We have just spent a week here. The food was amazing plenty of choice. Room was spacious with a great view. The pools were great staff friendly and polite

It's only a short walk into the town for all the shops and restaurants if you want. However the food is so good there is no need to eat out

A lovely family hotel but not luxury which wasn’t expected. Ideal for families with young children. Wouldn’t come here if you don’t have little Ones. It’s a large, all inclusive hotel so you have to expect it to be busy

Food served all day and lots of choice, however, quality isn’t amazing and did become a bit bland and boring as it’s lots of the same things everyday. But again, this is to be expected in a large all inclusive hotel

However, the room was located directly above the main stage which was not ideal with a 1 year old. It was very loud, there was no way anybody could sleep through it

We had a Double room with a sea view. The room itself was immaculate, cleaners in everyday and left the room amazing. Very clean with kettle, mini fridge etc

There are 5 restaurants, the main restaurant and taverna serving mixed buffet with daily specials, an oriental restaurant serving sushi and Chinese that needs to be pre-booked, a fast food style bar in the waterpark and a snack bar by the beach

Absolutely the best hotel we have ever been to, there's so much to do inside the hotel even after 3 nights we weren't able to try everything, the main buffet is the best and biggest buffet we've ever seen, it's literally impossible to taste everything, variation is also very good with different options for lunch and dinner every day, and all of that is only one of the restaurants, the other restaurants...

Also the towels put on the sun beds at silly o clock is ridiculous. There should be a removal policy if they are not occupied or put on the beds early morning. Other than that would love to return one day

Just come back from a week's holiday here and had a great time with all of our party enjoying Very nice hotel and is great for bring children, with an amazing water park based inside the hotel resort

Returned at the beginning of July. Fabulous Hotel and facilities, so much entertainment for the adults and children. The hotel is spotlessly clean too. Food so much variety to choose something

The only gripe for UK, British customers is that there are only a couple of English Channels on the TV and is more for German / Russian customers, that's what we found anyway

Best holiday we've ever had! The room was beautiful, clean, the bed comfortable and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially George at the guru bar

Rooms are newly refurbished to a Greek standard. Staff are excellent and couldnt help us enough with our toddler. Food in the single restraunt we managed to book was very poor. Food in the main restraunt was better

The staff were friendly and brilliant. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return

The room itself is a lovely size was a very nice finish to everything and very clean. The staff have been very accomodating towards everything, the drinks menu is very big and all taste good

Rooms are big with nice garden/sea view, equipped with electric kettle, fridge, hair dryier, and safe deposit box (all for free). Food was more more than excellent. You will always find something for yourself

Great hotel, well situated with chalet style accommodation, private pools and a main pool with waterslide. Plenty of bars, restaurants, game facilities, gym, tennis courts and squash courts

The staff in the restaurants were so helpful, I have to mention one particular woman Aphrodite, what a kind and professional staff member, my granddaughter adored her

One small minus: drinks bars were open for a strange time frames. In the evening it was nearly impossible to order some drinks and bring them to your room). I think it was organized this way for purpose

Food is buffet style at breakfast and dinner, good quality and excellent varied selection. Had a great week here and would recommend to anyone

The room was spotless and cleaned beautifully every day with linen changes whenever required. From the porters to the manager everyone was without exception friendly and accommodating

Nice mix of hotel rooms and apartments. Good quality buffet style meals. Apartments are quite spacious and comfortable.

The only room for improvement would be the closing time for the swimming pool (6 pm is really really early !!!) please keep it open up to 8 pm (maybe not guarded from 6 to 8 pm if that's the problem?) so that we can take a dive coming back from the beach

Also the lifeguard (the guy) and the Russian boy doing the aqua-gym were very friendly, professional and always smiling

Special mention for the restaurant and its chef. The view over the bay is wonderful and the swimming pool great

Relaxing, good food, good location, free shuttles to the beach, covid tests in the hotel, staff is very friendly and polite. The WiFi connection seemed unstable though, even when reception was good

Discretely laid into the hillside. I can imagine it being cooler with a breeze during hot weather than on the coast. Apartments are spacious and clean. Pool area nicely appointed.

