Upon check in at 2am there was an ants nest in our room. Staff were brilliant though and gave us a handful of keys to alternative rooms and allowed us to pick which one we wanted. Food was ok - a bit samey on a lot of days. The pool area is small with not enough sunbeds for the whole hotel (luckily we were there out of season!). Staff are brilliant though.

Lovely hotel, food was amazing and we were near many beaches a harbour a short walk away. Initially we were put in a room which we did not like but after we got given a nicer room which had a better view and had everything you need. Staff were lovely especially Aggellos the barman. Everyone was helpful and we had a great holiday. Perfect for young couples.

After some issues with our rooms on the 1st day, which were quickly sorted out I have had nothing but positive things to say about Pela Maria. The staff are really helpful and friendly, the buffet style food is really good and Nikos, the chef is lovely. The shower room is very small but the beds are really comfortable. Stayed here with two of my friends, and we absolutely loved it. All the staff were lovely and very friendly. Hotel was clean and the food was delish. And location was amazing There was also live music as dinner for two of the evenings which was great. Thank you to the fantastic staff at Porto Village Hotel from the cleaning, bar, breakfast, reception staff. The pools, gym and bar is nice and the location to the old towns or to the harbour is good. Some rooms are dated and authentic Greek but they are due to continue renovations.

Awesome place. Prices are below average. But the quality is brilliant. Actually should have been rated with more than 3 stars. 7-10 minutes to a public beach. High-speed internet (80/60 megabits) is available in the rooms and the whole hotel territory.

As for 2 stars hotel is good. Rooms are clean, but air conditioner is lottery. We had fully worked one, our friends changed 2 rooms cause of that. Normal breakfast, but very-very modest. Some cheese, 2 slices of tomato, coffee not good. The biggest minus is that they DO NOT have first aid kit. Nothing to help you right now!

A very well located and friendly hotel central for all amenities of the town. Very clean modern room, good wifi. Some excellent bars and restaurants within a short distance. We spent a few days around the pool and the area was spotless. Very reasonable price, and we were able to adjust our stay(due to flight change) without penalty. No fuss. Will definitely return.

Highlights were a very accommodating staff, decent breakfast and nice rooms. The location was alright as well in relation to clubbing. Like the rooms, the pool area was kept tight and neat, but a bit small compared to other hotels.
