As a pregnant woman I was worried about the drinks options for me but there were so many mocktails I didn't feel like I missed out. We stayed in the adult deluxe rooms. The room was clean and had everything you need

A big compliment for also thinking of early departures and late arrivals – full meal options are available from 6 AM until midnight. The bars are excellent, the cocktails are high-quality and well-prepared

Not only are there 2 pools, but also a sea down the street. You can ride jetskis in the sea. There's also a bar, an 8-ball place and a lot of shops nearby from this hotel

I really love this place! I like the food from the buffet, you can choose what to eat in the morning or in the evening. The rooms are a little small for my liking though

However, I do like the feature where you let the cleaning ladies just clean your room. Not to mention the staff are really nice and they guide you through the room

The rooms were very good, cleaned thoroughly every day, which made the stay very comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, giving us the chance to enjoy some real rest and silence

The cool elevator had Greek music while you are inside! Pleasant relaxing smell in the lobby lounge made me feel like home and always welcomed. To the beach was 3 minutes walk

All staff were first class, Stefanos the Restaurant Manager was five star and personable in attendance to us and it was a joy to chat with him. The pools are all amazing and accessible beach made the stay enjoyable.

Even if you arrive very early all the beds in the pools are taken/kept, people keep them even while they go for a few hours to eat/sleep, but the hotel employees, unfortunately, do nothing about it

There was a separate menu for All Inclusive but there were over 60 choices so don’t understand when people say there was a limited choice, I am a vegetarian and quite a picky eater and was quite satisfied with the options

Hotel is in the center of town, there are a lot of nearby shops and cafes you can visit. Very much thanks to local barmans Zacharias and Kostas for supplying us with cocktails, beer and water during our stay

Loved the privacy of the rooms, which were more like villas. Wonderful service and ambience. The dining options and hours worked very well for us

The entertained was very poor but with the hotel in the Main Street there was plenty of choice out side the hotel, also there are many buses outside to take you to different places very central

All inclusive buffet is very good with a nice variety each day. Rooms are clean and tidy with plenty of space for 2. We had room 448 which was in an excellent location with a main pool view and a distant sea view

These were ZAC the Bar man in the Romantic Bar and Yulia the waitress in the buffet area - thank you both ! 👏👏 My only problem was the entertainment team have a very poor microphone, Everybody sounded muffled

Our room had a fridge to keep your drinks cool and a kettle if you fancy an early morning hot drink. There is 3€ per day charge to use the safe and a 10€ room tax per night which is paid on arrival

I recently stayed at Heronissos Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options

when I say they are loud and disgusting spitting in the pool leaving there rubbish around the pool towels being thrown in the pool just a total disregard and disrespect for the hotel and others trying to enjoy there holiday

If you do not book the better rooms you are in a different building across the road it has a kids pool there but thats all I see you still have to come over to the hotel to eat and get drinks

Palmera Beach Hotel was beautiful, clean and stylish. We had a problem with our first room, due to my disability, but the manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect

At the reception we can all learn. The evening menu is always different. Meat: the lamb (wonderful), pork and chicken in various forms, including the grill. A variety of desserts, ice cream

Nice place, if you are smiling everyone around you are also smiling, friendly people, you can always talk about your probléms, if you think that is small room they will find solution for you, food is fresh, i love salades, vagatables and feta cheese or you have to try black olives, amazing

I booked this hotel through jet2 package holidays! It was my first time staying in Greece

I stayed for a week! Pros: • The hotel staff are lovely, that is everybody from the house keepers to the kitchen and wait staff to the people at the front desk

That might be my best experience so far. Friendly and kind stuff and delicious food! The dinner experience is fantastic. Every day we got new surprises like wine tasting or even national dance performance

The shower could only fit one person and it did not have a door or a curtain, so we always had water on the floor. The whole hotel is dated, but the pictures make it look very modern and vibrant

Modern service, pool and outside areas. Helpful , efficient and cheerful staff in al areas. Not really suitable for kids and meal times can be brisk. Food is generally good and plentiful for a three star rating

Rooms can be a little dated and basic, although the are clean an comfortable. It appears the hotel is gradually refurbishing thou this is not obvious and detrimental to your stay. Good value for money and very relaxing

Initially we were put in a room which we did not like but after we got given a nicer room which had a better view and had everything you need. Staff were lovely especially Aggellos the barman

There is no disco, mainly traditional entertainment. 20min walk into town there are plenty of various themed bars and clubs. Shops covering most needs are in abundance

This spacious apartment has everything for a comfortable stay:a shower with decent fitment and great pressure, kitchen with full set of toiletries, refrigerator, TV, beds with comfortable mattresses, a balcony with table and chairs

Location is ideal steps away from everything. Dj and violinist on a Tuesday evening is a must…incredible. Massage from Joahna was amazing, professional and highly skilled. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!!

From reception to bar staff to housekeeping, every team member went above and beyond. It’s clear that the resort manager is doing an excellent job leading such a well-coordinated and friendly team

We had a sea view and I would recommend paying the extra for that as we had a little balcony and it was so lovely to sit out there in the morning sunshine to watch the world go by

From freshly squeezed orange juice to porridge, fruits, tea, coffee, bacon, eggs, cereals, nuts and seeds, pastries, cheeses, a fabulous selection of cold meats and to top it all off the best selection of different honey you will every flnd, all of it expertly presented

Everyone was so pleasant, kind and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - wow nothing prepared me for such an amazing array of beautifully prepared food in the morning

Even the toaster prepared the best golden toast on the first pass through! There was a choice of seating either inside or outside by the pool. 30am with hot food or until 10

Very friendly staff. We had a lovely time at this hotel during our stay in Crete. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff cleaned the rooms frequently.