During our week-long stay at Creta Maris, we had a positive experience and are looking forward to returning. It's evident that the staff at Creta Maris are dedicated to maintaining high standards throughout the resort

The only thing the hotel should take care of, is seating people at the pool/beach. Not to allow people to leave their towels on a chair for the entire day and catching up seating space

However, there were some guests who, regrettably, displayed a disregard for the rules and regulations put in place for everyone's safety

The hotel staff is genuinely exceptional. The only issue I encountered was the absence of a quick dial option on the phone for direct access to the hotel's reception or service

All rooms are organized in a semicircle around multiple large pools, some with sea water and some with fresh water. There are ample and very comfortable pool chairs everywhere with shading umbrellas

The dinning room is very large and spacious with an excellent choice of hot and cold food selections appealing to any taste with excellent selections of desserts and fruit as well as a coffee bar and self operated coffee machines if you chose

The same is true about the beach area. Multiple open bars are present with easy access from all directions serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The rooms are spacious, kept very clean daily

This resort is perfect for couples or families alike. A choice of sailing options are available with large yats as well as motor boats. This is a perfect vacation destination for anyone

Good place to stay, ideal situation close to the sea, town center and sea front street, while remaining a calm place when enjoying their swimming pool

There are a few large beds dotted around the pool area, bells that you ring for service at every sunbed (service is very quick throughout the hotel), music was at a good level with the mood being respectful and chilled

Very clean with comfortable rooms and beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. It's very easy to access the location and is near by center of town

There's a couple of little kids pools with slides and things for toddlers, the hotel is also just across a road from the beach, this was a Sandy gravel beach but had a little Cove and beds although it wasn't very big and we chose to drive to a nearby beach on a couple of days of our holiday We arrived late at night, we were taken to our room by golf cart, and the staff had left plates of food in...

Wonderful resort and the water park is really great! The stuff is really helpful and attentive ! The food is delicious and vary each day

The best part was there were so many guests but the place never seemed under maintained or messy. A must recommended place for family with kids and also couples. I'm definitely going back next summer

We had a swim up room which is a game changer with kids. Water park great with slides to suit all ages. We are normally ready to go home after a week, but didn’t want to leave Highly recommended

There is a beach also at the rear of the resort with sunbeds where you can dive as well. Last but never the least, there are many sports and entertainment activities and games organised throughout the day

The rooms with pools were super nice. The pool area was also nice with a refreshing sea breeze. The only disappointment was the Budha Bar by the pool. The quality did not match with price and expectations

The hotel is great, but the service is amazing. The water are good and the beach is great, food is good but use the menu instead of the open buffet, it had great things like pesto pasta and grilled meat

Princess Nana is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It’s really beautiful from all perspectives

On the way to Nana Princess, we saw some very shocking sights and hotels, which made us apprehensive. However, when we arrived at the resort, we were overwhelmed with joy and excitement as it was picture-perfect

The staff, attention to detail, and environment were outstanding. The beach was beautiful, as was everything in the resort. We will definitely be coming here from now on. Overall, it was an amazing experience

From the scent laden, luxury feel welcome in Reception to the privacy of the rooms with private pool and sunrise views. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful especially Michael at Reception

Situated on the outskirts of Koutouloufari village, Diktynna makes the most of it's elevated position offering stunning views of the Cretan coastline from many of it's rooms although a few of the lower level rooms have a view of the pool and it's surroundings (also a very pretty view)

The room was cleaned every other day to high standard by a very friendly lady who would leave replacement towels and additional toilet rolls. The chlorine pool is cleaned religiously every evening and shuts at 7pm

My wife and I are seasoned Greek travellers and our two weeks in Koutouloufari was our third stay on the island of Crete

Villa Diktynna uses the classic Greek formula of multi level accommodation surrounding it's pool and snack bar

The outside balcony area had a table and two chairs and was spacious enough to sit and watch the world go by with a cool drink before heading out, there was also a handy fold out clothes drier

Throughout our stay Vangelis went above and beyond, from booking taxis and restaurants to arranging car hire and keeping our room on due to a late departure time. Nothing was too much for him, a true Greek gentleman

The hotel a bit old but clean. Food was tasty and clean. The people they try always to help and make you happy. We were 5 days but I can say was one of the best our holidays. Thank you for all❤️

Only constructive criticism I have is on dining staff were watching all time and taking plates when people were still eating from them. This was a daily event at restaurant

