The food at Domes Chania was excellent for all meals, but Dinner was outstanding. The wines list was comprehensive with some superb local and Greek wines, backed up by knowledgeable staff who knew what they were talking about and always had a recommendation. The staff, without exception, were all friendly, courteous and helpful, offering excellent service.

Very nice hotel! It's like a thirty second walk to the beach. If you don't like the swimming in the sea, there is also a very nice pool at the hotel. Water is a bit cold but very nice on hot days. Like 50 meters from the hotel is a busstop wich will bring you to Chania Centre in like 20 minutes. The only downside I could find for the hotel was that the mattresses were a bit hard. But not terrible

We had a pleasant holiday, staff is very nice, rooms are good (the rooms heading to the main street are a bit noisy, but they have double windows, so its not so disturbing). Pool is super, the sea is in a 5 min walk distance, bus stop, supermarkets, tavernas are near.

The receptionists are great and can't help you enough. It is a 3 star and you get value for money. 2min to the beach, the room and bath was very clean. 20min to Chania. First of all our room was upgraded. It’s connected to the beach so you can choose the pool or the sea. We are not guests at this hotel, we were on a walk around 9pm and stumbled across this little gem, live music and very lively. Made to feel welcome and had the best cocktails of our holiday, you don't have to lift a finger the staff bring drinks to your table round the pool area and you settle up once you leave. It was the perfect place to spend our holiday in Crete. Close to the beach, with two pools, great terace and delicious breakfast and food. We recommend the restaurant during the evening. Atlantica Caldera Village is a lovely hilltop hotel with amazing views. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Despite being on a steep hill, the hotel has a lift for convenience. The local restaurants in the area are also brilliant. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and excellent hospitality.

People complain about walking up the hill - it is not bad at all. Only last 50 meters is super steep, but for all the amazing views that hotel offers? So worth it. Overall very good hotel, good food (we had only breakfast), I appreciate the fact that there are multiple pools that you can choose from - some of them were occupied by kids and one pool was more chill and relaxing. Highly recommend

High up on a hill. Great views and friendly service. I've been there three times. Pretty much the only downside is that climbing up there may be a burden sometimes, but you can look it from a point of view of getting an exercise. All inclusive has good variety of foods and also vegans can find mostly all they need (may need to eat fish occasionally to get enough protein).

I generally had a great stay at the studio in Crete, but there was one point of concern that I would have liked to know before booking: there was a quite steep slope to reach our studio. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned in the booking. It was sometimes challenging to climb this slope, especially while carrying a backpack or after a long day of exploring. This is w onderful hidden gem just 15 min walk from the Venetian Harbor in Old town. The staff bends over backwards for their guests even allowing us to store our bags for the day and offering us a shower before our evening flight out (all AFTER we'd checked out!). Wonderful breakfast included, this was a very pleasant surprise!

Beautiful beach hotel. Klinakis Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Chania. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hotel crew was helpful and nice. Breakfast was tasty and eating while watching the sea is a big plus. There is a small beach right at the hotel and walking to the old town is around 25 minutes. I enjoyed my staying there.

Sooo nice! People there are so kind and helpfull. This is a quiet place near the city center (3km) and near the autoband. There is a parking. There is a "restaurant". This is the worst hotel in Greece from Athens all the way to Heraklion in Crete to Chania. If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous. This is a lovely authentic Cretan hotel with a fabulous roof top terrace and great views. The breakfast buffet was great too. The only issues for me were the very hard bed and the 42 steps up to our room, which when you forget your phone is a challenge!

Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored. We had booked the hotel for 2 nights.Unfortunately though we needed to stay only for 1 night.We called then and emailed them in time and they said on the phone that they would help to find a solution on the missed night.All they did is to to charge us as normal for 2 nights although we stayed for 1 and they didn’t even bother to manage our frustration.I’m not coming back to this hotel.

Great place to stay in Chania. Service was impeccable and thanks to Bena, Maria, Likourgos and George for their hospitality and awesome advice on things to do (and avoid). Stay in the top floor penthouse if you can. Amazing apartment like room with two HUGE private rooftop patios. Free morning breakfast was great and easy walking distance to Old Town. They went ABOVE and Beyond, the pictures don't do it justice. The staff, food, amenities, a few minute walking distance to old town. What ever you need they are one step ahead. Calling for a car, directions to packing us a togo bag when we left early to catch a ferry to the next island. Excellent location. Excellent staff & service. Room new, clean, AC, fridge, great balcony overlooking town & sea. Breakfast had fantastic choice, very fresh. Great value for what was paid overall. I spent 6 nights in this nice hotel in early September 2025. It is greatly located at the heart of Chania Old City. The room was very spatious with a big terrace. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope to come back again.

The meal we had at the restaurant was very good and a real healthy portion. If we hadn’t found this gem so late in our holiday we would have eaten there again. Great value and the service was very good. The beer selection was also good, they even had Guinness.