Stayed in room 429 on the street front, had no issues sleeping or with the noise. All of the staff are attentive, friendly and cant’t do enough for you. The food is hot and Cooked traditional Greek style

Yianis is an amazing man taking care of the hotel and the restaurant. We’ve visited in August 2024 for the first time, it was excellent

The only thing that could possibly be improved is the quality of coffee, which is the usual instant stuff. Other than that, everything was 100% perfect and I hope we can visit again in the future

The hotel is a perfect combination of a 1-2 minute walking distance from everywhere (beach, night clubs, shops) while itself being on a quiet street so there's no noise in the night

The room (Superior) was new and squeaky clean, the food and beverages were sublime and the staff is extremely nice and go our of their way to accommodate all your needs

Sometimes it was a problem for me. Nevertheless there are two small swimming pools at the territory of the hotel. I liked given service at this hotel, and I recommend everybody to stay at Pollis hotel ❤

There's a kettle, a fridge, an iron, 📺, a conditioning system in the room. This hotel has a lot of advantages, but the only one disadvantage is lack of own territory near the sea,where you can take or rent sunbeds

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just steps from the beach. The pool is small but ideal for chilling out. No need to set an alarm to reserve sunbeds! Everyone just came and went as they pleased

We arrived late at night (around midnight) and, even though we’d missed dinner, they kindly prepared a fresh salad plate for us — such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the whole stay

There are several beaches within walking distance. You do need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas at those, but the prices were very reasonable. We stayed on a half-board basis

Breakfast catered for all – fresh fruit, fresh bread and baguettes, cold meat slices, cheese, bowels of cereal, pancakes, french toast, coffee, water, fried and boiled eggs, porridge and so on Dinner also catered for all – some of the things I can remember are lamb, chicken, turkey, gyros, wedges, fish, chips, potatoes, salads and cold dishes, pasta bolognese, soup, ice creams and various deserts

Just returned today from a very relaxing break at the Marie Kristin Beach Hotel. It was perfect for the three of us — myself, my husband, and our 15-year-old daughter

The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or friendly. in fact, every Greek person we made was incredibly friendly

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days in July of 2024. Here is a short recap and a recommendation: -location: 3 minutes walking distance to the main street, 5 minutes from first beach, still always so quite and peaceful

Nice design, very clean, good view from the balcony. The stuff was amazing, waiters were polite and hardworking, guys from the reception were helpful and friendly. The cook working in the mornings was very nice

Nice hotel to stay calm,not loud,rooms are clean,hotel needs renovation,but for me it was not the problem at all,there is conditioner,balcony in which is aloud to smoke,no noice at all in the street,there is elevator,swimming pool,bar,billiard

The room was nice and had a balcony. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel also has a small pool. I paid around 100 euros for 3 nights (breakfast and dinner included), and the price is truly unbeatable

The beach promenade with several bars is not far from the hotel (a 5-10-minute walk), and kiosks and a bus station (used by both tour operators and public transport on Crete) are just a 3-minute walk away

The manager also lends a hand, whether at dinner or at reception late in the evening. All the staff are very polite and take good care of the hotel guests. I was even spoken to in German once or twice

The breakfast and dinner food could have a little bit more variety and be a bit tastier, but I always had something I liked to eat. The location is great - a small beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets are very close

This place is ok for a budget hotel. The plus are the staff are so so friendly and the hotel is located central to the town centre. The rooms are simple but I was there to explore and relax not to stay on The complex

The hotel has great location in the middle of Chersonisou, 100m to the great beach. Surrounded by fantastic tavernas and local shops. The staff is helpful, we got a free upgrade to superior room

The free WiFi is good, you also get a free small fridge, air conditioning and TV. The rooms with balconies towards the street can be loud - but some people enjoy the bustling streets

People can use a jacuzzi and free gym that belongs to the hotel (due to Covid I was not able to). You get a discount at a restaurant nearby that also belongs to the hotel

Really really good food for good prices! nice service and the location is top! We were here in the Restaurant and the beach lounges (not in the hotel) and it is so nice and food is super delicious!! Would give 10 stars if i could

When we first arrived, the service was phenomenal. We were early, and were provided luggage storage until the room was cleaned. We were also provided som breakfast

The hotel provide sunbeds for an extra fee, which we maybe were not expecting but it was totally fair and worth it. The breakfast buffet is simple but filling

We have frequently been walking over to the "pub street". It's super loud and busy, so it's great to stay on the more quiet side

That being said about the restaurant, the breakfast at the hotel doesn't have a lot of variation, and most food tastes like nothing. The location is right in front of the beach, and close to the strip

They advertise 10% off for hotel guests, but when you mention this they will only accept cash. The food there is also pretty bad

Emanuels at Koualoufari does an amazing lamb dosh!!! To get to the harbour either take the road side left of the hotel or the beach way, where you cross the road walk towards the beach and turn left onto veranda restaurant and keep walking straight ahead you will pass dozens of shops bars and restaurants

The hotel its self is lovely, decorated with a vintage grecian scheme and the beautiful smell of Jasmin hits you as you walk into the reception where you are greeted with the warmest of welcomes by the wonderful staff who see to your every need

Rooms are clean and the aircon is wonderful especially this time of year. The towels and linen are changed daily apart from Sundays. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The pool area has a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere

This is a 3rd time in Hersonissos and 1st time at Thalia. We have just returned from a weeks stay at Thalia. The hotel is in a great location just a short walk to the beach and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants

Be sure to visit the charming villages of Koualoufari, Piskopoano and Herssonissos Old town, which are short cab ride €10-£13 or a bus journey away you can also get the beach train which stops in the harbour

I would highly recommend Thalia. The coach will drop you a few feet away from the hotel its just after the Spa supermarket