The location of the hotel is really good with a shop in the resort and the nearest town centre only a 10/15 minute walk to many bars, restaurants, shops, and beaches

The girls running the entertainment are lovely and provide a couple of activities through the day and evening entertainment on a night

pools are salt water and are a decent size and there are plenty of sun-beds available so you don't have to go down early

Great place - maybe one of the best on this seaside! We stayed here for 7 day on all inclusive and were really enjoying our stay - the food is excellent, stuff polite and friendly- everyone’s smiling- the beach is 3 minutes walk - sandy and cozy) thank you very much for such a pleasant experience! We recently spent 9 nights at Porto Greco Village Beach Hotel in Hersonissos, Crete, and overall, we were happy with our stay

However, we felt that the dining area could benefit from more seating and a wider selection of food options, especially during peak meal times when it tended to get a bit crowded

I spent 10 days here with my wife and 2 kids. It's not a hotel tuned specifically for kids but it is family friendly, good aircon, great food, great service. Really nice and thoughtful team

On the positive side, the food at the hotel was quite good for an all-inclusive experience. There was a decent variety of dishes, and the quality was consistent

They even brought a birthday cake to our room for my son who turned 7 during our stay. We did not ask for this they just figured it out and did it. I highly recommend this hotel. Plenty of nice places around it too

Just returned from a 10 day stay here and what a fantastic hotel,the rooms(ours anyway,526) were in a cottage style ,simply furnished but with a/c,fridge and a decent shower and comfy bed and a sea view that looked out over the town of Hersonnisos and beyond

In the morning, we woke up and realised our view was blocked by a very large, overlooking tree. We spoke with our Tui rep who was very helpful and managed to get us a sea view room which is what we had paid extra for

I was expecting local cuisine. However the location was absolutely fantastic. Also big shouts for staff especially cleaners as they were always happy and welcoming. The kids really enjoyed the water park

For the best part of our stay, the relax pool was attended by a very angry blond - haired lady. Hour by hour, day by day, she would constantly turn children away despite them having made no noise in the pool

Never had one issue at all with any of them. In fact they went above and beyond. The selection of drinks was good as was the food, lots to choose from plus their were more simple foods for the kids

Food was delicious + every day something new from the country in our plate. The room is very hygienic and well cleaned

The breakfasts were also great with a lot of options and we already miss Chef Ali’s waffles! He was very generous every morning with the service and positive attitude! Overall amazing experience with a great location near the clubs and restaurants!

2 small negatives are: - airco cant work when u are gone from your room - small pool; But garden with very comfortable sunbeds and many beaches around the hotel, so no big deal. We very much enjoyed our stay😁

The location is absolutely perfect, just slightly next to the main strip. The best bit about our stay was meeting the lovely staff, Nico, Bob, Joseph and the other chaps

They made us feel more than welcome and got to know us on a personal level which was lovely. Joseph makes the best cocktails…a little message to him ”cheers mate”! We will be returning in the future for sure

We have just stayed here for 10 nights, and had the most amazing stay. We upgraded to the junior sea view suite which was modern and a had a big balcony

However, if it runs long enough, this is not a problem. I felt very comfortable in this hotel, can definitely recommend it and would book it again at any time

Today we passed this beautiful hotel on a walk and thought it was a shame that it was deserted. With the umbrellas only the rods are left and the entire system is orphaned

Spotless clean, we had all we needed to get a comfortable pleasent sleep, great value for the money

In the evening after a day of exploring the island the jacuzzi under the stars couldn't have had make us more happier!:) Veronique, who knows the island very well, was also super friendly and helpful, and we got many tips from her

The suites are lovely and spacious, but what makes this place special and outstanding is the staff. Everyone was sooooo welcoming and helpful. Veronique did everything possible to accommodate all our wishes

The quality of the finishings throughout the apartment and the pool area are first class. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. We particularly enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony / the pool

Although we also went to the shared pool and the spa pool, the place has privacy and a beautiful view and there were days we did not keft the resort but very much enjoyed just staying there

We had very relaxing 3 days in Orina suites. We booked the Felicity suite and it was everything we wanted and very clean. The detailed interior makes you feel luxurious, but also like home

Best place I’ve stayed in in the last 10 years! The service is impeccable, the rooms are super comfortable and beautiful, the location is perfect. I will definitely come back!
