Great experience in Creta Maris for several times with a sea front view (bungalow). Everything is nice and perfectly compliant. We did enjoy our vacation there in 2020 and 2023

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The food, especially the meals at the restaurant, was absolutely amazing—every dish was delicious and exceeded our expectations

Such amazing choices and love they you can visit all of the restaurants too! The staff are so friendly, a special mention to Stella how is a waitress in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner, her service was amazing & she went above and beyond for us - excellent with the little touches and wine suggestions

It's situated on the beach with lovely views, is well located with the small harbour/port in one direction with many nice bars & restaurants along the sea front, star beach in the other direction with nice pools, water park & nearby water sports & snorkeling

Also many shops and markets nearby. We were welcomed warmly, had nice time, eaten very delicious food. Rooms were nice and clean, once they forgot to bring towels but we called to reception and they were in 5 minutes

We had a wonderful holiday at Silva beach, nicely laid out rooms in small blocks not one big building. 2 decent sized pools, both with nearby bars & loungers. The staff are very welcoming & feiendly

The food was great and we didn't even eat in any of the themed restaurants. The baklava was to die for! Such a pretty looking hotel, with the blocks of rooms in different pastel colours

We had a room for 3, so one was on the sofa bed, which was a worry but it was fine, more like another single bed. The room was large but the air-conditioning was faulty

Most staff were really cheerful but a couple of the older male staff could be a bit grumpy but they mellowed as the week went on

Hotel is localized Close to the beach but if you prefer you can always stay at swimming pool. Bar available since 10 till 23 o’clock. People who work at the hotel are super nice

Pretty good place, the pools great and the food was really nice and theres amazing people there too, the only thing that bothered me were the mosquitoes but its okay.

The hotel is located in the center of Hersonissos close to the beaches and nightlife. But beaches are small, not the best. Hotels personal was polite, friendly and intrested in clients comfortability

In July many tourists so early in the morning the pool chairs are occupied until the evening, but the sea is very close! Good location, not very noisy, but the centre of the resort

Very nice hotel, nice staff, good atmosphere. Close to the beach, a beautiful place, bars, clubs are all nearby in walking distance

Our rooms were cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The pool and pool area were very tidy My only complaint was we had go home. Thanks to everybody at the hotel, hope to see you all again in the future

That might be my best experience so far. Friendly and kind stuff and delicious food! The dinner experience is fantastic. Every day we got new surprises like wine tasting or even national dance performance

I participated in the animation they did afterwards, so cool. Cleaning was made every day, exceptional spotless rooms every time

And I need to give my thanks to Zack - it felt like he was always there and we needed nothing with him around: this guy took care of everything. I really appreciate his hospitality

Absolutely beautiful hotel with very friendly hardworking staff! I’ve read a lot of reviews saying it’s noisy at night however we did not find this at all, so quiet and peaceful

We had the beach just a few steps away, and the proximity to the pedestrian area and a village with a historic center allowed us to explore the local beauties with ease

The people here, such as Alexandra, Vasyl, Lena, Anwar, Katerina, Nikos, Angel, and the rest of the staff, were not only kind but also extremely attentive to our needs, always ready to assist and creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere

In conclusion, our stay was not only relaxing but also enriched by the wonderful people we met and the comfort provided by this excellent hotel. We will definitely return with pleasure!

Albatros hotel is very welcoming with all members of staff doing their best for visitors. We had a lovely room with a sea view, cleaned daily and all you need for an enjoyable stay

Great hotel in an ideal but quiet location within Hersonissos centre. Some of the rooms in the older building of the hotel are slightly dated so would recommend upgrading

A great hotel offering great service. I spent 5 days in the hotel with a colleague in June. The food was fine, the rooms were neat and it is about50 metres to the sea. Great for fun lovers

Our experience at Harma Boutique could not have been better! The hotel offers a great breakfast, the location is fantastic, and the mattresses are SO comfortable

But what we were most impressed with was Manos at reception! Not only was he always incredibly friendly and made us feel at home, he also made an effort to give us a list of all the best beaches and restaurants on the island when we were lost for choice

We took a basement room because it was more budgetary, nice room, comfortable bed, we were all the days out so for us that was a perfect

The sea is in front of hotel, great location, great receptionist, normal breakfast and dinner which was included in the price

