and seeds, pastries, cheeses, a fabulous selection of cold meats and to top it all off the best selection of different honey you will every flnd, all of it expertly presented

Everyone was so pleasant, kind and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - wow nothing prepared me for such an amazing array of beautifully prepared food in the morning

Even the toaster prepared the best golden toast on the first pass through! There was a choice of seating either inside or outside by the pool. 30am with hot food or until 10

Includes a cozy small pool area enough to relax for few hours before heading off to your adventures or taking a day off. The room we had was nice with a balcony into the street, was cleaned everyday

The only minuses in the room was that the shower (not sure if all rooms are like this) did not have a cover, so made it difficult to keep water from splashing all over

Arrange this holiday for just me and my Mum for a special holiday/60th Birthday we had an amazing stay at this wonderful place, I would definitely recommend to anyone

Hotel is in a very good location. You can reach the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, car rental etc in just few minutes walk

The cozy open restaurant terrace and friendly staff makes breakfast and dinner very attractive and the food which is very tasty even tastier. Perfect if you are a couple as no kids are allowed

(particularly the man who worked the night shift every day) It’s a really central hotel directly at the beach and near by the Main Street with a lot of tourist shops and restaurants

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days in July of 2024. Here is a short recap and a recommendation: -location: 3 minutes walking distance to the main street, 5 minutes from first beach, still always so quite and peaceful

Nice design, very clean, good view from the balcony. The stuff was amazing, waiters were polite and hardworking, guys from the reception were helpful and friendly. The cook working in the mornings was very nice

Nice hotel to stay calm,not loud,rooms are clean,hotel needs renovation,but for me it was not the problem at all,there is conditioner,balcony in which is aloud to smoke,no noice at all in the street,there is elevator,swimming pool,bar,billiard

The room was nice and had a balcony. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel also has a small pool. I paid around 100 euros for 3 nights (breakfast and dinner included), and the price is truly unbeatable

The beach promenade with several bars is not far from the hotel (a 5-10-minute walk), and kiosks and a bus station (used by both tour operators and public transport on Crete) are just a 3-minute walk away

The manager also lends a hand, whether at dinner or at reception late in the evening. All the staff are very polite and take good care of the hotel guests. I was even spoken to in German once or twice
