Great experience in Creta Maris for several times with a sea front view (bungalow). Everything is nice and perfectly compliant. We did enjoy our vacation there in 2020 and 2023

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The food, especially the meals at the restaurant, was absolutely amazing—every dish was delicious and exceeded our expectations

Such amazing choices and love they you can visit all of the restaurants too! The staff are so friendly, a special mention to Stella how is a waitress in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner, her service was amazing & she went above and beyond for us - excellent with the little touches and wine suggestions

A lovely family hotel but not luxury which wasn’t expected. Ideal for families with young children. Wouldn’t come here if you don’t have little Ones. It’s a large, all inclusive hotel so you have to expect it to be busy

which is good as it shows he's always looking to be better. They provide a free shuttle to the nearest beach and a taxi to the local port/harbour is 8-10 euros. Overall had a great holiday and would definitely return

Perfect location as it was on the hill and vast territory so our room had a good view and no noise from the town. Staff very friendly and helpful, room cleaning was great, food was good for four star hotel of such size

If you wanted the sunbeds at star beach these were at a fee. The food is okay, pretty much what you expect for an all inclusive family holiday. Plenty to choose from and the grills are cooked fresh along with omelettes

Food served all day and lots of choice, however, quality isn’t amazing and did become a bit bland and boring as it’s lots of the same things everyday. But again, this is to be expected in a large all inclusive hotel

The wardrobe space was really small and wouldn't have been big enough for my husband and I never mind the children too. The rooms are pretty basic but we didn't mind, we were only in the rooms to shower and sleep

The hotel of course attracts people from different age groups, and perhaps families with loud children isn’t the perfect match for elderly people with hearing aids, but they do their very best to cater for everyone’s taste offering family areas, as well as adult only areas

Everything about the hotel is 10/10 the Food, Entertainment, cleanliness, drinks, activities for the kids, splash park, location we can not recommend this place enough. We extended our stay we loved it that much

Awesome water park for kids of any age, sunbeds on the beach available for free, beach nice and clean, with a part without stones after entering the sea, car rental, supermarket and souvenir shops onsite

The food is outstanding, with several restaurants to choose from, each offering a unique and delicious dining experience. There are also multiple bars to enjoy, providing a variety of drinks in relaxing atmospheres

Dinners in the main restaurant have different themes every day. There is an excellent fish restaurant within the hotel area: octopus, calamari and great variety of fish

Huge hotel complex, great food, however the fish restaurant could be better (grilled stuff had weird taste because the grill probably hasn't been washed for some time)

Our room had a 'picture postcard', perfect sea-view and whilst the view might have been better from the suite above but then the extra flight of stairs! As beautiful as our room may have been, the real joy was the product of all the hard work from the staff and management

Great place - maybe one of the best on this seaside! We stayed here for 7 day on all inclusive and were really enjoying our stay - the food is excellent, stuff polite and friendly- everyone’s smiling- the beach is 3 minutes walk - sandy and cozy) thank you very much for such a pleasant experience! Definitely will come back!

Just a 20 minute ride from the airport, and right on the beach. The food was so fresh, healthy and gorgeous - every meal. Lots of choice to be fair. The bar and restaurant staff were super friendly and I will go again.

On the positive side, the food at the hotel was quite good for an all-inclusive experience. There was a decent variety of dishes, and the quality was consistent

However, we felt that the dining area could benefit from more seating and a wider selection of food options, especially during peak meal times when it tended to get a bit crowded

The hotel has a lot to offer, especially with its stunning beachfront location and friendly staff, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement

Evening program was always funny and entertaining. The only thing you should be aware of is that the allergies deceleration on the buffet is not always correct. Better ask in case of allergies

The stay at Lyttos Mare was just wonderful. The food was really nice and the service overall was just fantastic. The rooms with individual pool are superior and come with some extra benefits

What we found less good was the loud music above our room on a Friday and that the beach bar was still closed at our time. The spa atmosphere was pleasant, but a little rough

The facilities are nice but the service was poor. We stayed at the Luxury Villa which is booked through Lyttos Beach but gives access to both Lyttos Beach and Lyttos Mare

The food and facilities were better at Mare so we did our meals there but we were treated very rudely

Rooms was clean and quite big, Daily cleaning. Staff always smiling and very helpful 😊 There is 3 pools , 1 for small children , the other 2 for older, 2big slide and in small pool few slide and splash area

We have just returned home from a week here and I wish I could have stayed longer! We were worried as we had seen so many bad reviews but this hotel is absolutely lovely

Only constructive criticism I have is on dining staff were watching all time and taking plates when people were still eating from them. This was a daily event at restaurant

The rooms are cleaned every single morning to a high standard. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic with our two year old and made her confidence shine through

The only downsides were the salt water pools and the food not accommodating for children. Apart from that we had an amazing time!!

