This is a great and clean hotel complex. We didn't do the all inclusive although the breakfast buffett covered all bases. The swimming pools offer variety and the beach is fantastic to visit around 4pm/5pm when it is a little cooler. The staff who cleaned are room were amazing and very friendly.

If you have a family, it's a great place for you. The beach was RIGHT there! Clean, safe and beautiful. The sea was stunning, you could see the seabed through the water. Lots of activities for kids, day and evening. The food was also very good, breakfast and all. About 35-40 minutes to Chania by bus. You can also rent a car to travel to other parts of the island.

Very welcoming owner and hotel at all. It’s situated in the centre of Agia Marina. In 5 minutes bakery with ice cream and coffee, beach, shops, bars, bus station to Chania There is also amazing bar in the hotel and relax zone. Highly recommend to stay in this place.

Fantastic staff. Very child friendly and caring. They give you personal service and remember your issues and requests. The rooms maybe a but outdated but that is in no way an issue when you consider free parking, free air conditioning, decent breakfast and a wonderful service. Definitely choose these folks

A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. So your shower will constantly turn hot and cold which is pretty annoying...

We stayed there for our honeymoon for 7 days, and it was INCREDIBLE! Beautiful resort with everything you need, friendly staff, delicious delicious food! The rooms where alright. Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach. It was basically a back alley with cars and huge piles of trash.

We were half board and would not book as half board again,breakfast is good with wide variety of options however dinner was a total disaster. Of the 10 nights we only had dinner twice in the hotel as the food was not of a good standard, this added extra costs to our holiday as we had to pay for dinner elsewhere. We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

We have visited Blue Dome many times. In May 2024 we had one of the new renovated rooms. The rooms had been renovated in a very restrained and elegant way. Every detail and color was carefully considered. The new air conditioners were of high quality, silent and well working.

We had a delightful stay in a wonderful clean, spacious and cool (air conditioned) suite with spectacular views of the coast. The staff are really nice and accommodating, and the location is convenient, only five minutes walk to the beach. If you wanna go to the nearest down town ( Chania), take bus 21 or 15, it will only take 10 minutes. (And ask the receptionists, they sell discount bus tickets)