Otherwise, the rooms are always very clean. The location is ideal, the walk to the shopping street is very short, and the beach is just behind it. You can reach everything on foot, but we didn't experience any noise

2 minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants etc. Not even a 5 minute walk to the beach. Had no issues with room at all. It was clean and comfortable and that's all the matters. The staff are extremely friendly

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is a small hotel, which is why it has a family atmosphere. The food is really very good for the price and there is a hot buffet for breakfast

For dinner, the hot offerings vary from day to day, which is very refreshing. The rooms are simply furnished and include a fridge and air conditioning, everything works perfectly

All in all, perfect if you want to lie on the beach during the day and not just spend your vacation in the hotel. The people are all incredibly friendly, which was very nice

We had half-pansion with our package deal via TUI and breakfast and dinner was every day surprising with some different options. I will particularly remember moussaka one evening

An exceptional hotel in all respects: cleanliness, food, location on the beach, staff, comfort. It's worth all the money!

Hotel was recently renovated so it felt like brand new. Bed was super comfortable and yes double beds do separate but to us it made no big difference. Staff really nice people! I would give extra star for cooks

Positives: - Very Clean - Some staff was VERY friendly - The hotel is simply beautiful - The food was not bad, and often quite good. - The chef went out of his way to individually prepare food for my diet

The issue was that the hotel management was afraid to tell them to behave. I can appreciate it - as when I simply asked them to wear a mask in the hallway (in Dutch), they aggressively verbally attacked me

Out of protest, I refused to purchase any drinks at the restaurant. I overheard a similar complaint at another table. This is simply a stupid and trival issue which can easily be solved

Lovely stay, once more. Kind staff, willing to help with anything you may need. Tasteful meals and a top burger dinner at Know bar, overlooking the sea. Overall, a repeat and repeat experience!

A very classy hotel! Not very far from the sea, very tasty food, there are 2 pools. 2-3 times a week, go water music show. There are animators, they just need to search around the hotel

Concerning the location, the hotel is extremely well situated, which is its strength, 5 minutes from the city centre and all the nightlife

Very nice Hotel. Rooms are pretty and clean. Perfect location with many shops nearby and 30 min drive to heraklion. Large food selection. Some drinks could be a bit better but most of them are very decent.

I really liked the rest in this hotel. Delicious and varied cuisine, very friendly staff, always ready to help. The friendliness of the administrator Dmitry was especially memorable

At the reception we can all learn. The evening menu is always different. Meat: the lamb (wonderful), pork and chicken in various forms, including the grill. A variety of desserts, ice cream

The restaurant is great, various delicious food, friendly and nice staff. Clean rooms, helpful reception. I don't have any bad thoughts about this place, i recommend!

Nice place, if you are smiling everyone around you are also smiling, friendly people, you can always talk about your probléms, if you think that is small room they will find solution for you, food is fresh, i love salades, vagatables and feta cheese or you have to try black olives, amazing

3*- hotel poor dinner and breakfast bad higiene in the rooms and the pool is not in the hotell but is 30meters aside of it...

Despite being unable to make it to breakfast in time each day due to being too hungover we did make it once and were amazed by the quality and variety of the breakfast, which currently even gets served to your table (due to covid regulations)

The gym in the hotel doesn't carry free weights if I remember correctly but there are loads of devices suitable to train almost if not all muscle groups, there is more than enough room and it's pretty quiet and not busy in the gym

When there are issues they think along and provide good solutions/alternatives. Me and a friend booked a 6 day stay at the hotel three weeks ago. A bit skeptical at first we chose the breakfast option when booking online

The noise isolation in the rooms is incredible as well, not once could we hear anything through the walls, incidentally we could hear some sounds from the hallway though

The airconditioning unit worked very well, just be careful not to put it at the lowest setting before you go to sleep because you'd need to thaw yourself out of bed :P

There is a very wide variety of drinks and the coffee was very good. The facilities in the hotel room were very useful and of good quality

The only thing that could possibly be improved is the quality of coffee, which is the usual instant stuff. Other than that, everything was 100% perfect and I hope we can visit again in the future

The hotel is a perfect combination of a 1-2 minute walking distance from everywhere (beach, night clubs, shops) while itself being on a quiet street so there's no noise in the night