Great and helpful staff, lots of activities for kids, but the highlight for me was Rocco the magician. Very funny and the kids were roaring with laughter, as were the adults. Any chance to see Rocco is a huge bonus

Absolutely no complaints from us. And out of all the holidays we've had we left here feeling like we got what we paid for when booking all inclusive. Water park was great for the little one

Interesting beach, the concretes that protect it from the waves are ugly, but those concretes help you to swim when all the other beaches are red flag and the waves passing by them create a unique sensation that children likes

Nice, clean and well situated hotel with a few small swimming pools and a water park. The beach directly in front of the exit is small, but sheltered from the waves, so you can use it even in strong winds

One of our party is coeliac and the meals are made personally and brought to the table. Absolute must for families!!! Hotel grounds are well tended to. Flumes are fab for the kids! Will book again when we get back

But there are good hotel sunbeds, umbrellas, a changing cabin, a shower, a freezer with cool water. There are also waiters from bars who bring drinks and fruits

This time we have booked all-inclusive deal with Laguna Resort in Crete and as expected it was one more unforgettable experience!!! It's situated on the beach with lovely views, is well located with the small harbour/port in one direction with many nice bars & restaurants along the sea front, star beach in the other direction with nice pools, water park & nearby water sports & snorkeling

Also many shops and markets nearby. We were welcomed warmly, had nice time, eaten very delicious food. Rooms were nice and clean, once they forgot to bring towels but we called to reception and they were in 5 minutes

We had a wonderful holiday at Silva beach, nicely laid out rooms in small blocks not one big building. 2 decent sized pools, both with nearby bars & loungers. The staff are very welcoming & feiendly

Up the hill are a series of small old villages that are very nice & well worth a visit, there are plenty of taxis if you don't fancy the walk, there are multiple bars on the way back down from Old Hersonissos to the beach side Hersonissos to ensure you don't get dehydrated! Alar dinner show is well worth booking in for a very entertaining evening

The food was great and we didn't even eat in any of the themed restaurants. The baklava was to die for! Such a pretty looking hotel, with the blocks of rooms in different pastel colours

Nevertheless they understood very quickly that the room was not appropriate. By Day 2 they had allocated us to a new room and while we were on an all-day trip had moved our luggage to the new room

Again we could not fault the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner there is plenty to choose from and if you would like a change they also have 4 onsite restaurants that are also included in your all inclusive package

They were well-maintained and provided a relaxing oasis. We loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks from the bar. Overall, our second visit was a fantastic experience

Huge pool areas and a very cozy and beautiful beach are the main focus of the hotel. The relatively short drive from the airport is also very comfortable thanks to modern and luxurious shuttles

Just got back from 4nights at this hotel it was complete bliss. More restaurants and hooka lounges within 15-20 min walk. The Buddha Bar restaurant was so good

Special mention to Michaela who welcomed us at our arrival, showed us all the place and gave us some tips; to Leandros who took care of our concerns, to Valentina and Claudia in the swimming pool and Eleni, Chara and Eva for the special evenings at the Buddha Bar, great team! Hopefully we will come back

The sushi was perfect I ordered the same thing everyday! The hotel grounds truly breath taking with the sunset views. They gave us a free room upgrade with a plunge pool. Service and staff were so friendly and helpful

Dreamy! This was an amazing stay. The rooms are so beautiful and cozy, with everything one would need and more. The food was incredible! We ate at three restaurants and they were all outstanding

We also used the fitness center and spa and enjoyed both. The massages were relaxing and perfect for the atmosphere here. The beach and pool chairs are nice as well, with gorgeous views and decent beach access

Great hotel with friendly and polite staff, with fantastic facilities and multiple pools. However if you want the beach you'll need to get the free shuttle bus to the golden beach, approximately 5 minutes away

All inclusive* (*from 10:30 to 22:30) The hotel overall is good, could be great but there is just too much unnecessary annoyance especially bad micromanaging and it's more suited for families or older people

It was located close to the newly revamped kids fun pool which our two couldn't get enough of! Our 8 year old also loved the big slides on the waterpark! We all had an unforgettable weeks holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Life guards were on duty in all pool areas which was reassuring. Location and sea views from our room were amazing especially early morning sun rise was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Room was clean; towels got replaced everyday. The poolwater is salty and clean too. Food was average, since there isn't a wide variety. The waiter are attractive and nice. The beach is a 10 minute walk from thr hotel

I have never seen such cleanliness and commitment in such a large hotel. The pools are great, even the number of sunbeds is quite ok

Both hotels (palace and island) are PHENOMENAL! Excellent service; they take great care of each guest. I know I am not an easy person but they managed to make me feel amazing. Thank you for the delightful memories!

Nice place for a summer holiday. They have some rooms with small private pools. There are larger common swimming pools with bars. They have 3 restaurants with different cuisines, apart from the regular buffet

Stella island resort is spacious, clean, has friendly efficient service and good food in all the restaurants. Good gym and spa treatments. The staff are wonderful. Great local wines as well.

One area of interest for the resort as far improvement - dinner reservations for visitors first day need to be reserved upon completion of registration with the assistance of resort staff

Everything is designed and planned to the highest standard and the staff throughout the hotel were courteous and services always smiling and at your disposal at any given moment

Albatros hotel is very welcoming with all members of staff doing their best for visitors. We had a lovely room with a sea view, cleaned daily and all you need for an enjoyable stay

The room, though looks a little "lived-in", was always kept very clean, had an amazing view of the sea and all the necessary amenities (except the useless TV, as it was not smart, so we didn't want to watch CNN or local channels)

It's a upper class Hotel / resort up in the mountain. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help. The rooms are great and fully equipped, including a dish washer, have a bathtub and shower

A TV with Fast wifi and Aircon. They supply pool towels, and the pools are great to cool off. Both resturants on the premises serve good food. The resort has a shuttle service to the beach or to the village at the bottom

Awesome resort! I only gave 4 stars on location because it’s not on the beach, however being on a mountain provides exceptional views, shuttles run to the beach and town daily and only 5 and 15 minutes away

The pool is fabulous, staff are amazing and food is exquisite. This may be my new vacation spot to replace St. Maarten as the Greeks are much more accommodating than the French……just saying from experience…
