Excellent service!! The view is amazing and the quality of the food is excellent! The mini bar in the room is definitely a reason to come back as it provides everything you could need without leaving your room.

We stayed for two night there over weekend and really enjoyed. It is a new fashion style hotel at the heart of the city. Room are indeed a bit on the small size but brand new with modern touch and nice bed

The reception team provided exceptional service with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to assist in every situation

Breakfast was included and was very good with variety and quality. A great city style hotel and highly recommended

There is a small supermarket very close by (walk towards the tower basically) and plenty of restaurants. Shower pressure was perfect - it was very powerful. The best showers I've ever had in Greece

The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming with checking in. Negatives: The safe is on the floor. This makes it awkward getting items out because I have to sit onto the floor each time to use it

I liked the bathroom decor and layout of my room. I slept very well, in fact extremely well to the point of taking naps in the middle of the day which I never usually do. The bed and pillows are so comfortable

We found the room to be really comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing! Also from all the hotels/Airbnb's we booked during our Greece holiday, this hot el offered by far the best breakfast!

It could definitely do with new carpet, some paintings, maybe some cool art work painted onto the wall like lines from the logo or something

She even admitted she didn’t hear anyone inside but opened the door anyway -TWICE. That’s a major violation of privacy. I’m just thankful it was a woman and not a man—but honestly, that shouldn't even be a thought

This is completely inappropriate—such things should be handled by phone or during checkout, not by opening a guest’s door without permission, especially when they could be sleeping (which I was), showering, etc

She did it again on the 3rd day, saying when she just opened the door again- she wanted to “ask a few questions” about my stay. She was from the reception (I think , she never clarified)

The housekeeping staff is always kind and polite. The front desk, could work on being more welcoming. And please train your staff not to open guest rooms uninvited

Water in the shower could be a little warmer, but that is not major issue. Anyway, I would highly recommend this place

I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years and always had a great experience which explains why I choose it again and again

I did ask for a partial refund for the what we encountered but they said they don't do refunds. I was offered a discount if we came back and stayed again. That will not be happening since We are from The US

The hotel is in a great location. It takes only 20 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a supermarket downstairs. The hotel rooms are well-equipped. I will stay here again next time

The breakfast was surprisingly positive, since based on the comments I had read I was expecting something bad, but it far exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, although somewhat small

My bathroom had a leaking shower head which was fixed immediately however there is no door on the shower and water does not drain quickly enough if you have the pressure too high and floods the bathroom

Go to The Modernist Thessaloniki, which is also in the city center and is absolutely wonderful - both the facility itself and the fantastic staff

Small room but for the price perfect and nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast standard with coffee machine in foyer of hotel. Staff professional and friendly too. Plenty restaurants and coffee shops nearby too

There isn't any coffee making facilities however you can borrow a kettle from reception. Breakfast buffet is not extensive but okay. The air conditioner works well thankfully as it was very warm

This is a very suitably located hotel for a short stay in Thessaloniki. Our room was on the 4th floor facing inner yard. It was quiet and air conditioning worked perfectly

One thing I really liked was that it was sound proof so we couldn't hear the neighbours. The location is very central so of course there are parking issues, but you can find paid parking nearby, so it shouldn't be hard

Breakfast had a lot of variety, assortments of pizzas, cakes, croissants, pies and bougatsa, as well as the regular stuff like cheese, ham, eggs and sausages. All in all, a great experience, highly recommended!

Nice hotel and very good breakfast. The hotel has a carpark nearby. There is no way to drive to the hotel. Leave the car somewhere close walk in and get the ticket for the carpark they have

Great experience! Very clean, great service and very polite staff. We stayed there for 2 days and they cleaned and changed all the towels and replaced the soap we used

The location is excellent, on walking distance from the shopping streets and attractions. Lots of nearby restaurants and taverns. Parking is limited and with reservation, but you have nearby paid parking of 15eur/24h

Kind staff, great location, close to the bus station and city center by foot. Rooms are a bit old and not maintained but comfortable bed, Air condition and fridge. For the price is great.

Pretty good hotel, very warmy personal. It's in the centre of Thessaloniki and it's easy to reach from the station or the airport. Not so far from the sea and the main street market

Okay this a 3 star hotel, some part old but maintained, some painting could do god impressions, but for sure a accommodation I will return to again. Ahh nice big rooms and balcony, helps if your a smoker

Excellent service and value for money! The location is perfect close to Ladadika and the seafront so no need for additional transport, everything is in a walking distance!

The highlight was the Chabad house and the kosher food that was in the hotel itself! It made such a difference that we didn't have to worry about where to get food from

It's an old clean hotel with beautiful architecture and a small lift. Location is great — close to all amenities and easily accessible from and to the airport via the 01X bus. Room was adequate and nice staff

I recently stayed at El Greco in Thessaloniki. It's conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore. The rooms were clean, but a bit outdated. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent

Hotel is located in the best possible neghborhood- beautiful Agios Dimitrios street. Groundfloor was completely renovated. It looks high-tech, like a 4 star hotel but the rooms are the same like before

It’s a good 30 minute walk down to the waterfront and the White Tower, but the history you pass en-route is amazing, or hail a taxi, 5 euros takes you down there

There's a huge variety of food available and some traditional sweets that perfectly represent the Greek culture! Location is great, it's a nice neighborhood and it's only a 10-15 min walk from the centre

About half an hour away from the center. Some staff are very kind, some are not. There is little space for parking. The environment did not feel safe.

In the main square you can find always busses for all the main attraction of the city The room was very nice, clean and without any noice even if was standing on the main road. The personnel was very nice and helpful