The room (Superior) was new and squeaky clean, the food and beverages were sublime and the staff is extremely nice and go our of their way to accommodate all your needs

Sometimes it was a problem for me. Nevertheless there are two small swimming pools at the territory of the hotel. I liked given service at this hotel, and I recommend everybody to stay at Pollis hotel ❤

There's a kettle, a fridge, an iron, 📺, a conditioning system in the room. This hotel has a lot of advantages, but the only one disadvantage is lack of own territory near the sea,where you can take or rent sunbeds

Everything is very clean,nice and friendly!!! The convenient location makes it more pros:near the sea, and a stone beach and sand, the main street easy to walk around the shops, buy what you want,but the balcony and Windows overlook the courtyard,there is no hustle and bustle

2 pools and lots of comfy seating including sunbeds, free towels for use round the pools and the beach. Music playing all day till around 1. 00am but the rooms block out the noise, very friendly and helpful staff

This spacious apartment has everything for a comfortable stay:a shower with decent fitment and great pressure, kitchen with full set of toiletries, refrigerator, TV, beds with comfortable mattresses, a balcony with table and chairs

Now called Cooks club, lovely hotel, very modern, more for the younger generation ie 18 to 30s, I found the bar to be quite expensive, I was self catering so can not say anything about the food

Rested at this hotel from may 9-14!! Loved it!!!In Europe the first time, there is nothing to compare

Amazing hotel, fantastic service, prefect location and an incredible buffet. We only paid for breakfast yet, they offered us free dinner. Everybody here was very so nice and caring. The rooms however are satisfactory

Just returned from a fabulous holiday staying at this hotel for a week

Modern service, pool and outside areas. Helpful , efficient and cheerful staff in al areas. Not really suitable for kids and meal times can be brisk. Food is generally good and plentiful for a three star rating

Rooms can be a little dated and basic, although the are clean an comfortable. It appears the hotel is gradually refurbishing thou this is not obvious and detrimental to your stay. Good value for money and very relaxing

Initially we were put in a room which we did not like but after we got given a nicer room which had a better view and had everything you need. Staff were lovely especially Aggellos the barman

They are still doing renovations and we unfortunately got one of the old rooms. But it was still pretty pleasant for the price. The lobby and the restaurant area are very modern and clean

Good day, really, in general, we were satisfied with the hotel. Somewhat disrupted by the little things: shimmering bathroom doors, locks, no hairdryer

After some issues with our rooms on the 1st day, which were quickly sorted out I have had nothing but positive things to say about Pela Maria

But everything was redeemed by very pleasant and helpful staff (reception), good weather and people. True, the bartender is very serious :)

A fantastic place for a holiday

Includes a cozy small pool area enough to relax for few hours before heading off to your adventures or taking a day off. The room we had was nice with a balcony into the street, was cleaned everyday

The only minuses in the room was that the shower (not sure if all rooms are like this) did not have a cover, so made it difficult to keep water from splashing all over

Arrange this holiday for just me and my Mum for a special holiday/60th Birthday we had an amazing stay at this wonderful place, I would definitely recommend to anyone

Hotel is in a very good location. You can reach the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, car rental etc in just few minutes walk

The cozy open restaurant terrace and friendly staff makes breakfast and dinner very attractive and the food which is very tasty even tastier. Perfect if you are a couple as no kids are allowed

(particularly the man who worked the night shift every day) It’s a really central hotel directly at the beach and near by the Main Street with a lot of tourist shops and restaurants

This place is ok for a budget hotel. The plus are the staff are so so friendly and the hotel is located central to the town centre. The rooms are simple but I was there to explore and relax not to stay on The complex

The hotel has great location in the middle of Chersonisou, 100m to the great beach. Surrounded by fantastic tavernas and local shops. The staff is helpful, we got a free upgrade to superior room

The breakfast and dinner food could have a little bit more variety and be a bit tastier, but I always had something I liked to eat. The location is great - a small beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets are very close

The free WiFi is good, you also get a free small fridge, air conditioning and TV. The rooms with balconies towards the street can be loud - but some people enjoy the bustling streets

People can use a jacuzzi and free gym that belongs to the hotel (due to Covid I was not able to). You get a discount at a restaurant nearby that also belongs to the hotel
