Big and beautiful territory. Nice rooms, good food, attentive staff. Calm animation during the day and evening entertainment. There are Russian-speaking staff. The hotel is suitable for any category of tourists.

Regularly renovated.Location: 23 km from international airport of Heraklion, 30 km from the town of Agios Nikolaos, 2 km from the centre of Hersonissos, Limenas Hersonissos, on the first line. Bus stop in front of the hotel.
Included in the group of hotels ALDEMAR HOTELS & SPA.
On site is one of the best Thalasso & SPA centers of the world.
Consists of a main building and bungalows.
All 341 guest rooms and 43 suites.
10 rooms with specially equipped bathrooms for guests with disabilities (upon request). The hotel grounds are equipped with ramps.
Total area: 98, 000m2.
Beach: own sand-and-shingle beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line). The entrance to the sea: pebble (there is a natural stone plate; recommend rubber Slippers). The beach has shower, toilets, changing cabins. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs: free of charge. Beach towels: for free (the room). At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. Pool towels: free (from the room). The beach is 250 m.

the room is clean and ordinary. cleaned every day. drinks and bar are free. refill every 2 days. it's cool that they care about the guests so much.
the furniture, the bathroom are a little "damaged ", but I assume that this is from the huge number of guests.
it will take some time to go to the sea, be prepared for that. in the morning people go and reserve their place with a towel. those who like to sleep will never find a sunbed and a beach umbrella. the sea is almost never calm. pebbles and stones. wear special shoes.
a la carte restaurant menu. everything is reserved. you just won't find a free option. we stood in line waiting, but never found out which restaurants were in this hotel.
the main dining room. everything is delicious, diverse, the staff is wonderful.
every evening there are some parties and entertainment near the main pool. everything was great.
Also there are different shops in the territory of the hotel.
