The hotel has perfect service. My daughter was ill during our stay and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and nice and ensured that all our needs were taken care of. They provided food service to our room and were able to help us with unexpected health situation even in the middle of the night. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our stay despite the illness.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary/honeymoon here and we could not fault our time. The resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Maria from the bar at Delphinia pool deserves a special mention, she went out of her way to make our time special! We will definitely be returning and trying out other Mitsis resorts

Very nice hotel and very value for money. Food was fabulous, especially in the Mediterranean Restaurant. We booked a suite and when we saw the room, we were speechless. Last but not least, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stopped here for 10 nights. Overall it was a great stay. The children really enjoyed exploring all pools. Some reviews say you don’t need to reserve but by the time we got up the beds were all taken so I would suggest going out to the pools earlier. The food wasn’t bad. It’s was you expect from an all inclusive holiday. Same with the drinks! I bought coke from the shop as there’s wasn’t the best...

Lovely modern little hotel! We arrived late in the night and the recptionist gave us access to the restaurant to have late dinner! The rooms were modern and stylish! The food was perfect! We recomend this hotel 100%!!!!

This is a newly constructed hotel, all reviews and photos before 1st May 2018 are out of date. Everything is brand new and whilst every attempt is made to ensure your stay is perfect, it is a work in progress and they' are listening to feed back and reacting accordingly. Location is the best near the center as well the beach was within 5 minutes walking.the staff is friendly and ready to assist as well to help you.it was clean with good service.the pool was clean as well and i really had fun.my friends and I had a great time!

Today we passed this beautiful hotel on a walk and thought it was a shame that it was deserted. With the umbrellas only the rods are left and the entire system is orphaned. You can tell that it was a super nice hotel and we hope that it will come back to life.

Wonderful hotel. We were there in July 2021. A family of 3. We were accommodated in a large good room /family room/. All the rooms in the hotel are good, modern and neat. The cleaning is high-quality. The food is excellent. The beach is wonderful and the sea is fabulous silky.

We waited so long for our vacation! And finally!!!! I really liked the room, spacious, clean, modern and light design. The hotel has a swimming pool and I spent half of my vacation there.
